Mahdia Davey is a 3rd Generation Pakistani-British student, studying History at Nottingham Trent University in the UK. One day, she receives a package for one of her fellow students, Claire, a die-hard fan of My Little Pony, who had returned home for the holidays, leaving Mahdia alone in their student dorm. When Mahdia removed the packaging, which was severely damaged, she accidentally triggers a magic spell, which partially transforms her into a pony from the waist down.

With Claire's help, Mahdia hoped to find a way to break the spell and return to normal. However, she ends up having choose between life as a human, or life as a pony…
