Chapter One
The Padded Shapes of Nightmare
Valley weather was always interesting during this transitional period between spring and summer. For about a month, Ponyville would enjoy less rain and more sunshine as well as cool nights that were just above chilly. Schedules were not as busy during this time as well as ponies had yet to transition from the laid back spring days and dive head first into the hectic summer months. All around the feelings were calming and quiet.
Twilight had invited all her fellow princesses for a night on the town. It was so rare to get everypony together for a day of bonding and the purple pony was quick to leap on the opportunity. She even went as far as to schedule the entire day from sunrise to sunset, filling it with fun activities, seeing the sights of Ponyville, and above all else bonding with the other princesses.
Of course, the rest of the princesses didn’t quite follow the schedule that Twilight had planned out. The day had a late start as the other princesses rather enjoyed sleeping in. Twilight’s planned tour of the modern art museum had to be rescheduled for another day because the rest of them wanted to go bowling instead. Bird watching was replaced with some quiet sun bathing and ice cream. By the end of it all, their day turned out completely different than Twilight had initially planned.
But none of that mattered to Twilight. What mattered was that Cadance, Luna, and Celestia were all here to bond with. And the other three, even after apologizing for all the rescheduling Twilight talked about having to do, enjoyed the purple alicorn’s company immensely!
The group of princesses had just gotten out of dinner, a filling meal at the fanciest restaurant in town: La Plaque De Fantaisie. It was just barely evening when the four exited the elegant and deluxe. The oranges of the setting sun were just now being replaced with the purples and blues of night. The moon was just coming into view after spending the day drowned out by the sunlight.
“Such a beautiful night!” Cadance exclaimed as the pink alicorn took in a deep breath of the cool valley air.
“It was nice to step away from the big city,” Celestia added, bowing her head to some passersby who respectively bowed back as the group walked by.
“I agree. Ponyville’s such a peaceful town at night,” Luna added before looking up at the sky. “You can really see all the stars from out here,” she mused, scanning the beautiful night sky with a satisfied smile, “why, even the moon is...Is...” Her words trailed off into a worried silence, quickly grabbing the attention of the other princesses.
The other three looked to Princess Luna with concern before looking up in the direction she was looking. In a few seconds, their faces closely resembled hers. Looming above the group was the glow of the full moon, right where it usually was most nights. However, unlike most nights, covering the moon’s spotted face showed an ominous shadow of a mare’s head.
“Nightmare Moon?” Twilight quietly muttered to herself, confused as she glanced back down to Luna. The blue alicorn was just as puzzled as she was.
“Sister,” Celestia looked to Luna with worry, “what could this mean?”
“I don’t know,” Luna answered with dread, “but I have a sneaking suspicion that we’ll find out soon enough.”
“To the castle then!” Twilight exclaimed, leaping in front of the group to lead the way. “At the very least its natural magics will aid us!”
The others agreed, quickly dash off with Twilight. To save time, the group opted for a more direct route, cutting through the alleyways and thin paths between houses.
In their haste, they were all making great time until suddenly they lost their footing, all four of them, quickly crashing to the grassy ground. The fall left the princesses dazed for a moment or two as the world around them seemed to darken. Looming overhead gathered a star filled fog that quickly grew in size and strength. The princesses could just barely stand back up before the fog had fully encompassed the group.
The star filled fog twisted and bent in the air, moving with purpose as one large black mass. It continued gathering from parts unknown before balling up into a dense fog and dropping to the ground in front of the four princesses. The misty mass then quickly morphed from a shapeless blob into something almost ponylike. The group could only stand there in a ready stance as the form took shape.
A sinister and oddly familiar laugh echoed overhead as the fog took its final form. Materializing out of the stars stepped out a set of long, black hooves. After that came a body and then two piercing blue eyes that shined with a sinister glow. The remainder of the fog quickly took the form of a purple, star filled mane that flowed through the air like waves of water as well as a tall unicorn horn that sprouted proudly off the figure's head.
When the fog completely disappeared and the mass had finally taken form, it was revealed to be Nightmare Rarity, a sinister combination of Rarity and the mysterious, evil force that once corrupted Princess Luna. The malevolent villain grinned with sharp teeth as she continued to laugh maniacally.
“R-Rarity?” Twilight blinked in disbelief and shock, “what...what’s happened to you?” The rest of the princesses handled the reveal with varying levels of surprise, unsettlement, and anger.
“Oh young Twilight. I have been reborn. Reenergized. Revitalized!” Nightmare Rarity proudly held up her unicorn horn into the air as the appendage sparked with pent up energy. The air around the group felt charged like moments before a lightning storm. “I have never felt such power! I just couldn’t wait to show you all some new tricks I learned. It’s fortunate that I caught you all together in one place. It’d be such a hassle hunting you down one at a time.” Rarity stood with arrogant flair, regally holding her head up high into the air as her mane continued to flow behind her.
Luna leaned forward in an intimidating stance, ready to cast a spell the second Rarity’s hold on them lightened up. Despite being frozen where she stood, the blue alicorn was ready to pounce, ready to leap on and repel the evil that took over Rarity. Celestia followed her sister’s lead, scowling at the threat as her body tensed up with adrenaline.
“Now I can bring you all down in one fell swoop!” Nightmare Rarity’s grin grew as she held her unicorn up high into the air. An evil energy began to grow around it as the air sparked with charged bolts.
The energy took on a fiendish green color before turning white and then finally turning a sinister shade of blue. Once the spell had grown to its full power, Rarity swung her head towards the trapped princesses and flung the ball of light towards them. The ball jumped light lightening off her horn, separating into four pieces in a blink of an eye before stabbing the four alicorns in the forehead.
A sense of dread fell over the four ponies as they looked at each other with equally shocked expressions. The air around them buzzed with energy as a green glow grew around all four of them.
The spell’s effect came in waves, drastically altering the four princesses in short minutes. Twilight could feel no pain in such transformations and could only stand there petrified as she watched her fellow princesses follow the same fate.
First came the numbness as she began losing feeling in her extremities. Then her soft, lavender colored coat began to fade away. The hairs slowly turned white, melting into one another till they smoothed out into a soft plastic that encompassed her entire body. She could feel her bones being replaced with padding as her body began to flatten.
Looking around with what was left of her eyes, she could see the other princesses meeting the same circumstance. Celestia seemed to hold the most resistance to such magic, only managing to slow down the effects as she painfully strained against the changes. Where Cadance quickly turned into a diaper bearing her cutie mark, Celestia and Luna seemed to delay it for only a few moments as they spent some time as diaper/pony hybrids. But even that wasn’t enough and in the end they all fell under the magic force, falling to the ground as thick, crinkly diapers with only their cutie marks visible to differentiate them.
“Twilight Twilight Twilight,” Rarity tsked, carelessly floating the lavender diaper around, “just look at you now.” She waved the diaper around in the air a bit before floating it in close to give its soft padded core a prod with her hoof. “Princess of Friendship demoted to a diaper. Just like your precious princess pals.”
She smiled proudly at the work she had done. Four diapers laying open on the ground where princesses once pleaded. Her smile only widened as this reality full set in. She was unstoppable now.
“Oh I’m sure you’re all rather bummed about spending the rest of your lives as diapers,” Rarity laughed as she neatly folded each princess diaper and stacked them all into an orderly stack that floated in the air, “but don’t fret. My mind is just teeming with ideas and opportunity. We just need to find the right fit...And the right test subjects...”
And with that, Nightmare Rarity melted back into her ghostly from, disappearing into the night with the diapers in tow.

It was late at night by now and life in Canterlot Castle moved more or less the same as it had been. Without the Royal Sisters there, the staff list was smaller. There was no need to have so many guards or chefs or butlers when there was no one to give them orders.
Guards still walked their patrols, however, carrying on as usual. Among the many ponies who guarded the castle at this hour were an unlikely pair of a bat pony and a white unicorn. It was unusual to see a gold armored guard at this hour, but this was certainly unusual circumstances.
The bat pony was Evening Sky, a night guard pony with an eye catching purple striped tail and a cloudy moon cutie mark partially visible underneath her purple armor. She took her job with a large amount of pride, wearing that uniform with nobility and dignity, honored to guard her beloved Princess Luna. When she put on that helmet and picked up her spear, the bat pony put on a tough face, ready to take on any obstacle in the name of the Royal Sisters.
Standing beside her was Lucky Shield, a not as glorious guard as Evening Sky. He resembled many of the blue striped maned guards who patrolled the castle halls during the day, but his personality often landed him in not-so fortunate situations. His cutie mark depicted a star emblazoned blue shield, reflecting his natural born duty to serve and defend. He did his job well, there was no doubt in that, however he also enjoyed fudging his schedules by taking slightly longer breaks in between shifts than was acceptable. The white unicorn never saw much harm in it. Just ten or so minutes over his allotted break time was all that he required to finish his lunch or finish polishing his armor. It was nothing TOO substantial.
However, apparently someone above his rank was keeping track of his longer breaks and decided to surprise the stallion with a couple night shifts just to make up lost time. He wasn’t too happy about being up so late, but Evening Sky was always close by to make sure the stallion didn’t slink off for a nap.
The two were stationed at one of Canterlot Castle’s main halls, charged with the duty of watching for trespassers, thieves, and assassins. Of course, there was a lot less to worry about when the princesses weren’t home. Lucky Shield would probably use this fact as a means to avoid work altogether, but Evening Sky would be there every step of the way to talk him out of it.
“Stand up straight, Lucky!” Sky barked with a hiss, “a soldier’s expected to stand at attention during his entire shift!”
“Why? No one’s gonna see us,” Lucky grumbled, rolling his eyes tiredly, “I don’t even know why we’re bothering with guarding this hall. We haven’t seen a single pony walk by. Not even a maid or something. No one’s gonna visit when the princesses are on leave. We probably don’t even have to spend the whole shift here if we really didn’t want to...”
Lucky continued rambling on for a bit longer, but a sudden loud noise grabbed Sky’s attention, causing her fuzzy ears to perk up and point towards the sound. “You hear that?” she interrupted the white stallion.
“No,” Lucky Shield answered, not even bothering to listen for whatever Sky’s paranoid bat ears might have heard.
“It came from the throne room,” Sky barked before turning down the hall, “come on!”
“But our post!” Lucky whined, but she was already long gone, forcing him to run off after her.
The two guards galloped their way down the hall before stopping at the large double doors that led to the royal throne room. The sound of metal crashing to the ground could be heard as the two pressed their ears against the wooden door.
Evening Sky was the first one to burst in, leaping into the room once there was a wide enough gap in the door. Lucky Shield slipped in shortly after in a not-so stellar manner.
The throne room was a long area decorated with stained glass windows and marble columns. On the other end of the room stood two thrones for the royal sisters, currently unoccupied. A red carpet stretched all the way down the middle of the room, connecting the main doors with the thrones.
Standing not too far away from the main doors loomed Nightmare Rarity with her back to the other ponies. A thick white diaper bearing Princess Celestia’s cutie mark was fastened around her rear, bulging out her features. She peeked over her shoulder and grinned, “ah excellent,” she said as she slowly turned around the face the other ponies, “more guards to play with.”
Sky scowled as she held her spear towards the sinister unicorn. She scanned the room to find discarded parts of night guard armor, what she could only assume to be remnants of the guards stationed in the throne room. That only made her scowl narrow and her blood boil more.
“Your friends weren’t nearly as entertaining,” Rarity idly said, brushing a smudge off her hoof, “hardly put up a fight.” She then met eyes with the strong batpony, grinning and laughing at her ferocity. “Oh but you two will do nicely. Yes, I have some wonderful plans for you.”
“Not a chance!” Sky barked back as she pointed her spear toward the intruding unicorn, “Lucky! Go and get help!”
“No way! That’s Nightmare Rarity!” Lucky answered, cowardly taking a few steps backwards in fear. “Princess Celestia told us all about her! She’s gonna kill us!”
“Never mind that, Lucky!” Sky snapped back as she firmly pointed her spear at the intruder. “I’ll hold her off. YOU get out of here and find help, now!”
The stallion quickly nodded as he took a couple steps back from the encounter. He scrambled on his feet as he quickly spun around a made a break for the door.
Rarity snarled as she looked past the spear wielding batpony and straight at the fleeing stallion. “Disloyal guards will NOT be tolerated in my new castle!”
With a glow of her horn, Rarity lifted Lucky Shield into the air, freezing him in place as he ran a bit in the air before realizing he was trapped.
The sight just made Evening Sky’s grip around her spear tighten. “Let him go!” she powerfully shouted.
Nightmare Rarity just rolled her eyes before her horn’s glow grew brighter. Her magical aura extended itself to now encompass the batpony’s head. Sky was instantly awestruck by the magical effects as Rarity’s magics took hold. She was frozen in place, doing her best to keep her wits about her as her mind grew fuzzy.
In an instant the stallion became stiff, suddenly losing feeling in his entire body. That numbness briefly turned into bodywide tingling before that too disappeared without warning. His body struggled to hold under its own weight as his fur began morphing into a soft fabric. His mane followed shortly after, morphing into a blue material of equal softness. Right before his very eyes, black stitching could be seen weaving through his body as if they were sewn in by invisible needles. He could feel his body growing limp as his muscles turned into cotton like fluff. Finally, as if punctuating the unnatural transformation, his eyes that twinkled with fear morphed into glass and his mouth froze in a perpetual stitched smile..
The newly plushified stallion was promptly shrunk to a more manageable size, no bigger than a small dog. With no skeleton to hold it up anymore, the toy fell on its side, lifeless and unmoving.
Meanwhile Evening Sky stared dumbfoundedly at the intruding unicorn. Her grip around her weapon loosened as her dazed eyes acquired a most distinct blue swirl that irradiated out from her pupils. She was deep under Rarity’s hypnotic spell by now.
“There’s a good girl,” Rarity cooed with a deceptive voice before shooting the bat pony with one final bolt of magic, sealing her fate.
Sky instantly dropped her spear, causing the weapon to loudly clatter against the marble floor. Her body became lax as her limbs could no longer hold her weight. She plopped to the ground and quickly found laying on her back to be the most natural position. Her eyes became unfocused as she smiled at nothing. Her mind mush and simplified into that of a foal’s.
“Congratulations, my little pony,” Rarity grinned devilishly as a diaper bearing Luna’s cutie mark appeared, “you will have the honor of wearing Princess Luna! As for your friend,” she nabbed the now plushified unicorn guard off the ground and floated it over to the drooling Sky. “Well I think every little girl deserves a little snuggle buddy, right?” Rarity teased as she wagged the plushie above the bat pony.
Sky’s wings sprang open in delight as her forehooves shot up to grab the toy out of the air. She quickly pulled it down close to her and gave it a big hug with a happy wiggle of her body.
Rarity smiled at the adorable sight before kneeling down and quickly discarding the batpony’s purple armor, revealing the purple and lavender striped mane underneath. She then began carefully diapering the regressed guard by hand. Evening Sky didn’t resist, not anymore, in fact she seemed energized by the thick diaper, reveling in its soft texture. She only giggled quietly and babbled as the Luna diaper was slowly taped around her waist. In a matter of minutes she was softly enveloped in the Luna diaper, happily flaunting the moon shaped cutie mark that was printed on its face.
“Now, are we going to be a good girl?” Rarity asked with a smirk.
As if answering her question Sky began to grunt. She gripped the plushie against her chest in a tight hug as her back legs raised up into the air. She closed her eyes for only a moment as her tummy tightened and she began to push. Her diaper, predominantly displaying Luna’s cutie mark, began to quickly bulge outwards and sag heavily to the ground. Her gray legs carelessly wiggled in the air as she pushed more and more. A large, hefty load began filling the diaper as the garment crinkled and shifted to make room. At no point in her babyish diaper filling did Sky break eye contact with Rarity, nor did she stop smiling or hugging her favorite guard plushie.
“How cute,” Rarity laughed, watching the whole thing with delight. Already her mind teemed with possibilities and plans on how to deal with her newly regressed bat pony. Above all else, she needed to assign Sky to a post that was more fitting to her new attire. “I think you’re ready for your new assignment in the royal nursery.”
Evening Sky was completely unresponsive to Rarity’s taunts. She was now completely occupied with playing with her plushie, snuggling it and waving it around as she laid on her back. Her heavy diaper hardly bothered her now with her toy being so much fun. Occasionally she would squeal and giggled as her little imagination entertained her foalish mind.
Rarity grinned as she stood up and partly circled the diapered pony. “Oh who am I to ruin a little foal’s fun,” she laughed, “I’ll leave you two alone for now. Do try to behave yourself, little one.”
And with that, the black unicorn faded into the shadows, ready to pounce on her next target.

✶✶Chapter Four✶✶
Meanwhile things were at high alert in Twilight’s Castle. Once word got around that the princesses had gone missing, the remaining Elements of Harmony had called an emergency meeting in hopes to find a solution. None of them truly knew how effective they could be without Rarity or Twilight, but the group had to think of something.
Rainbow Dash and Applejack were the first ones to arrive. They charged into the throne room almost simultaneously with Dash opting for an open window as Applejack rushed the main doors.
The throne room was a large rounded room made of the same crystal material that encompassed the entire castle. In the center stood a round golden disk with six crystal chairs spaced evenly around it. Each chair was marked with a cutie mark, corresponding to the pony who sat there. The usual warm glow of the hanging colored lanterns in the center of the room seemed to only amplify the ominous background that loomed just outside the castle.
Pinkie Pie arrived shortly after, hopping up into her crystal throne in a less-than-Pinkie-like fashion. She wasn’t her usual perky self, opting for a more quieter demeanor. She had grown worried about Twilight and Rarity’s disappearance, hardly able to think of much else. It only made things worse that her left ear wouldn’t stop twitching as well, alluding to something terrible.
“So what’s this about?” Rainbow Dash asked, swooping downwards into her own seat, “where could all the princesses disappear off to?”
“Did Twilight say anything to you gals?” Applejack asked the room, only to have the other two shake their heads.
“Nothing. Not even Rarity told us anything,” Dash answered.
Applejack opened her mouth to respond, but was interrupted by the squeaking of metal door hinges. The group turned around to look towards the throne room’s main doors. In peeked the pink haired head of Fluttershy, the quiet and meek one of the party. She hastily rushed into the meeting room with a shy, lowered head. “Sorry I’m late,” she quietly stated, scurrying off to her own chair. The group made their usual greetings to their late arrival, but eventually returned to the task at hand.
“So we gotta get out and look for them!” Rainbow Dash so powerfully declared, “get a search party together or somethin’!”
“Them?” Fluttershy quietly interjected. News about Twilight’s disappearance had reached the yellow pegasus, even though she lived so far in the outskirts of town. However, as far as she knew, Twilight was the only one missing.
Dash blinked for a second or two, “...Twilight and Rarity.”
“But...I was just talking to Rarity,” Fluttershy answered, “she was saying how important it was that we all were in the throne room.”
“What?!” The other three leapt from of their seats as they loudly exclaimed in unison.
Suddenly the group’s hooves began to glow blue, freezing them in place. The blue aura then materialized into magical rings that looped around their hooves, trapping them where they stood like heavy shackles.
“What is this?!” Rainbow Dash growled, forcefully tugging at her hooves without budging an inch.
As if to answer her question, a sinister laugh echoed off of the crystalline walls. Before them materialized a starry fog that quickly morphed into shape. A pair of glowing blue eyes pierced the misty curtain, staring straight through the startled ponies as the evil took shape. The shadows finally took the form of Nightmare Rarity, an ominous sight even with the white diaper taped around her waist.
“Rarity?” Applejack exclaimed in disbelief, “what’s...”
“My dear...friends,” Rarity grinned evilly, “I’m sure you’re all wondering why I’ve brought you here.” With a glow of her horn she summoned a folded diaper bearing Twilight’s cutie mark. “As you can see. Twilight has found herself in quite the predicament,” she floated the padding through the air for emphasis, “out of all the princesses, I think she makes the most perfect diaper.”
“Th-they’ve been turned into diapers?!” Pinkie exclaimed, her voice shaking in absolute shock. Her poofy hair quivered with her disbelief, risking to collapse and lose its natural glow. The others were just as taken aback by the news, but each handled it in their own way.
Seeing Twilight turned into a diaper seemed to only anger Rainbow Dash, causing the blue pegasus to bear her teeth in a gritting growl. If she wasn’t magically bolted to the ground, she might have very likely tried to tackle Rarity, regardless of their preexisting relationship. Might have even swung a few angry punches her way as well!
Fluttershy was paralyzed, not only by her magical restraints, but by her own fear for her life. Her limbs quivered underneath her as her lips trembled. She could hardly form a coherent sentence through it all, managing only some meek whimpers and squeaky gasps.
Applejack remained quiet. Quieter than even Fluttershy. Only her silence was bubbling with fury. A look of determination remained on her face, unwilling to give Rarity the benefit of seeing her crack under her taunts and mockery.
Undeterred by the other ponies, Rarity continued to evilishly pace around the room. She held the Twilight diaper like a theatrical prop, floating it around her as she walked. “oh, but what’s a diaper without a baby?” She tapped her chin as if deep in thought. The four other ponies stood in dread as she reveled in making them wait. “I’m going to be taping Twilight around one of you tonight, but I’ll leave it up to YOU to decide who it’ll be.”
“None of us are gonna do that!” Rainbow Dash angrily snarled, baring her teeth.
Rarity’s head snapped towards the bold pegasus, scowling at her as her horn began to flare up with power. A swift bolt of magic shot from her horn and darted straight into Dash’s chest. In a blink of an eye, Rainbow Dash could feel her bladder suddenly fill up before her body released the whole thing, causing a large yellow puddle to form around her ankles. It all happened so suddenly that she could hardly fathom any of it until she stood wallowing in her own urine.
“I will not have rudeness interrupt our vote!” Rarity sneered. She scowled at the rebellious pegasus for a few more minutes before pausing, taking a breath of air, and melting into that same fiendish smile. “Fine then,” she started again, scanning across her frozen friends, “If no one wants to accept my generous gift, I suppose I’ll just choose for you...”

✶✶Chapter Four: Fluttershy✶✶
Nightmare Rarity took a long while staring sinisterly back at Rainbow Dash who continued scowling at her. While Dash’s glare was fierce and unwavering, Rarity’s was brash, cocky, and almost mischievous. Two unstoppable forces in their own right.
“Fluttershy,” Rarity boomed, snapping her head to face the pink haired pegasus, “yes, you seem to be the perfect candidate.”
The yellow pegasus didn’t respond, too petrified with quivering fear to say anything. Even if she wasn’t magically bound to the ground, she’d likely never move on her own accord out of primal fear. Rarity reveled in the pegasus’ terror, glaring down upon the timid pony as she floated the Twilight diaper down between the two. Fluttershy didn’t budge an inch.
Grinning an evil grin, Rarity magically brought the diaper down between Fluttershy’s legs, securely taping her into the fluffy garment after only a few well timed motions. Twilight’s cutie mark could be clearly seen on the rear of the diaper, serving as a constant reminder of the alicorn’s fate.
Color drained from Fluttershy’s face as she fearfully looked around the room at her other friends. The group could only silently watch the whole thing unfold. She briefly glanced behind her where the fringes of Twilight’s elastic ruffles could be seen out of the corner of her eye. Her eyes snapped back with a blush.
“A perfect fit!” Rarity laughed, “you wear that diaper well, Fluttershy. Now all we have to do is see if you can use it well too.”
“I-I couldn’t!” Fluttershy squeaked.
“No need to be so timid, Fluttershy. Diapers are meant to be used,” Rarity grinned as her horn teemed with magical energy just waiting to be conjured into a spell.
Fluttershy meekly looked up at Rarity and then again over to her friends who looked upon her with expressions of sympathy. Neither of them wished for such a fate. She then took a long look at her new diaper, meekly squeezing her thighs a tiny bit out of a nervous, meek twitch. She couldn’t help but notice how thick it was. How comfortable it was.
She knew this diaper was Twilight. That was a truth she desperately grabbed hold of as a reminder. No matter what, she had to remember that. It was wrong to be wearing Twilight like some kind of magically twisted outfit. She knew that. But at the same time, she noticed how soft the inside of the diaper was. How thick the padding was, how crisp the plastic.
She squeezed her thighs together a tiny bit more just to take it all in. So soft and crinkly. She dared another yet squeeze. “Security details are being sent out as we speak, your highness,” “new uniforms for the city’s denizens have already be distributed, but there are a few who have resisted the treatment. Some of them are even rebelling against the new mandate.”
“Is that so?” Rarity answered as she idly rubbed a hoof across her diaper’s swollen crotch. “I may have to pay them a personal visit.” She grinned at the thought and shamelessly played with her diaper a little more because of it. A fair amount of time passed before she even bothered looking up and noticed that the guard had something else to add. “Was there anything else?”
“Uhm...Permission to speak freely, your highness?” the guard meekly asked.
Rarity sighed, “granted.”
“Forgive me, princess, but,” he was clearly a little uneasy about what he was about to say. He fidgeted in place for a tiny bit, squeezed his back thighs together, before finally speaking. “I...can’t help but sympathize with those remaining few citizens.”
Rarity leaned forward in her seat a bit as she raised a stern eyebrow. “What?”
“I don’t mean to offend, your highness. It’s just that...I’m not so sure I even need to wear diapers. Not all the time at least. Sometimes...I think I could do without even.”
“Do you not like your diapers?” Rarity leaned forward even more, her puzzled expression morphing into a scowl of disappointment. “Hm, no matter. A little adjustment and you’ll be ready to serve.”
Her horn sprang to life as a light blue aura encompassed the black appendage. The diamond shaped symbol on the back of the guard’s diaper lit up in response, lighting up his backside with its blue glow.
The guard cringed, lowering his head in pain as he was suddenly bewildered by a pulsing migraine. The diaper felt like it was tightening up around him, constricting its pillowy soft interior around him ever so slightly. The pressure in his head only lasted for a minute or two, just enough for his vision to blur slightly.
Finally the pain subsided, releasing both his mind and his lower waist. As quickly as it appeared, all of the guard’s sudden pain disappeared. The glowing diamond on his diaper dimmed shortly after, reverting to its previous state.
“Now then,” Nightmare Rarity smirked, shifting a bit in her seat which inadvertently squished the mess inside the diaper about, “how do you feel about the new uniforms?”
The guard’s eyes snapped forward, staring Rarity straight in the eye. “They’re perfect, your highness,” he answered without hesitation, “everyone deserves to wear diapers as thick and soft as this one!”
“That’s what I thought,” Rarity grinned before leaning back. “You may leave,” she said with a wave of her hoof, “have the captain gather a list of those few who have been...difficult to please.” She paused for effect, glancing down at her diaper, “I’ll be sure to see to them personally.”
“Right away, your highness,” the guard said before bowing and quickly waddling out of the room.
Rarity leaned back with a triumphant smile on her face. She proudly gazed upon the throne room. HER throne room.
“Oh yes,” she quietly laughed as a hoof rubbed the Celestia diaper, “I’ll make sure they all see...”

✶✶Chapter Four: Pinkie Pie✶✶
Rarity’s eyes fell upon the pink pony who struggled to have that big bright smile she seemed to always have. “Ah Pinkie Pie, who better to enjoy my generous gift than a pony who just LOVES gifts!”
Pinkie crossed her front hooves and shot her nose into the air, “no, I won’t do it!”
Rarity frowned, “you’re not always so grumpy.” The Twilight diaper floated down as she continued, “I think you’ll change your tune once you realize how much fun it is to wear diapers again!”
With a glow of her horn, Nightmare Rarity lifted Pinkie into the air and gently flipped her onto her back into the usual diaper changing position. This aerial somersault caught Pinkie completely off guard, causing her to let out a little involuntary giggle. The laugh lasted for only a second or two before she quickly controlled herself and went back to pouting.
Rarity noticed of course and continued the diaper change as per usual. Keeping Pinkie in the air, she weaved the diaper up underneath the pink pony’s rump. She occasionally rocked her about like a swing, soliciting another tiny giggle from Pinkie. It was as much of a game as it was a simple diaper change.
Pinkie Pie let out a quick giggle once the diaper was securely fastened around her waist. The soft plastic leggings of the garment brushed against her thighs, tickling her in just the right way to make it quite difficult to not stir a response. Feeling such snug softness was enough to permanently pull her out of that grumpy pout she tried oh so hard to keep up.
“You see? Diapers aren’t so bad,” Rarity devilishly grinned, “why even I’m wearing one!” She wagged her padded butt in front of Pinkie, the sun shaped cutie mark on its back was briefly flashed. “Now we match!”
Pinkie looked between her legs, “well...I guess they are kinda soft!”
“They are, aren’t they,” Rarity laughed, “and Twilight being your diaper is just icing on the cake!” Her horn began to glow oh so subtly as she continued. “Why, just before Twilight turned into a diaper, she begged me to give her to you.”
A subtle blue twinkle illuminated Pinkie’s eyes as she giggled a little bit more. “...Really?” she answered, oddly convinced, “she really wanted me to wear her?”
“But of course! She wanted her bestest best friend to have as much fun as she’s having!”
Pinkie hopped to her feet and bounced in the air with a grun, “wow, I do like fun!”
“Stop this, Pinkie!” Applejack loudly exclaimed, “don’t you see what’s happening?! She’s making you think all this!”
“Quiet!” Rarity snapped, shutting Applejack up with a quick muffling spell. She then turned her head back to Pinkie and spoke so deceptively nice. “You don’t need to listen to any of them. They’re just jealous Twilight’s not their bestest best friend. They don’t want you to have fun with Twilight.”
“I...I like having fun...” Pinkie parroted.
“Why don’t you show us how much you love having fun? Why don’t you show the WHOLE TOWN how much you love having fun!” Pinkie eagerly nodded as her magical shackles faded away. “Then run along!” Rarity happily exclaimed, “go out there and have as much fun as you can with your new diaper!”
“Yeah! I will!” Pinkie bounced and shouted, her new diaper crinkling up a storm with each move she made. Then, in one pink blur, she zipped out of the room, likely to have oh so much fun with her new diaper. There was no telling how many games she could play with her bestest best friend. Sure Twilight was a diaper, but that just meant she needed to play foalish games so Twilight wouldn't feel left out!
That left Nightmare Rarity alone with the rest of the group. “It would seem you three have a Pinkie to catch,” she chuckled as she released the rest of the group from their bindings, “I would hurry up if I were you. Wouldn’t want Pinkie to get ahead of herself and start inviting ponies to a late night diaper party!” A fog began to loom over her as a sinister glow illuminated her silhouette. “Who knows, maybe I’ll even get an invitation,” she happily mused to herself, “until next time, everypony.”
And with a final sinister laugh, Nightmare Rarity disappeared, leaving the others with a hyperactive Pinkie Pie to track down. There wasn’t even a guarantee that they would be able to slow her down, let alone stop her from playing her foalish games with the rest of the town ponies.
