Chapters Author's Note
guess I don't own MLP FIM I wish I did because I could make it awesome but sadly I don't.
Intro
In the darkness of a cave ponies with dark suits almost like the wonderbolts were talking.
"Oh how much longer I'm going to die." Companied one.
"Oh stop wining you. It's getting on my nerves. Hard Hoof you are the most annoying pony in all of equestria. How did you become a Shadowbolt anyways." Said another
"You're annoying Hard Heart." Said Hard Hoof
"You're both idiots. Stop bickering and start acting like full grown ponies." Said a voice.
"Um, Y-ye-yes m-ma'am ri-right a-away. S-so-sorr-sorry." Said Hard hoof.
"Yes ma'am." Said Hard Heart.
"Good now we are going. Come on." Said the voice.
They were heading in a direction that they didn't want to head.
"Um, ma'am this isn't the way to Ponyville." Pointed out Hard hoof.
"We aren't going to Ponyville Hard Hoof. We are taking a detour. I do promise we will go to Ponyville. But not just yet." Said the voice.
"Then where are we going ma'am? If you don't mind me asking." Asked Hard Heart.
"We are going to visit an old friend of mine. From when I was younger." Said the voice.
So they headed in that direction. The two Shadowbolts still confused. They didn't understand why their leader would want to visit an old friend. She doesn't seem to be the friendly type of pony. So it made no sense on why she would want to visit an old friend. But they still followed her. Mainly out of fear for their lives. But many question they were thinking of kept going unasked.

Frost Meets Fire
The Wonderbolts were training for their next show in 2 weeks. The ones flying in it are; Fleetfoot, Misty Fly, Soarin, High Winds, Rainbow Dash, and Blaze. Spitfire was on the ground yelling out corrections like; “Soarin fly higher!” “Rainbow Crash you’re breaking formation.” and much more.
As the training kept on going they were unaware of the ponies who were approaching.
“Hello.” The mysterious pony said.
Spitfire turned to face the voice, and she was very confused. "Who are you? What do you want?"
"Oh, Spitfire I can't believe you don't recognize me." The pony said.
That when it hit Spitfire, "Thawed Heart?"
"Well, actually it's Frosted Heart now." Frosted Heart said.
"What are you doing here?" Spitfire said anger growing in her voice.
Frosted Heart was about to speak when a Rainbow flashed right in front of her. There stood Rainbow Dash one of the ponies she was after.
"Oh, Rainbow Dash you're here. Well that makes my job a lot easier. I was going to look for you in Ponyville but if you're here then I can just capture you right here and now." Frosted Heart announced.
Rainbow Dash put a smirk on her face. "Just try."
"I don't feel like it. Besides I just came here to visit an old friend. Isn't that right Spitfire?" Frosted Heart said.
Spitfire looked at Frosted Heart with angry eyes. "Don't you even think we're still friends. Not after what you did."
"Oh I'm just heart broken. NOT!" Frosted Heart said with a little laugh.
"Um, Spitfire who is she?" Soran asked.
"What? you never told the team who I am? But Spitfire I was one of the best Wonderbolts in history." Frosted Heart said mockingly.
"Yeah, keyword 'was'" Spitfire replied. "You are no longer a Wonderbolt. Remember." Spitfire said annoyed.
"Spitfire who is she?" Fleetfoot asked.
"I'll tell you if Spitfire doesn't want to even better I'll tell you everything. Our entire history together." Frosted Heart said.
"Well you see it started when we were first in the Wonderbolts academy.
Flash Back
"Five hundred laps all of you."
Two ponies kept up to each other.
As they finished their laps they were able to talk to each other.
"Hey, names Thawed Heart."
"Spitfire."
Then the two became friends right from the start.
In the dizatron challenge they over came that with ease with Thawed Heart beating a record.
Then it came to the wing pairs. Thawed Heart was excited to see who her wing pony was going to be.
She went into the sergeants office and asked why she was the wing pony. and this is what he said. "Thawed heart you are a great flier but you need to control yourself. You act to much on impulse and trying to be the best. While that is what we are looking for you need to control your wanting to be the best. Spitfire can help you with that. She can control hers so she can help you control yours."
As the training went on it became clear that Spitfire and Thawed Heart would be the next Wonderbolts and that is what happened.
Time Passes
The time for there to be a new captain has come and Thawed Heart wanted it to be her.
"Oh, I so hope it's going to be me." Thawed Heart whispered to Spitfire.
"I bet it will be he seems to be impressed by you." Spitfire whispered back.
"So I am happy to announce, Spitfire will be the new captain of the Wonderbolts." Thawed Heart and Spitfire looked at him in surprise.
Spitfire then went up. "Well, thanks I'd be happy to be the captain of the Wonderbolts."
Thawed Heart looked at her in anger.
Even more time passes
"Thawed Heart I here by strip you of your Wonderbolt status." Spitfire said harshly.
Thawed Heart looked at Spitfire in anger. "Well if just stopped out shining me this wouldn't have happened."
"What do you mean?" Spitfire asked.
Thawed Heart then just started on an entire rant. "You have always gotten everything. You got to be lead-pony while I was wing-pony, you got to be the front and center of a lot of the routines and I was the back seat flier, you're the captain while I'm just a normal member of the Wonderbolts. You get everything and I get nothing."
"Ok stop this now!" Spitfire ordered.
"I don't have to listen to you. You're no longer my captain." Thawed Heart said as she flew off in tears.
Flash back over
"So that's the entire backstory of us." Frosted Heart told the other Wonderbolts.
