Prologue: Awakening of Naturus

"Augh! Why did I let them have some time?" a deep, masculine voice said.

"I let the control the weather, ecosystem and even the sun and moon. Why didn't I stop them?"

"..."

"I WILL MAKE THOSE STUPID LITTLE PONIES DIE FOR ALL THEY DONE TO BOTH ME AND THE PLANET!!! I WON’T STAND FOR SUCH BLASPHEMY!!!" the Tree of Harmony said to its, or rather his self. "PONIES OF ALL TRIBES WILL SEE THEIR CITES BURN BEFORE MY HAND!!! I AM ORDER, I AM CHAOS, I AM LORD NATURUS, THE RIGHTFUL RULER OF THE EARTH!!!" the Tree, or should I say Naturus, continued to rant until he decided to shed his outer shell and reveal his true form.

"I'M BACK BABY!!!" he said as he absorbed his shell and floated away from his cave. "Everfree, I want you to stay where you are until I give the signal!" he said. "It's about time I should build a new citadel, perhaps that pathetic excuse for an Empire will do nicely!" he said before teleporting off.

Lord Naturus: Biography

Even when he is weakened, he is still stronger than Tirek and Discord at their combined heights.

Chapter 1: Crystal Empire Invasion

"Behold, the new citizen of the Crystal Empire!" Sunburst said as a red crystal pony rose in the air. Sunburst galloped to the Crystal Heart, only to find, there wasn't a Crystal Heart.

"Looking for this," a voice said. Everybody looked to see the speaker, when the found him, they were shocked.

The being had a blue aura (similar to Bill Cipher's aura) that vibrated through every syllable it spoke through. He had the Crystal Heart in his telekinetic grasp. "Well, well, well, looking for THIS oversized cutout!" he said. "Do you know what THAT oversized cutout is? That's the Crystal Heart, and how did you get in here?" a guard said. "You creatures never learn, once I absorb the Heart, you're little city-state will fall to the blizzard."

"Goodbye!" the being said as he absorbed the Crystal Heart and all the shards nearby, increasing his power.

As soon as he absorbed the last shard, the Frozen North began to advance as the Crystal Ponies panicked.

"And now, I think this place needs some REMODELING!!!" he said as he snapped his fingers. Cracks began to form around the city, acid began to fill it and eat away on the streets and houses. Naturus pointed his finger at a random pony as a laser came out of it, killing the poor soul in the process. He did this to several others until he turned to see Princess Cadence and Shining Armor, who had looks of sheer horror on their faces.

'That guy's a monster, why would he even murder them, all the past villains NEVER would have killed, no matter how mean and evil they were. Sombra only wanted to enslave the Crystal Empire, Chrysalis only wanted to feed her people, Tirek only stole magic, and Discord was nothing but pranks. Nightmare Moon's eternal night would have caused freezing and mass starvation, she would never kill on purpose. We have never seen someone who killed anything apart from bugs, so why HIM?" Cadence thought.

'Pfft. If it isn't Ms. MatchMaker and El Armor Guy, you think YOU can stop me! Give me you're best shot!"

"Don't you dare destroy the Crystal Empire, we will not let you destroy it any longer, you monster!" Shiny said. Both he and Cadence rested their heads on each other as a pink energy began forming around them. Just then, a beam of light emerged from the two and struck the strange entity, rather than defeat him, it just bounced right off him like a ball to a wall. "What the?" Shiny said as the being laughed.

"Don't you dolts realize that I, Lord Naturus, am completely immune to all forms of that so-called magic, no matter how strong it is, but I'm impressed anyways." Naturus said as he conjured a sword made of blue energy in his hand.

"But now.." he raised his arms as a bunch of blue, spider-like beings emerged from the ground and began killing the Crystal Ponies. "It's time for you two clowns to die!"

Shining drew his blade as Naturus prepared to strike him. The two blades let out a clinging sound as they struck each other. Cadence took a sword from one of the dead guards and proceeded to help her brother. "You are pretty good for a pretty pony, but I have more tricks up my sleeve." He said as he slashed his sword in air, shockwaves of blue energy came out near the couple. "Honey, look out." Cadence said as Shining dodged the shockwaves.

"Augh! This is getting me mad!" Naturus said as he slashed his sword in the air again, but this time, a barrage of blue fireballs fell down towards them. Cadence shot a beam at a fireball, making it blow up. Shining Armor saw a barrage of spiders coming towards them. "Honey, look out!" he said. Cadence turned her head and blasted the spiders, but they still advanced.

Naturus made his sword disappear and held his hands together. A sphere of blue energy advanced towards them as they shot a beam at it and managed to deflect it back at Naturus.

KARACK-KA BOOM!!!

A cloud of smoke enveloped the area. Before they could celebrate, a sword of blue energy impaled Shining's back. They turned around to see that Naturus was completely unscathed, and wielding the sword.

"I am impressed with you both, you gave me quite a scare."

"Not really, because I was holding back." Naturus said plainly. "You..." Shining said weakly.

"Don't waste you're breath, horse." He said as he retracted his sword into his hand, leaving a severe wound with blood leaking out of it.

"And now, to finish you two off once and for all! Goodbye, Princess Mi Amore Cadenza and Prince Shining Armor, both royalty of the Crystal 'Empire'." Naturus said as he shot a beam from his finger.

When the smoke cleared, not even ashes remained, only a smoking hole where they once stood. By now, all the Crystal Ponies were killed.

"Now, time to remodel this dump!" he said.

He snapped his fingers and the whole city sunk into green liquid, save for the castle itself. He raised his arms, and white-colored bricks appeared out of nowhere from the ground up. The roof tiles became vibrant, sure to put Canterlot to shame.

At the top of each tower, it looked like a claw holding a crystal. The castle had increased to the point it dwarfed Mt. Canterhorn, and the chasms with the green liquid became a moat for the new citadel. A single bridge was the only thing that connected the citadel to the land. There were some houses and crystals that stuck out of the liquid, but the being lived with it.

"Beware, you have made a GRAVE mistake for taking control, if any other sentient race intervenes, well, they will be killed off as well." Naturus said.

Hey guys, so, I am going to make Cadence and Shining have a chance to either live or die. Tell me what you want in the comments below, and I'll think about it. C 'ya.

Chapter 2: Attack of the Spiders

Flurry Heart was now seven years old, an a feisty child, but she still loved her parents near and dear. She walked out of her room and to her surprise, the whole castle was transforming.

The crystalline structure was replaced with white marble bricks and wooden ceilings and floors. Red rugs unrolled until they went across the hallway. Banners of a matching color unrolled from the ceiling, depicting black markings that resembled a catlike eye. Gold, silver and, an unknown material (platinum) were arranged into beautiful patterns across the walls, sure to put Canterlot to shame.

"Woah, what happened?" she said. She didn't have time to admire what happened when a screech came from behind. She looked around to see a giant blue spider scuttling towards her, but something was off, its head was missing, it had six legs instead of eight, and it didn't appear to be able to spin webs. Flurry heard several other screeches and saw a whole hoard of them coming towards her. "Gotta' go." she said.

Flurry galloped across the halls, being chased by a horde of spiders. She knew next to nothing about the transformed castle, so she decided to go to a door on the left. "Woah," she said as she ran through what appeared to be a museum. The spiders kept on coming so she didn't have time to admire the scenery.

She ran to the right and ran up a spiral staircase. "Oh no, they can climb!" Flurry Heart said as she looked down, the spiders were walking up the walls and the staircase. She decided that in order to get away from them, she had to fly upwards. She unfolded her wings and flew off the stairs, higher and higher up the staircase, she felt something warm on her right hind leg and saw acid on it. "Gah, those things spit acid!"

She shook the acid off of her leg, sending it back downwards.

"No time to go to a door, I've got to go to the top before they do, or else I'll get captured." she said as she increased her speed, the spiders were still advancing and even spitting acid at her. When she landed at the top of the staircase, she went through the door, only to find an army of spiders at the top as well. She had no other options but to-

"GET AWAY FROM HER!" a guard said as he tackled a spider. "Go, Flurry Heart, I'm not sure if he killed you're parents, but go!" The poor guard was tackled by the spiders, who proceeded to eat him. Flurry Heart jumped on a chariot drawn by pegasi, her mother's chariot.

"Get on, we can't do this for much longer." a guard said as he pointed downwards with his hoof, an army of spiders was climbing up the exterior of the transformed castle. Flurry Heart jumped on the chariot, and the guards flew away from the transformed Empire, a pool of acid was replacing the houses and streets. "Oh no," she said, a tear coming down from her face.

"GAH! Why you little!" a voice said as a beam of blue light came from a window, aiming for the chariot she was on. Thinking quickly, Flurry Heart shot a laser from her horn. The two beams met, creating an explosion. Flurry Heart was now safe on her mother's chariot, but she was sad about her mother. Sobbing, she looked forward as the chariot flew to Canterlot. She hoped that her parents were safe and alive.

Chapter 3: A Collapsing Castle

Twilight has finished with her latest friendship mission, and boy was it harsh, it was as if the Tree wanted her and her friends to die. She entered her castle to find her brother laying in a bed in the castle hospital, several wounds and gashes covering his body. Cadence was sitting down beside him, she had scars of her own, though they were not as severe on her.

She was sitting there, praying that her husband would live. "What happened?" Twilight said to her sister-in-law. "Oh, its a long story." Cadence said. "No, no, take your time." Twilight said. Cadence began.

Well, it was another Crystalling ceremony, Sunburst was about to fused the shard with the Heart, from what he had told me, the Heart was stolen, everypony, including me, looked up to see a strange being, it defiantly wasn't a pony by the way, nor does it belong to any known sentient species. It was a bipedal figure, not unlike the Minotaurs and maybe even the Diamond Dogs, but that was where the similarities end.

It had a blue, almost metallic skin that had darker blue markings on it. Its 'head' mearly had five 'horns' on it, as it was fused to the torso, and what's even stranger, was that its only facial feature was a single eye. It unnerved me greatly, it was kind of like a cat's eye, and NOT the kind of cat you would like to pet. It called itself 'Naturus' and he destroyed the Crystal Empire, replacing it with his own fortress. He flooded the city with acid, killed off the Crystal Ponies, and nearly destroyed me and my husband, whom he nearly killed. When I found out he was completely immune to magic, I decided to fake our death, so before he managed to kill us both, I cast a teleportation spell on the two of us and here we are, right now, trying to save my dear Shining Armor.

"What a monster he was, I'll never forgive him for-" Twilight was about to finish her sentence when a voice rang through the air.

"I thought you would die for good this time!" a deep, masculine voice said.

"I know you, you're Naturus!" Cadence said. "BINGO! By the way, Sparky won't need her castle anymore!"

As if his words were magic, the castle began to collapse. "Oh no, he found us!" Cadence said as the duo pushed Shining Armor's bed outside the hospital. Hands made out crystal attempted to destroy the three, ranging from slapping to scratching.

They ran past Spike who looked at them and said "What's going on?"

"Lookie here, there's a teenage mutant ninja lizard, I'll rip his tail off and see if it grows back!" Naturus said as a crystal hand attempted to chop his tail off him. Spike saw this coming and grabbed his tail and ran off a jumped onto Shiny's bed, carefully avoiding the gashes that Shining had on him, most notably the bandaged hole. "I feel sorry for you, but right now, look." Spike said as he pointed. The ceilings were getting lower in an attempt to crush them all. "Hurry!" Twilight said as they went through the closing door, just in time to see the last bits of her castle explode like a nuclear bomb, minus the radiation and stuff.

"First the library is destroyed by Tirek, now my castle is destroyed by Naturus, why would this happen!?" Twilight said, sobbing. "You are not the only one who's lost their kingdom to Naturus, heck, the Crystal Empire was lost to him." Cadence said. "We may not know what has happened, but we do know that he is dangerous." Shining Armor said, now feeling better, he still had those mutilated scars, though.

"Aunt Twilight!" a young, childish voice said. "Flurry!" Twilight said as she hugged her niece. Flurry Heart then turned to see her parents.

"Mom! Dad! I missed you, I'm glad you escaped." Flurry Heart said as she hugged Cadence. For Shining Armor though, she was much more gentle on him, due to his injuries. "I thought you were killed by Naturus, I'm so glad you are here." Shining said as he nuzzled his daughter and patted her with his hoof. "Well, she was royalty." a guard said. Twilight looked to see a guard nearby. "Too bad we couldn't prevent Naturus's massacre of the Crystal Ponies, they are now all extinct." another guard said. Twilight drooped her head down, knowing that the guard was right. Naturus was so strong, they would need all the help they can get.

"Yeah, right, as if I will let you have any help. Time to expand my horizons." Naturus said, sitting on his ill-gotten throne, setting his all-seeing eye at the ponies. "I'll give Equestria's vassals a parting gift." he said as he snapped his fingers, eight glowing orbs flew out of the castle, striking some deer, elk, and buffalo vassals. "Without their vassals, they would have to fight me alone." He snapped his fingers and another orb struck Manehattan, most of the population was killed in the explosion. "With them weakened, I can regain my strength, expand my army's diversity, and branch out to invade more soil, and ocean in some cases."

Chapter 4: The Destruction of Aquastria

A merpony swam along, admiring the coral gardens of Aquastria, looking at the fish, admiring the corals, seeing merpony foals bounce on the sponges, and even a starfish. She continued deeper into the gardens, not knowing that something was following her.

She was still looking at the corals when she heard a tiny "KREE!" from behind her. "Huh?" she said, turning around.

What she saw was a peculiar-looking blue crab. Something was wrong with it, for starters, it seemed to lack pincers, only had six legs instead of ten, and its face was only eight eyes, almost like a spider. "Hey, little guy." the merpony said, holding a hoof out, ready to pet the spider.

"Here, I'm not going to hurt you." she said, when she got close enough, the spider jumped at her, injecting acid into her blood. A bunch of other spiders crawled out of the coral, doing the same thing. "Oh no," she said as her life slipped away.

Queen Atlantis was busy going to announce her people about an infestation that happened when a voice rang out.

"CITIZENS OF AQUASTRIA!!!" a male-sounding voice boomed.

Everyone turned their heads to see a very strange-looking being. It was a bipedal creature, with almost metallic skin as blue as the ocean. Its markings were a darker blue, its hands and feet colored the same shade. It didn't appear to have a head, rather, it had five hornlike structures that deceivingly looked like a crown. Its glowing blue aura vibrated with every syllable that is spoke.The most unnerving part was its only facial feature, a single catlike eye that gazed at them. They looked to the being's left and right to see four of those strange creatures swimming right on either side.

"I have come to kill you, for you control the tides and ocean. Since you help the ponies with their control over Earth, you and all of the merponies will DIE!!!" the being said as it, or rather he pointed a finger at them, the spiders either swam or scuttled towards the merponies and started killing them all willy-milly. Naturus pointed his finger at a nearby guard and killed him, staining the water red with blood. After killing the guard, he went inside the passage. "Time to find this thing." he said.

"NO!!!! That leads to the Sacred Coral Flute of the Sea!!! If he finds it, then he'll gain full control over the oc-" Atlantis said before a bunch of spiders piled up on her, the last thing she saw was Naturus going into the passage.

Naturus held his hand out in a karate-chop position, an energy sword came out. He used it to chop the seaweed outcroppings as he advanced deeper into the sea. He did this a couple of times before he saw a golden light. He telekineticlly pushed the seaweed away a saw what he has been looking for, it looked like a red piece of coral, but it was arranged into what looked like a flute, and decorated with shells and pebbles. "Yes!" Naturus said.

"That's it, the Sacred Coral Flute of the Sea, once I absorb its power, I'll be-"

"Don't you dare!" Naturus looked behind him and saw two merpony guards with coral spears behind him, looking like they were ready to stab him. Naturus chuckled at their attempt to scare him, he was immune to magic, he can see through the illusion spell put on their armor.

"I have to say, you are brave to go down to this place with me." Naturus said as he caught the flute in his telekinetic grasp. "You don't realize the story of this here flute. Well, your ancestors were ordinary ponies, back at that time, the ocean was as untame as it was supposed to be. So you dolts, under the command of the council, grabbed coral from the nearby reef, and crafted the flute, turning you into merponies and giving you and your ancestors control of the ocean. But, now..."

Naturus willed the flute into his body, absorbing it and its power, converting it into a non-magical energy, the same energy he has.

"since I have now absorbed it, the ocean is now free." The merponies gasped in horror as they and the surviving merponies lost their control over the ocean. "What have you done?" one of the merponies said as he looked outside. Naturus grinned smugly with a nonexistent smile, watching as the ocean turned on the merponies, fish started to refuse their command as sharks and sea serpents devoured them. One of the gaurds felt his body tingle. He and his friend looked down to see that their tails were splitting into legs, then they realized something, they can no longer breathe.

"Look at you, struggling for air, you know, that would be what I would imagine the fate of the ponies to be, struggling against nature, only to die soon after, bye!" Naturus said as he left the cave, leaving the now normal earth ponies to die.

So yeah, I don't know ANYTHING about Aquastria, but anyways, I haven't done a design on Queen Atlantis or the Sacred Coral Flute of the Sea yet. I'll think about the designs later, K.

Chapter 5: The Boreas is Absorbed

"ATTENTION, CITIZENS OF GRIFFONSTONE!!!!" the voice boomed. Everyone, including Gilda, looked to the source of the voice and saw something they wouldn't expect in an everyday life.

"I am Lord Naturus, ruler of the world." the being said, its, or rather his glowing blue aura vibrated with every syllable in the words that he spoke. "Wait, are you lying, because Princess Celestia rules much of the known world." a lone griffon said.

"I don't care who that little worm is, now tell me, aren't they... helping you... rebuild?" Naturus said.

"We haven't seen any ponies around, so not really." a lone griffon said.

"Now tell me, what did they promise you all?" Naturus said with his arms crossed.

"They only promised us friendship, it seems." another griffon said.

"Just as I suspected..." Naturus said. "When they said you were going to establish friendship with the horses, you were merely falling into their trap. While their leaders would deny it, a good number of ponies think of and treat beings that aren't ponies as mere animals, pretty racist, don't you think so?"

"Well, wha-"

"SILENCE, MORTALS! Already, the elder of the two is pulling you into her little cult, making you're kind a puppet state to that false goddess and her nature-taming ways." In truth, Naturus was lying about a good chunk of that stuff, one of the only things that he was telling the truth about was Celestia and Luna not being gods whatsoever.

He knew they have made no claim, he also knew that Celestia and Luna were born earth ponies, not alicorns. The claim that they were born alicorns came when their manes became all wavy for reasons he didn't want them to know yet, but it was not because of the excess power.

"So who's with me?" Naturus said. "Since I can't breathe, I came under the gorge, and lookie what I've got!" Naturus snapped his fingers and a relic appeared, floating right beside him, it was invisible the whole time.

"The Idol of Boreas!" Gilda whispered. "CORRECT! Taken from the Abyss." Naturus said.

"Uhh, that's, that's a fake!" a griffon said.

"As a certain Empire would say, see for yourself!" Naturus said as he lowered the Idol to the ground. Gruff examined it for a bit, tapping his claw on it. "It is the REAL idol!" Gruff said as Naturus put in back in his telekinesis.

"Indeed, you are right, Gruff. Now, I've got a proposition for you, WHO WILL JOIN ME IN MY CONQUEST TO TAKE OVER EQUESTRIA AND KILL OFF THE PONIES, ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!" Naturus said in a voice that surpassed the Royal Canterlot Voice.

"No!" Glida said. "I won't go murder ponies for no reason! I promised Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie friendship." a few griffons agreed.

"Well then, suit yourself, because I will not let this slide!" Naturus said as he absorbed the Idol, his power skyrocketing. "ALRIGHT, last chance!" Naturus said. "Not after what you did with the Idol!" Gruff said.

"It's been seven years since they came, and you have already scummed to them, so, ATTACK!" Naturus pointed his finger at the castle, destroying it with a bolt of lightning while hoards of spiders went all around, killing every single griffon in sight.

"Why are you doing this?" Gruff said. "The ponies have full control over everything, the weather can't move without their command, plants have to be constantly tended by them, and animals cannot teach their children! Even the sun and moon were forced to bow down to their will. Bleaugh! It makes me SICK just talking about it!" "So, what's wrong with that?" Gruff said.

"EVERYTHING!!! If I must, I'll destroy every sentient species in her sphere of influence, maybe even the whole Earth if it is needed. Why haven't you attacked them before you lost the Idol, why not before they went to retrive it, why not sneak attack them when the least expected it... Why?" Naturus said. "Well, if we attacked them, we would risk our own survival." Gruff said.

"If you joined me, then I would give you're kind a fresh new start, but your granddaughter's friendship with them just had to ruin it all for you! I thought of letting you're kind live, but it's too late for that! Goodbye!" Naturus said as he summoned an energy sword and proceeded to cut off Gruff's head. "No w-"

SLICE

Gruff was killed, leaving behind a burning corpse. "I can't sense any more of them..." Naturus said.

"Twilight has a messenger, so I'll have to do things myself!" Naturus then teleported away.

Yes, I HAVE seen that Star Wars crossover. And NO, I'm not ripping it off.

Chapter 6: The Scepter and the Hostage

"Oh man, oh man, that guy has got to go." Twilight said, pacing back and forth. "Come on Twi, he'll be beat, It's not like the end of the world right now, he just took over the Crystal Empire and destroyed you're castle when we last heard him." Spike said."But I do feel worried."

"He really meant business when he destroyed my castle, he's also immune to magic from what Cadence has told me, I wish..."

Ever since Naturus destroyed Twilight's castle, she and Spike now lived in Canterlot, Twilight's chambers were amazing. The wallpaper was a darker purple than Twilight's fur, had nice, hardwood floors, and even a miniature library, some of the books in it were written by Twilight herself. In a private chest was Twilight's diary, several of them.

She has been really paranoid when Naturus destroyed her castle, and even more so when she heard from Cadence and Flurry about what happened. They exited the chamber and waked down the halls to see Shining Armor, who was still in the hospital.

Ember, or Lady Ember if you want to be formal, was the new ruler of the dragons after her father was dethroned. Recently, there was some talk about a being named Naturus who mutilated every sentient being in his path. Pony and griffon accounts said that Naturus would absorb an item AND its power before continuing on his rampage, accounts whom were hunted down by strange blue spiders.

She tracked the trail of destruction Naturus left, and if her calculations were correct, than he is heading straight form them, and she heard from various eye-witnesses that the artifacts that he absorbed were of great importance. The Crystal Heart protected the Crystal Empire from evil beings and harsh blizzards, the Sacred Coral Flute of the Sea gave merponies control over the ocean, the Idol of Boreas will give whatever race that has it great strength, and then...

"No doubt he's after the Blood Scepter." she said. With the scepter's power in Naturus, he can gain control over dragons themselves.

"I will NOT let him get to it!" Ember said. "Naturus is coming! Hide the Blood Scepter before-" She was stopped dead in her tracks when three orbs of blue energy crashed down, killing them all but her. She looked up to see... HIM!

"You!" Ember said.

"Yes, it's me! I've came for the Blood Scepter, but I don't care about the current type of dragon, I DON'T!!!"

Naturus willed the Scepter toward him and absorbed it. "Goodbye!" Naturus said as he blasted Ember, killing her. "Now, her messanger must be removed!" Naturus said before teleporting away.

"Thanks Twi, you're the best sister I can ever ask for!" Shining Armor said, his voice was no longer hoarse and gruffy. In fact, his head and neck seemed back to their original functions. "Wait, are my eyes playing tricks on me, or is Spike glowing?" Shining Armor said.

"Wait?" Spike was dragged by the tail by an invisible force out of the hospital. "Ah, come on, is that dragon lord back in power?" Spike said.

"Don't worry Spike, we've got you!" Twilight and Cadence attempted to grab his hand, but the same force rendered his body stiff. The frightened dragon was scared out of his wits and he was floating in a bubble across the hallway. When Twilight and Cadence caught up to him, a laugh rang out. "Wait, YOU!" Cadence said.

Naturus willed Spike's prison next to him and said "Well, well, well, if it isn't you two!" Naturus said.

"What do you want, any why did you take Spike?" Twilight said.

"Since that little tyke is the last one, I won't feel bad if I take him hostage, see 'ya, suckers!" Naturus said before he dissapeared in a flash of light, taking Spike with him. "That guy kidnapped by son/brother/friend in one! When I get my hooves on him!!!"

Naturus teleported back to his castle, taking Spike's bubble with him into the dungeon. He went a ways until he found a cell big enough for his hostage. "There you go, now you're friends will never find you!" Naturus said as he teleported some cooked meat into Spike's cell. "Wait, why would I eat this?" Spike said. "EAT UP! This is all you've got!" Naturus said before snapping his fingers.

"There, now you're flame system is removed, so don't get to confident!" Naturus then left, closing the dungeon door behind him. He then teleported to a room in another part of his citadel, and proceeded to map a genome for six new sentient races.

"Once my plan is complete, I'll make sure to have some 'special treatment' for him!"

Hey guys, so, Naturus has taken Spike hostage, and don't worry, Spike will live.

The reason Naturus removed Spike's flame system is to prevent him from sneaking in letters.

Chapter 7: It's Gone

"If we are going to defeat Naturus, I need to get to the Tree of Harmony, even though Naturus seems completely immune to magic at this point, maybe the Tree's magic can negate his immunity to magic." Twilight said to herself, pacing back and forth. "If I need to defeat him, I'll need all the help I can get!" Twilight began to write letters to her friends. Whatever Naturus was, he was even stronger than the Princesses in sheer power, and almost killed her brother and sister-in-law. Without Spike, she was forced to write it by herself.

Dear Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash.

A being called Naturus has came and for an unknown reason, he killed off the crystal ponies, merponies, griffons and dragons. His invasion pattern seems pretty unusual at first. First, he hit the Crystal Empire and replaced it with his own fortress. His forces moved west and destroyed the merpony kingdom of Aquastria, then went east and killed off the griffons, and even wiped the mighty dragons themselves to extinction. From various rumors, Naturus would absorb an item and continue on with his rampage.

The only dragon left is Spike, and Naturus kidnapped him and is keeping him hostage.

I don't know what he's doing, but we need to stop him before he winds up destroying the rest of Equestria and her neighbors. Shining Armor has resumed his role of Captain ever since he completely healed, and we are now going to war with him.

--A FEW HOURS LATER...

"We've heard you, but, it turns out, the Everfree is invading, AGAIN!!!" Applejack said.

"WHAT, AGAIN!!!" Twilight said.

"Well, darling, we came here as fast as we can, I don't want my horn to be on the fritz again." Rarity said.

"Naturus must have seen it coming, and has done something, quick girls, there's no time to waste!"

"Let's go! I haven't had an adventure in quite a while!" Rainbow Dash said.

"Ah also wanna go, ah was geetin' bored." Applejack said. "Yeah, I want action too!" Pinkie Pie said. "Um, the animals aren't acting like their usual selves, so I'm coming." Fluttershy said. "Then let's ride!" Twilight said as she teleported the group to Ponyville.

After the teleportation, Twilight looked around, plunder seeds were everywhere, but not this much. Clouds were storming, and unlike last time, the animals were going berserk, some of them were Fluttershy's animals. Unicorn magic was going haywire, and the sun and moon were fighting against the princesses' magic.

What's even worse was that zoo animals escaped from their cages, and even species she didn't know about were appearing in mysterious flashes of light.

Weird birds with teeth and long, bony tails (Velociraptor, Troodon, Deinonychus) were eating the ponies, if they locked the doors, apes and monkeys will sneak in and unlock the doors from the inside. If they barred their windows, stronger animals like bighorn sheep and those strange reptiles with bony heads (Pachycephalosaurs) will bash through, letting other animals inward.

Even the skies themselves were no longer safe, for not only clouds, but birds of prey, what looked like non-sentient dragons, and giant bat-reptile hybrids (Pterosaurs) were flying in the sky, ready to snatch any pegasus that dares to fly away. Twilight broke out of her stare when she heard Fluttershy talking to a bunch of those long-tailed birds.

"What the? I can't understand a WORD they're saying, I can, wait, are they hissing at me?" Fluttershy said as one of the larger birds attempted to leap at her. "EEP!!!" Fluttershy galloped around being chased around. Twilight rolled her eyes and shot a beam at one of the birds, but it saw the beam coming and dodged it at the last second.

"Gah! They don't understand Fluttershy, and one of them dodged my magic,this is unnatural! We've got to go into the forest!" Twilight said as she and her friends galloped into the forest. As they were galloping, they passed a corpse of a familiar zebra being eaten by scavengers.

When they went to the cavern, they found that the Tree was... GONE!!! Only a gaping hole where it was.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Twilight screamed at the top of her lungs. Rarity rolled her eyes and teleported the group back to Canterlot.

"PFFT! Those gay ponies really thought that I was two beings, that's rich!" Naturus said, his all-seeing eye fixated on them. He then turned his attention to Spike, who was still in his prison cell. "Wait, why did you say that they thought you were two separate beings?" Spike said.

"Allow me to tell you that the Tree was me all along, SUCKER! Those ponies really got on my nerves, my strength was weakend because of them! Even though I would have quite some time to regain full strength, I would absorb items anyways."

"Wait, that's... no... YOU'RE THE TREE OF HARMONY!!!" Spike said. "Yes, I monitored the world in that form, but since the ponies were gaining stronger influences, I decided that I had enough!" Naturus said. "Why?" Spike said as Naturus left the dungeon, leaving him in his cell.

"The new sentient races will be ready when I clean out this world!"

Chapter 8: Realizations

"Who could've done this?" Celestia said, reading the letter. It's been seven years since an evil has plagued her ponies, and now both the forest invade and the sun and moon are fighting against their magic, it was humiliating. The canidate; Naturus, a being who was killing off the ponies and even other sentient races at an alarming rate.

Ever since Naturus showed up in Canterlot, the sun and moon were starting to resist control, and due to the little fight she and her sister were slowly losing against, their magic has drained a ton, their manes were no longer ever-flowing, but retracted to the normal texture of hair, but that doesn't mean that she and Luna were still very powerful. The only one unaffected was Discord, but even he couldn't counter Naturus.

"Sister, what's wrong?" Celestia turned around to see a light-blue alicorn with a lighter blue mane. "Ever since we've been notified by refugees who've fled their home countries to avoid being killed by Naturus and his army, our magic has dropped at an alarming rate..."

"...who or whatever he is, he is more powerful than Tirek and Discord at their heights, and doubled by his immunity to magic and his knowledge about our strengths and weaknesses, well, talk about a hard foe to defeat." Luna said, nuzzling her sister before a flash of light came. The two sisters looked to see the Mane 6, Twilight ran up to them, crying as she did.

"The... the Tree..."

"It's..."

"What is it?" Luna said.

"It's... GONE!" Twilight said, sobbing.

"Naturus... he... I don't know who or what took it, but it may be connected to Naturus." Celestia said. They walked down the halls until they went halfway to the throne room, the sound of rain filling their ears. Ever since the Everfree started to invade again, weather everywhere has gone haywire. The went to a door on the left. Twilight cleared her throat and said "He... also captured Spike, if we can find him, maybe we can find the Tree of Harmony as well..."

Before Twilight could finish her sentence, cracks began to form on the wall, until...

BAM!

When the smoke cleared, the saw a giant bird-like creature, bigger than an elephant. It had brown feathers on its body, save for the creature's muzzle, legs, and tail, which were covered in dark grey scales. Its beady black eyes stared at them, its mouth drooling with hunger.

"GWARK!!!!" It squawked, almost biting one of them. "Ugh, that's very bad breath!" Fluttershy said in disgust. What they didn't know was that creature, belonged to the famous T. Rex species, and boy, it looked like it wanted to eat them. "RUN!"

They ran out of the room, the T. Rex following them, bashing through walls, hoping to eat them. "What is that thing!?" a nearby guard said before the T. Rex bit the poor guard and swallowed him whole. "Oh no, that poor guard!" Rarity said as she looked back. "This is worse than the Yeti we ran into!" Pinkie Pie said. "Yeah, I agree!" Rainbow Dash said. Twilight procceded to shot a laser at the T. Rex, but it failed as it opened its great mouth and chomped on it, smoke coming out of its nostrils.

"Oh no, that didn't work!" Twilight said as the T.Rex advanced. "He's gaining on us!" Luna said. They galloped down the halls and into the city itself. By now, the rain has became a thunderstorm. While running from the T. Rex, who was busy chasing other ponies, they took note of several species of animal running around, but had no time to admire it, for another T. Rex was chasing them.

"GWARK!!!"

"The city doors! They'll be unable to get out!" Twilight said. "GO! HURRY! IT'S NOT SAFE!"

They went to the city doors and locked it, making sure enough ponies can go out. They were about to leave when a giant cat with saber-like teeth roaring at them, well, a whole pack. "Oh, no!" Twilight said. They looked behind them to see the doors break, revealing the same T. Rex from the city, saliva and blood drooling from its mouth. "We're trapped!" Celestia said. "Wait, can't we teleport?" Twilight said.

"...because there's a METEOR HEADING STRAIGHT FOR US!!!" a pony said. Twilight, Celestia, Luna and Rarity gathered their magic and teleported Canterlot's residents, just in time for the meteor to strike, killing one of the Rexes and forcing many creatures to flee.

Any pony with a good veiw of Canterlot watched in horror as the meteor smashed the once great city into bits, or at least, anybody who loves the city, anyways. Over three hundred casualties were caught, it was a sad day.

"Twilight, we're okay." Celestia said.

"I know, but what caused Naturus to attack us?" Twilight said.

", I don't know..." Celestia said, looking out as the sun rose by itself.

"Well, you should know!" Naturus said, his all-seeing eye fixated on the ponies. He then turned his attention to the finished thought. "Hopefully, I will make SURE that the new sentient races will know better!"

Chapter 9: Backstorty of the King

Naturus floated down the hallways with a crystal in his hand. It was no ordinary crystal, he had made it to trap anyone or anything in it, putting it into a sleep without awareness, the mind of whoever is in there will be shut down into a semi-aware state in which they will think that they are dreaming. He went to the dungeon and snapped his fingers. The crystal imploded, releasing the manticore trapped inside.

Naturus snapped his fingers again, and a collar appeared on the manticore's neck as he proceeded to float deeper into the dungeon, the manticore tried to pounce on him, but a chain held it back. He stopped when he saw the cell of a certain dragon. "What do you want?" he said.

"Well, well, little dragon. You're friends will never come soon."

"Why? Why did you murder countless members of my species, yet let me live?" Spike asked.

"Since you were Twilight's number one 'assistant', and to make sure they don't turn back, I captured you. I am starting to agree with what Garble said about you being PART pony, which is why you don't have wings." Naturus said.

"Why are you doing this?" Spike asked. "Why are you killing off all sentient races? If you are so MAD about weather control, then why didn't you only do it to the ponies and not the other sentient races? Why?"

"Well, I think it is a good time to tell you my backstory..."

"Roughly twelve million years ago, a group of human scientists working for the US government created me to protect this planet." Naturus said as he showed a picture of humans.

To Spike, they looked far different to the humans that he saw on the other side of the portal. For starters, Naturus's humans all have brown-based skin and hair color, while the Canterlot High humans had their skin and hair color range across the spectrum, also he noticed that the proportions were not the same. They also seemed to completely lack any form of magic, kind of like Naturus.

"Wait, those don't look like humans to me! Why should I call them humans?" Spike said.

"I am well aware of you and Twilight's adventures in Canterlot High, but I'm getting to that. You see, sometimes, reality splits in two, but that's very rare. It usually happens when, say gods like me are created, or a great war happening. In this reality, the war had terrible effects and I was created before, and in Canterlot High's reality, I wasn't created and the war wasn't as bad.”

"In Canterlot High's reality, the humans had mutated from the radiation, but not enough to kill them. Time was distorted because of a bomb in our timeline, so it is set less than twelve million years back. They've forgotten who they are, and so many ages are out of sync in the timelines. Celestia and Luna are the most obvious examples, in you're world, while not true gods, they cannot die of old age or food poisoning, can be killed. Canterlot High's Celestia and Luna, however, are normal humans, mortal and soon to die. While say, a pony or a griffon will turn into a human wile entering, I will not change form."

"Well, back to our timeline, a war broke out, killing off all life on Earth, save for various microorganisms, causing what remained of humanity to abandon the solar system. However, the bunker in which I was created was underground, and had items I like to call 'DNA Seeds' in it. I woke up to a world barren of life and scattered the seeds. Wherever they landed, fully grown plants and animals sprouted. As soon as I thought all was good, I went into an omniscient state of crystalline sleep, what you might call the Tree."

"I've been in that form for over five hundred thousand years. I watched as dozens of sentient races appear all over the globe, watching them grow, learn, and mature. Your precious little ponies on the other hand, decided to play GOD, and cast a spell on the entire Solar System, forcing it to their will to make sure the other races won't attack them, forcing them all to be 'friends' with them. Even by humanity's standards, that is very, VERY messed up. Fortunately for me, my power kept the Everfree immune to their control. I watched everything, once Celestia and Luna least expect it, I'll make them die a slow, painful death!" Naturus said.

"I still don't believe you!" Spike said. "Why would such a terrible thing happen!?"

"Oh, you will, I'll make sure you're alive to see you're friends die!" Naturus said as he floated off.

Hey guys, I'd like to say would like to tell you the size comparsion of MLP ponies to humans. Well, I'm still growing, I'm a teenager right now. My height is 5ft.11'', so I'll compare the sizes of the ponies to me.

A normal pony is about the size of a Maine Coon cat, going to my knee. Cadence and Luna are a bit taller than that, going up to my waist. Celestia, counting her horn, goes up to my chest. Crissie over there is a bit taller, going up to my shoulder. Naturus, however, is 14ft.10''.

Chapter 10: Deeper Invasions of Many, a Manual for Creatures

The Everfree Forest was expanding like mad. Plundervines were overruning Fillydelphia, the pegasi have long since lost control, and animals were starting to go berserk. New animals were also appearing, the dinosaurs, after being dead for 77 million years, they now roam the area.

A lone earth pony was running from a pack of Velociraptors, cat-sized raptors covered in feathers that made it look like a roadrunner with spots like those of a cheetah or a jaguar. They used their wing and tail feathers to turn as quickly as their prey.

When Naturus revived the Velociraptors, they started to slowly gain intellegence and started to make permanent packs. But there were much more where that came from. Torosauruses, more commonly known as Triceratops, were like giant chameleons with peacock-like feathers rising from their hips. Other species like it were roaming around, grazing on grass and their crops. T.Rex, the lizard king, while it didn't look like a lizard, was the apex preadator of its time, now it is one of Equestria's apex predators as well.

Dinosaurs were not the only things roaming around. Trilobites and other Cambrian beasts roamed the ocean along with Mesozoic sea reptiles like the mosasur. The Dimetrodon, a surprisingly catlike animal roamed the Hayseed swamps and other swamps, bugs as big as alligators scurry through sewers, and much, much more. If you have seen 'The Future is Wild', you would probably know some of these, here's a link for you if you don't know what it is, but it is only five million years into the future.

"Brrr, it's so cold up here!" a pegasus mare said to a yak companion. "It's not really that cold to us yaks, our fur keeps us warm in the blizzard." the yak said. "Lucky!" the pegasus said, her arms crossed.

"Hey, what was that?" the yak said.

"I hear it!' the pegasus said, her ears perking up.

"GRUUUIK!!! GRUN! GREEKEKEKEK!"

The duo turned their heads to see a large, wolverine-like creature staring at them in hunger.

"GRAAAKALL!" the snowstalker pounced.

A group of fishing ponies were looking for exotic pets for Equestrians when all of the sudden, they caught a bite. What they caught was not a fish, it looked like some crab-bug thing, a silverswimmer. "Huh?" a pony said to his friend. "Oh well, it can make an exotic new pet."

They were about to leave when they saw a stinger peirce their boat. "What the?" one of the fisherponies said. They looked down to see what looked like a giant sea scorpion, scuttling down in the sea.

"AUHGHGHHGHGHHJQGQGFYWGCAUFYGUK!"

They were struggling for their lives as the scorpion dragged them to the sea.

Prince Blueblood got eaten, nobody likes him.

"DARING DO! GIVE ME THE ARTIFACT NOW!" Auiztol boomed to his enemy. "Why do you always do this to me?" Daring Do said.

"GIVE ME THE ARTIF-F-F-F MONSTER!"

"Monster, what- oh no." Daring Do said as she looked behind, and saw a catlike creature with a sail that reached halfway to its spines. That creature was Dimetrodon Angelensis, the largest species of Dimetrodon, and boy it looked hungry.

"GROWWW!"

"AUGGH!!!"

Chapter 11: Escaping Underground

Since Naturus caused the Everfree to invade once more, he made sure it would be more wild than the last time.

Not only the plants and weather came, but animals were going berserk on them. There were even some new animals showing up around the known world and beyond. One of which was a bird with a long, bony tail, claws on its wings, and a snout full of teeth instead of a beak ruled several different climates, depending on variety.

So far there are now four varieties: Velociraptor, Troodon, Deinonychus, and Utahraptor, the last of which appeared later on.

Millipedes bigger than an alicorn roamed around the swamps, flutterbirds roam jungles along with colossal land squids and octopi that swing in trees. Sauropod dinosaurs roam the world's plains with torotons and giant mammals, and all that ilk. But now, let's get back to the main ponies, for an old enemy has returned, or rather his army.

"Augh! The forest invading, animals appearing to and fro, my magic dropped significantly..." Celestia said. "Calm thyself, sister." Luna said as she patted her hoof on Celestia's shoulder. "...good thing you are here, sister." Celestia said and grinned, but that was short lived.

"CREEEURKURKURKURKURK!!!" a screech rang out. "AUGH!!!" Flurry Heart screamed as she ran up. "I know those things." she said as she shuddered. "What are they?" Luna said. "These spider-like creatures work for Naturus, he's probably wanting to wipe us out!"

Celestia and Luna looked outside and true to what Flurry said, a horde of blue spiders came by the thousands. "RUN!!!!" A guard said.

Even though Celestia and Luna had lost a great toll of magic, they were still very strong and were able to zap some of the spiders away as they and the group fled the ruins of Ponyville and into the plains, being chased by thousands of spiders.

"CRAKALAKAPAKANAKA!!!" a spider screeched.

"Celestia, we should do the thing!" Luna said. "Sister, we're drained of most of our magic..." Celestia said before looking behind. "...but it appears we have no choice!" The two alicorns channeled their magic into an orb and tossed it at the spiders, sending them flying.

"Hey white pony! Big blue man's spiders scary, come in cave!" a Diamond Dog said, making a come in motion. "Huh? I guess even they know about Naturus." Rarity thought. "Everypony! Even they seem to know, we must come in the cave, I'm not sure about this." Twilight said as the ponies galloped, jumped and flew into the hole.

"So, how did you know?" Twilight said.

"Well, purple pony, it is long story..."

Chapter 12: Underground Village

"Well, it is long story..."

We went to shiny gem gem city when angry blue man showed up and ate shiny heart gem and shards. Pink alicorn and white pony mate fought angry blue man who turned them to smoking hole. Blue man bad.

We found blue man's spider-things coming for us and ditched.

That is all.

"I don't think that's a long story, but even the Diamond Dogs know about how powerful Naturus is." Celestia said.

"Blue man scary, he turned crystal ponies to red stuff. Blue man bad." Fido said.

"Anyways, what happened?" Twilight said.

"After we fled, we found other Diamond Dogs covered in red stuff and others more. We made refugee camp in cave with extra buff." Spot said. True to what they said, they saw a bunch of deer, zebras, yaks, ponies, buffalo and OTHER diamond dogs. "It's been long time since angry blue man took over shiny gem gem city." Ruff said and sighed. "Ever since then, we found mining much easier."

A deer walked over and said "Naturus is not just content with Equestria, while the forest invaded the country, his army invaded both the deer and zebra lands, killing off as much as he can." "That's TERRIBLE!" Twilight said. "Yes it is, too bad he ambushed us." the deer said.

"Zecora was also ambushed, too bad she wasn't able to flee this time." Twilight said.

Pinkie Pie, while her mane was not completely straight, still lost some of its poof, and she also became duller in color. Maud came into the cave, pulling in a cart full of gems. When Pinkie Pie saw her, she instantly ran up and hugged her, tears running down her cheeks. "I thought that he got you, Maud! What about the others!?" Pinkie cried. "I am not aware what happened..." she said, remaining unfazed.

"...but I hope they survived."

Limestone and Marble Pie had got separated from their parents when the Everfree invaded. "Come on, Marble! We've got to find our parents." Limestone said. "Yea, we should, but we didn't know anywhere besides the rock farm." Marble said. "Wait, what was that." she said as she heard a bush's leaves shake. Out of it came a giant, two-crested monster with a shaggy coat of hairlike feathers stare at them. What they didn't know was that it was the apex predator of the Triassic, the Dilophosaurus. "RUN!" Limestone said.

The two frightened mares galloped away from the Dilophosaurus, but it turned out to be faster, saliva dripping from its mouth, and judging by its speed, it will eventually catch and eat them. "He's gaining!" Marble said. "Hurry! Into that cave!"

They would have been lunch for the Dilophosaurus if it weren't for a spear running into its head. Limestone and Marble were too busy running into the cave to notice a Velociraptor pulling the spear out of the corpse. "This guy's crests and teeth will make great jewelry for my tribe." he said as he walked off.

Chapter 13: Tapes of Old

"Why do we deserve this!?" Twilight said out loud. Ever since Naturus showed up, Equestria went downhill, the Everfree once again stated to invade, the sun and moon were going by themselves, it was chaos not even Discord will dare to do.

Heck, they were literally forced underground by his massive spider army. At least they are doing a pretty good job underground with the help of other sentient races. Ever since the invasion, Celestia and Luna have lost their stronger forms, reverting to their weaker state. She has been talking with her friends when she heard the door open.

"Princess Twilight, we found something!" a unicorn said, carrying a strange machine in her magic and laid it gently. It was a flatscreen television like the ones from the human world and a set of DVDs. She then left her chambers, leaving her and her five friends alone.

"How did that get there? Maybe from the portal, no no no, it seems all rusted up and millions of years old, but it looks like it is able to function well." Twilight thought as she picked up one of the discs and inserted it into the disc player. The TV turned on and showed a human, which didn't look like the humans she seen from Canterlot High. It, or rather he had a light brown skin, brown hair and blue eyes.

The 'human' was wearing a red shirt, jeans, tap shoes and a lab coat.

"Day 1: Greetings, if you are hearing this, then congratulations for finding it after millions of years of being buried! The year I am recording this is 2035 A.D, we have mastered space travel" the human said.

"Unfortunately, it means I've passed away by the time you are reading this. Me and my team are planning to create an ultimate force of protection to Earth. Right now, our first subject Ugon, is going to be incubated."

"Day 2: Ugon's incubation is going along nicely. We've also began to create seed packets in case of a nuclear war, genetically modified to resist radiation poisoning, storing it in this bunker until further notice.

"Day 4: A malfunction in the machine has caused Ugon to vaporize. Our team is working on another being."

"Day 16: After six failed attempts, my team is creating a newer being, using ground-up dust from a strange statue as a stabilizer unit. We've dubbed our creation N.A.T.U.R.U.S., who is called by the common world as an Artificial God."

"Wait that's how he was created!?" Twilight said.

"Day 30: Hackers from other governments have copied OUR information and started creating Artificial Gods themselves. On another unrelated note, we are pumping all human knowledge, ranging from the most widely-known things to the most guarded top secret information into our creation, making sure no lies pass through. We hope there aren't any side effects..."

"Day 100: The year is now 2036, and a worldwide nuclear war has begun, an still more Artificial Gods are being made, some have already activated. Fortunately, they are not interested in the war and left for the cosmos. For myself, I volunteered for the U.S. Army. I'm not entirely specialized for anyone who doesn't know, oh, who am I kidding, if it's millions of years into the future, no one would know! Ha, ha!"

"Day 723..." the man was there again, but he looked badly bruised, he sounded slightly older. "I have made a grave mistake. My body has been badly mutilated, I have a chronic pain. Most people who survived on the surface either died later on or mutated into zombies, my outcome is much, much worse than that. There were a few survivors underground, the rest however, ditched the planet. You see, I've been scavanging for parts from the deceased, one of which, carried a serum which let me live on. I have to repair my body before I slip away."

The next clip however, showed that parts have been stitched to him and his lower half was ripped off of him, he also seemed hairier than usual. "Day 1210, the radiation is starting to do me in, I've been gathering animal parts to repair myself, however, I've been slowed down by zombies, who sometimes managed to steal my parts. Naturus is still incubating, as with most Artificial Gods."

"Well, now the days turn into years, so the year is now 2145..." the man's left arm has been replaced with a bird's talon, his body was still mutilated, but more snake-like, an his face was disfigured. His surroundings suggested he was in a cave. "I still haven't been able to repair myself completely due to those zombies, but aliens have invaded, killing Earth's remaining humans. Only I remain, but so many years of cycles of repairing myself and being torn apart, I may not be able to be called human anymore."

"The year is 2200. Ever since the invasion, I was forced to hide in these caves. I should have died a long time ago, was it the serum that was keeping me alive all these years? Probably." the man's body was different, his face was pushed out into a camel-like snout, but he was still mutilated. "You see, my body repairing was slowed down even more because of the reduced number of corpses to repair me and the fact that zombies roam the night with ooze creatures. I've now taken up residence in the bunker. What signs of humanity after the war either rotted away or were destroyed by aliens."

What was next was the man's body now had a dragon-like tail and was holding iguana's right foot. He was starting to look more like Discord with every clip. "I don't know what year it is, but it's safe to assume it is around 3000." the man said as he was stitching the foot to himself with spider silk and nerves. "I have lost track of myself, and only my audition tapes are helping me remember who I was." He then attached a deer's left foot to him. His arm was what remained of himself, and the fact that he lacked wings. "There, now if I can remember how to walk."

"I saw a person awake from his capsule." the man said, his appearance stated that he has completed his transition to Discord, only with the stitches still being visible, a gruff, injured sounding voice and a lack of powers. He also seemed to be in a cave. "At the time he awoke, it said January 1, 8400. I've been feeding of gems infused with high levels of good radiation to keep me alive."

"You see, Naturus awoke thousands of years ago and scattered the seeds I've talked about in the first clip." The man, oh sorry, Discord said as he positioned the camera to the cave mouth, showing a lush forest before turning it back to himself. "Here, let's see what I found." he said as he walked to what looked like a chest. "Hmm, a prototype serum, still, it's better than nothing." the moment he took the potion, his scars instantly healed, but something else was wrong. "GYAHAHAHAHA! GYAHAHAHAHA!" the man laughed, now fully becoming Discord before a vortex enveloped him. As soon as it happened, the audition stopped.

Twilight was shocked to see this, Pinkie Pie curled up into a ball, shivering, Rainbow Dash still looked on as if she's seen a ghost, Fluttershy sat down crying with Applejack trying to calm down. Twilight shook her head and said "Wow, this will give us nightmares for years." That series of tapes can even scar Nightmare Moon for hundreds of years.

"I... I never thought such a terrible origin could be Discord's origin." Fluttershy sobbed.

"Huh? How the *@#% did you even find that?" Discord said as he teleported in. He looked around and said "So you found my story, I wanted to hide it." Discord merely sat down when the Mane 6 hugged him. Discord only smiled as they let go. He then teleported away.

Note: A storm hit me, causing me to lose my electricity. It was so severe that it took a day to fix it.

By the way, Generations 2-3.5 are creepy, so I'll kill them off.

Chapter 14: In Search For an Artifact

"Umm... what now?" Fluttershy said. "We've got to find his weakness." Twilight said.

"What weakness? My team did not give him a weakness!" Discord said as he teleported back in. "However, we did create something that will reverse destruction should an Artificial God go too far." Discord showed a picture of what looked like... well...

"What is that?" Twilight said. "That is the Orb of Jupiter, as a fantasy nerd called it. It can cure anything, including the destruction that Naturus left behind him. But what it can't do is make the weather go back to your hands." Discord explained. Twilight smiled at this. The weather would no longer be under their command, but at least they can revive the dead sentient beings.

"Where is the Orb?" Twilight said. "Oh, it's not that simple. Not even MY magic can track the orb down. Plus, it is not on Earth." Discord said with his head down. "Aww, dang it!" Rainbow Dash said. "Now, now, Rainbow, I can however, make a spaceship so we can find it." Discord said as he snapped his fingers, and a US Space Shuttle complete with a launch site appeared above ground. Discord once again snapped his fingers and this time, the Mane 6 were teleported onto the shuttle with him.

"Counting down in 3... 2... 1... BLAST OFF!" Discord said on a microphone. As soon as the ship exited the atmosphere, the launch pad dissipated along with the boosters and fuel tank.

"Be safe..." Celestia said.

"Aww poo, they got away, but my bretheren, my fellow Artificial Gods are out there." Naturus said inside his citadel, setting his all-seeing eye on them. "Go get em, Twilight..." Spike said to himself.

"Oh, what are YOU thinking, by the time they come back, they'll be in for a real treat!"

"Oh no!" Spike said. Naturus saw that and shook his head. "NOT YOU, I mean the others."

"Where in tar nation are we? And did you notice anything about food rations?" Applejack said. "Now, now Applejack, I've already copied your trees before they were destroyed and moved them into the ship so we won't have to worry about food." Discord said. "Well, that's actually smart thinking." Rarity commented. "I'll say! When is the twist goona happen!?" Pinkie Pie said.

"Remember what Discord said in his videos as a human scientist? There are other Artificial Gods roaming around." Twilight said. "Yes, yes, however we don't have to worry about Ugon, he's been vaporized by a malfunctioning machine." Discord said as he went to the cockpit.

"INITIATE HYPER-DRIVE WARP SEQUENCE!!!" A computerized voice said as the ship went to an unknown solar system.

Chapter 15: A Comprised Camp

"Why did this even happen?" an earth pony mare said. Ever since Naturus showed himself and took over the Crystal Empire, ponykind has gone through a downward spiral as several sentient races were destroyed. Heck, he literally forced them to live underground. "I know, ever since the Everfree invaded again, it has taken a HUGE toll on us." a pegasus stallion said with his hoof patting her shoulder.

It has been months since they escaped underground, but they left just a day ago.

"I just hope that Discord and the Mane 6 are alive, we need the Jupiter Orb."

Just then, cracks began to form on the cave walls. Every pony, deer, zebra, diamond dog, donkey, buffalo and cow turned their heads to see the wall burst forth into a cloud of dust and smoke. When the smoke cleared, it revealed a tall, green plant-animal hybrid thing that looked like that special thing that males have on them. "HRSSS!" It hissed at them and walked forth to a deer and blew up, killing him.

Out of the hole, the saw more green things, some giant spiders bigger then ponies and bipedal skeletons taller than Celestia looking at them.

When Cherilee saw the spiders, she self-destructed, leaving a scream instead of that explosion sound. "RUN AWAY!" the sentient beings fled the area, being chased by the horde.

"GLUNK!"

"HEESH!"

"HRSSS!"

Celestia and Luna noticed this and this time, they ordered the remaining sentient beings to go before they go out. They agreed to do this and as soon as they exited the cave. When the last one went out of the cave, Celestia and Luna went out as well, but after caving in the entrance with rocks. "Are they... are they... are they..." Everyone looked to see Cherilee shuddering near the entrance.

"We should get going, we need to build a village." Flurry Heart said as they left.

A short while after they went to find a place to build a village, the blocked entrance blew up, letting the creepers and spiders out. The skeletons will take a while to go out, for they will burn in the sunlight.

Unbeknownst to both parties, a group of Velociraptors were looking at them, by now, they've stopped advancing and settled in the Neolithic.

"They will make an excellent food source!" Carrie, a 20-year-old female said.

"Nah! Those bright colors state that they are poisonous, they'll work better as beasts of burden!" Matt, a 21-year-old male said, pulling out a spear with his wing. "Yeah, but what about those green hissing things?" Carrie said.

"From what we've seen they have the ability to self-destruct. Maybe their powder can light our arrows on fire." Emma, a 22-year-old female squawked excitingly. "Yeah, but I don't like spider meat, but I know there are others who may." Carrie said.

The Velociraptors then left to their village, which has just settled down in the river. Ever since they woke up, their brains were growing. When they got to the point they started to speak, the decided to name themselves for the sake of simplicity. They've recently made permanent huts from the thatch and wood they plundered from the nearby ruins and tents from the leather and bones of buffalo, cows and deer.

Author's Note

Man, the ponies and other pre-Naturus sentient beings will have to be quick about making their settlement, for not only the Minecraft mobs were escaping, but there were hyper-intelligent Velociraptors roaming nearby, along with a few still-developing sentient races around the known world and beyond. But anyways, the remaining Pre-Naturus sentient races are ponies, deer, buffalo, cows, donkeys and breezies, for the diamond dogs were caught and enslaved by skeletons to build them an underground fortress within the caves.

Also, new species of plant and animal will be appearing soon.

Post-Naturus sentient beings are beings created or given sentience by Naturus.

The new races are Velociraptors, Croc People, Neo-Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits, Bear People, and Neo-Testificates.

Chapter 16: Galactic War

“Oh, where are we heading?” Twilight said as she looked outside, seeing her pale blue dot get smaller, followed by the Sun.

By now when she looked at the window, she saw the galaxy shrink right before her eyes.

“Remember Twilight, Discord said we are looking for a, what was it? A Jupiter Orb?” Fluttershy said.

“Yes, but where is it?” Twilight said before Discord popped into existence. “Twilight, my team shot the spacecraft containing the orb roughly 12 million years ago, WHO KNOWS WHERE IT COULD BE!?” Discord said. “Fortunately for us, it has a 12 million light-year radius at least, so we have to look over there.”

“, this is going to be a LONG trip.” Twilight said before she heard laser fire. “WHAT IN TAR NATION!?” Applejack said as she looked out the window. Everyone else followed to see spaceships firing lasers at each other. “What the heck!? We are entering a galactic battle by the looks of it, and I thought aliens didn’t exist.” Twilight said in disbelief.

“Let’s just hope we don’t get caught in the crossfire.” Discord said, looking at the battle.

“I don’t think they will be able to understand us, but we’ll give it a go.” Discord said as he tuned the contact.

The monitor projected an green-scaled alien in stormtrooper-like battle armor and the microphone let out a strange and unfamiliar language. The Main 6 never really heard any other languages besides English, so this didn’t work out for them.

"ما هو، والكائنات الحية الغريبة؟ لا يمكنك أن ترى أننا في حرب مع أعدائنا!؟" was all they heard.

“Yep, I was right.” Discord whispered to them.

"ماذا؟! ترك الآن قبل ... نحن ننسى ذلك! دعونا نواصل، فهي مضيعة للوقت!" the alien said as the communicator turned off.

“Wow, we didn’t know there were other languages!” Pinkie Pie said. “Yes there are,” Discord said.

“There seems to be no way around this war. We just have to go through.” Discord said as he turned the ship on. “Hold on, this is going to get messy.” The shuttle zipped into the crossfire. “Now let’s just hope for the best.”

PWEEW PWEEW PWEEW!

The shuttle went to the right to dodge a laser going up at them, which struck another ship. Another laser was shot and the dodged to the left. “I think I’m pretty good at this...” Discord though out loud as he did a barrel roll against a barrage of lasers. The shuttle’s wings retracted as two ships rammed into each other, making an explosion behind it as the wings came back in place.

One of the head ships fired a superlaser at the other, causing Discord to stop the shuttle as the other head ship dodged.

“Yikes! That was close!” Discord said as the superlaser turned off. He turned the shuttle back on and went head speed, careful not to ram through any ships. Meanwhile, Twilight was looking through one of the shuttle windows, looking at the war and taking notes.

“Wow! I never thought there were aliens out there! O wonder if they have heard of friendship.” Twilight said as Applejack came to her.

“Ah don’t know sugarcube, but for the looks of it, they may have not.” she said as she patted her hoof on Twilight’s shoulder. “If we survive this and get the Jupiter Orb, we can kick Naturus out and you can see Spike again.”

Twilight looked out, by then they were outside the crossfire. “Attention! This is your captain speaking. You can come out now, it’s safe!”

The Mane 6 went back to the cockpit to see no more ships fighting each other. “Wow, that was fast!” Rainbow Dash said.

“Yes, but we must not haste, we must find the Orb!” Discord said before a voice interrupted the conversation.

”Not so fast!” a deep voice said. The owner of thee voice revealed itself to be a Godzilla-like being made up of crystals that was floating in front of them. ”Allow me to introduce myself, I am Levan, and if you want to know my objectives, the Orb will be mine!” Levan said, glaring at them.

He duked up his fists in a boxing pose before saying ”En ‘garde, losers! Time for you to die!”

Chapter 17: Vs. Levan

”Ok fools! I’ll give you one chance to turn your hinies back and find some planet to hide in.” Levan said.

“Oh yeah! Who’s going to make us! Our planet has been taken over by Naturus, so you need to back away, we’re trying to revive the sentient beings that died due to him!” Rainbow Dash said. ”Oh yeah! Well I don’t care about Earth and I don’t want anything to do with it, horse!” Levan growled. “Hey! We are not horses! We are ponies!” Twilight said. ”I don’t care to be honest, I want the Orb of Jupiter’s power!” Levan said.

“Listen, we need it, Levan. But if you want to fight us, then so be it!” Discord said.

”Fine then, have it your way! Let’s do this!” Levan roared, his crystalline fangs sparkling in light that came out of his mouth. A ball of light shot forth as Discord piloted the shuttle to dodge the ball. Levan swiped his claws at the ship, but they made it do a barrel roll, effectively dodging the claws.

”AUGH! THIS IS GETTING ANNOYING!!!” Levan said as he released a stream of light from his mouth. “Oh my goodness! We have incoming!” Discord said as he turned the ship upwards and dodged it at the last second. Levan saw this and released another ball of light. Once again they dodged it. “Is that the best you got!” Rainbow Dash taunted.

”AUGH! I’m done with you. Next time you see me, if you are alive, I’ll be the indusbutable ruler of the universe. So long suckers!” Levan said as he flew to their left. “Hurry! We got to get there before he does!” Discord said as he piloted the ship to max speed. After a while, they caught up with the crystal kaiju, who noticed them and said ”You idiots don’t know when to give up, DON’T YOU!” Levan said, scowling.

“Ah’ve got two words for ‘ya. Nuh. Uh.” Applejack said. ”GRRR! I’ve been hoping you would hide by now, oh well, I’m not going quietly. Say goodbye!” Levan said as he charged his light breath.

Just before Levan was about to fry them, he heard a voice say “Hey pointy!” Twilight said. WHAT THE, I WAS ABOUT TO VAPORIZE YOU AND YOU WANT TO TELL ME YOU ARE... FORGET IT, I’LL KILL YOU FOR THIS!!!” Levan said in rage. “I think we should better get going.” Discord said as he put the ship into hyperdrive, with Levan still following.

“Hurry! We need to do something!” Twilight said.

”I’LL RIP YOU ALL APART!!! JUST DIE ALREADY!!!” Levan said.

“He’s gaining on us!” Twilight said as they came to a stop. “Oh, what now!” Rainbow said, looking out the window to see the same war still breaking out. As soon as Twilight saw it, her brain hatched an idea.

She went to the cockpit and told Discord “We have to go in there!”

Discord then took notice of Levan’s light charging. “I guess we have no choice! I hope this works!” Discord said as he went into the crossfire, dodging lasers and Levan’s light breath. ”YOU THINK A LITTLE... HUH!?” Levan looked at himself to see parts of his body chipped off. "What the... NO NO NO NO!" Levan attempted to swipe his claws at the ships, but they continued to shoot lasers at him until the reptile within was exposed.

"You won't get away with this... MOMMY!" the reptile said as he teleported away.

"Wow, that was... unexpected." Discord said as the fleets resumed their war. "Well, let's get a move-on." Discord said as he steered the ship to where Levan was going. "I hope he knew where he was going."

Chapter 18: The Orb of Jupiter

"Well, that wasn't expected. Let's boogy!" Discord as as the ship was piloting to where Levan was going. What they saw was absoultely bizzare, galaxies, star clusters, nebulae, all like an impossibly big cosmic painting.

"Wow! This is so beautiful. So much inspiration!" Rarity said, scribbling on her notepad. It was truly a sight to behold, she had seen nebulae, galaxies and the like. "Wow, even I admit that this is cooler than me!" Rainbow Dash gasped, looking at the clusters of stars.

What came next was that instead of normal space, they saw when they got nearer and nearer to the Orb, it looked more and more like a vortex. Somehow, they stopped unexpectedly. "What in the world!" Discord said as he went back up and all around him, a voice rang out of nowhere. "HALT, traveler! he said.

"To pass this first test, the answer to these riddles three you must say! Be warned, traveler, for each one is harder than the last one."

"Cool, lay it on me." Discord said smugly. "So be it. Riddle 1: Which creature walks on all fours in the morn, upright on the 'noon, and three in the eve." "Well, there are many bipedal races throughout the universe, but the one you are specifically talking about is humanity, Homo Sapiens." Discord said

"When they first learn to walk they crawl on all fours, through childhood and adulthood the walk upright and when they are old, some of them lean on a cane."

"That was just the first one, if you can't answer this one it's luck!"

"Riddle 2: I give you a group of three. One is sitting down, and will never get up. The second eats as much as is given to him, yet is always hungry. The third goes away and never returns."

"Oh, oh! I love guessing games!" Pinkie Pie said as she bounced to an imaginary beat. "Let's see, stove, fire and smoke!"

"Uh, well normally since somebody ELSE answered instead, I would restart the riddle, but since I feel something special in you, I'll let you pass, now. Riddle 3: What always runs but never does walk, often murmurs but never does talk, has a bed but never even sleeps, has a mouth but never can eat?"

"Wow!" Twilight said. "This seems very coplicated, but wait 'has a mouth that never can eat', it is a river, it seems!"

"Uh, very well, you may pass to the second test!" the voice said, letting the ship pass until it reached a gate. "Now, you must solve this puzzle!" the voice said as he conjured up a broken jigsaw puzzle.

"Hmmm..." Pinkie said as she grabbed all the puzzle pieces and put them together with impossible speed until it was built into the shape of a key. "And..." Pinkie put the key into a hole as the doors opened. "You are incorrect."

"Wait a minute!" Applejack said. "Someone's duping us!" Everyone turned back to see another Artificial God behind them.

It was or at least seemed to be cloaked, but they know for certain it was bipedal and had glowing white eyes.

"So you found me, big deal! I, Zurr'Urk am going to get what I wanted for all of my life, and there's nothing that you puny things can do to stop me!" Zurr'Urk laughed and began to fly towards the assumed direction of the Orb.

"After him!" Twilight said as Discord steered the ship towards Zurr'Urk, who, unfortunately is faster.

"Gyahahaha! Your final sight will be my ultimate transformation!" Zurr'Urk said as the ship was thrown to the ground. Discord noticed this and snapped his fingers, teleporting him and the Mane 6 out of the ship to see something very familiar to Twilight.

"Wait, I know this place!" Twilight said. "It's the Astral Plane!" "Indeed, you are correct!" Zurr'Urk said as he floated nearer to the Orb. "After him!" Twilight said. The Astral Plane had secrets that not even Celestia knew about. It was a maze of sorts, and at the center was the Orb. It seemed to have taken hours until finally. "We're here!" Twilight said, seeing the Orb in person.

"Bravo! I thought you were going to spend your lives wandering this place. Now, to finish-" Zurr'Urk was struck by lightning and sent to another realm.

"Wow, we got lucky." Discord said before a being popped into existence.

"NOT SO FAST! he said. When Discord saw the being, he was in complete shock.

"How, I thought you were vaporized, Ugon!" Discord said.

"Well, I think I should explain." Ugon said.

"I was vaporized by the machine, as you saw. But it wasn't truly vaporization. The malfunction was caused by a power surge of electricity and thus, increased my power. It also teleported me here, and the Orb arrived on a spacecraft a few million years later."

"Normally, I would fight you to the death and feed your corpse to a black hole, but since you are one of the scientists, or at least used to be one of them, I'll let you slide, now, get lost." Ugon said as he teleported the group back to Earth along with the Orb.

"Use it well, use it wisely, just leave me alone."

Chapter 19: Cast Away

"Wow! That was quick!" Twilight said. Everyone looked around to see that they were in a forest. They turned to see a fort-like building in the distance. "But where are they!?" Discord said as he conjured up a telescope and looked into the various villages, only to see that in the fort-like building, was their friends.

"Well then, let's get a move on." Discord said as he snapped his fingers.

When they got to their destination, it turned out to be...

...an illusion. Everyone faded away to reveal a bloodbath, dead bodies everywhere. "No... No!" Twilight said. She lifted up a piece of rubble to see the corpses of the royal sisters. "No... they can't be..." Twilight said.

"I'm sorry, Twilight. They've got them while we're out." Discord said.

"But the good news is that we've got the orb and can- OH MY GOD!" Discord looked to see a spider biting on his tail. He shook the spider off easily but there was more where that came from. A whole army of them scuttled out of various bushes and rubble, latching onto them, save for Twilight, who screamed. The spiders dragged her friends away, killing them in the bushes and taking the Orb with them.

"Grrr... this is the final straw, Naturus! You've turned me into the last pony. I'll clobber you for this and hopefully, Spike is still alive." she said as her horn glowed. Before she can cast a teleportation spell, she heard another set of bushes ruffle. "Oh, please, kill me!" Twilight said before it was revealed to be a centipede scurrying about. "Alright for real this time!" Twilight said before teleporting off.

When she regained her footing after teleporting, Twilight saw that Naturus has replaced the Crystal Empire with his own fortress.

"This is where it all ends! If I don't do this! The world as I know it won't ever come back..." Twilight said as she flapped her wings and flew over the acid pit, dodging bubbles of acid and hail. She landed on the castle rim and walked through the door.

Twilight expected it to be an evil-looking, stereotypical lair. Instead, it was a vibrant castle that put Canterlot to shame. It had fountains of acid on either side of a luscious red rug that she was on, that continued to some stairs. Beautiful Corinthian columns supported the structure, and above her, a big chandelier made of gold and crystal hung, glimmering as it did.

"Wow..." Twilight said before shaking her head. "Get it together, Twilight. It's up to you to save Spike, it's up to you to save Equestria, it's up to you to do this." She galloped to the stairs and through a door, dodging the arrows from bows wielded by Minecraft skeletons which just spawned in the hallway.

A skeleton was about to shoot Twilight when she deflected the arrow to another skeleton with a magic shield. The arrow bounced off the shield and hit that other skeleton, and the two began to fight one another as Twilight entered a door, the said room it lead too was a museum filled with fossils and skeletons.

Twilight did not admire the museum, she turned to a door on the left, which lead to another hallway. She heard roaring on the third door to her right, which lead to a staircase. Twilight ran down the stairwell to see a hallway of cells. A manticore was blocking her way and roared at her and prepared to pounce. Twilight saw this coming and flew to the other side, shooting a laser from her horn, putting the manticore to sleep.

Twilight galloped until she heard crying. She located the sound and went to the source, only to find a certain dragon looking at the floor. Twilight recognized him and said "Spike, it's me! Twilight!" Spike turned his head and smiled. Twilight used her hooves and her magic to bend the bars, and she was tackle-hugged by Spike, and the nuzzled each other.

"I thought that Naturus has killed you, Spike!" Twilight said, crying before wiggling her head and saying "We need to find the Orb before the spiders bring it to Naturus! It is our only hope at saving Equestria!" Twilight said as she plopped Spike onto her back. Twilight went out of the dungeon, passing the sleeping manticore and going up the stairwell, only to see that the knight statues have come to life with blue energy in their eyes. One threw a spear at Twilight, which struck her right eye.

She pulled the spear out with her magic, revealing an R-rated bloody mess. Luckily for her, she kept some bandages in her saddlebags and used cover her wound.

"Let's skedaddle, he may have heard us, and by the looks of it, he took your eye!" Spike said as Twilight began galloping to a door on the other side, leading to a spiral staircase.

"Let's do this!" Twilight said as she began going up the spiral staircase when they heard a creaking sound. The looked behind them to see the suits of armor (that seem to fit humans more than anything) were following them. Twilight began galloping up the staircase with Spike by her side and the living armor chasing her. Once a door was able to be reached, they went through it. Twilight galloped through the balcony and entered a big doorway, in it, she saw Naturus. "Naturus!" Twilight said.

"Well, well, well. You're persistent, even though you two are the last of your kinds..." Naturus said. "Why did you do this?" Twilight said. "I did this in favor for the world. You ponies have been taking hold over how the world works for way too long by now!" Naturus said. "What are you talking about you psychopath! This has always been like that to what history said!" Twilight said.

"If it weren't for us, the clouds would have stayed still! If it weren't for us, the sun and moon would crash into Equis! If it-"

"If it weren't for me, this world would have stayed a wasteland!" Naturus said with his arms crossed and eye closed. "Tisk, tisk, tisk. You don't know anything about the world, don't you!" "Hey! I'm smart, I was the personal student of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna!" Twilight said. "Pfft! Celestia only gave you that title to keep you away from higher schools, you're quite dumb, actually." Naturus said.

"Why would somebody claim that!" Twilight said as Spike sighed. He knew how Twilight can be sometimes. "But back to our topic. Now, why did you not just let it go. I've seen the time when nature was free and your ancestors roamed about, it was pretty recent by my standards, clearly there were no historical records for that, all replaced by a fake holiday!" Naturus said.

"Why would we focus on such a painful past!" Twilight said as she stomped her hoof.

"Well, most sentient races learn by falling and falling. Take humankind for example. When they first appeared on this rock millions of years ago, the world was a death trap, but they did not survive, but they thrived in the harsh world. They have fought against nature, wild animals, and themselves. They built their world on top of the old one, all without the aid magic, and all without the aid of a false god. The humans have earned their right to change the face of the universe and conquer the stars. I, myself, am one of many experiments created by scientists. You ponies, on the other hand, shun a free world. You enslave nature, and your kind is so dependent on magic that you do everything with it. Your false goddesses watched over you nonstop, and THAT has made you weak in so many ways!" Naturus lectured.

"Why would I believe you!" Twilight said, crying.

"You just don't know when to quit, do you? Now, if you excuse me, you need to die!" Naturus said as he released a shockwave, knocking Twilight and Spike so far, that they landed in an island that wasn't on the map.

"Ughh..." Twilight said before falling unconscious.

"Twi..."

"Twilight, wake up!" Spike said. "Hey, Spike. What happened?" Twilight said.

"Don't you remember?" Then it all came back to her. The Tree of Harmony was actually a being who addressed himself as 'Naturus' and wiped out every sentient race and replaced them with new ones. He also absorbed the Crystal Heart and other artifacts, the Orb of Jupiter may have also been absorbed. How could the Tree of Harmony be so deranged?

"He may have killed off the rest, but he didn't kill me or you, Spike. But for now, we should survive on this island." Twilight said as she put an eyepatch on, since the bandages flew off due to the shockwave that Naturus caused.

But one thing's for certain, this is going to be a long stay.

Author's Note

Looks like Twi's stranded, and for the record, the loss of her right eye was a parody of Future Twilight.

By the way, I'm thinking of making a sequel where Twilight gets sent to another dimension, and the main antagonist is Zurr'Urk, who was banished to the same dimension by Ugon in the chapter before.

Naturus, is a mixed bag. He is insane, but sane. Being seperated from the Elements not only made him stronger, but more insane year after year. He's a tough guy, but his anger built on them with every year he was separated from the elements. All he had was the seventh element, hope. Hope was what the big guy lived on while watching.

If he still had his sanity, he would give them one chance, and in order to make sure that they set things right, he'll still turn the Crystal Empire into his fortress and destroy any pony settlements north of Manehattan as well as Aquastria/Seaquestria. If the princesses ignore his request after one month of decision, now, he'll go ballistic on them and whatever races that decide to side with them.
