The next day, Sunburst woke up in his bed with the smell of pancakes downstairs. He remembered what had happened the night remembered and the days before that and grinned. He got dressed and went downstairs to see Thorax and Starlight talking.

"Hey," Sunburst said. "So, uh, what happened to Shining Armor and Cadence after Eclipse Seeker defused early?"

"They went on back to the castle after they were sure you two were alright," Thorax said. "Me and Starlight were actually talking about why that may have happened."

"Really?" Sunburst asked. "Nice. What do you have so far?"

"You may have overloaded the fusion matrix," Thorax said. "You see, the fact that Eclipse Seeker stayed inside and solved all of those problems may be a part of why it happened. You only did one thing for a long time. That and it might have also been due to the fact that you two are in love." Sunburst and Starlight blushed.

"Ok, but how does that add to overloading the matrix?" Sunburst asked.

"It's because when you fuse, those emotions and hormones get confused, in a sense," Thorax said. "They get confused because the person that they cause the attraction to are now a part of them. Having the fusion sex may have slowed down the process, however, I'm not sure. But you needed balance. I know that you two like more than just studying."

"How do you know all this?" Sunburst asked.

"It's because of a changling thing," Thorax said. "You need to find an interest that isn't transforming into other people and acting like them. You need a little bit of balance."

"Wow," Sunburst said. "Now, when are we going to do the three way fusion?"

"I'm good whenever you two are," Thorax said.

"I'm good with now," Starlight said.

"Then ok," Sunburst said. "I guess we could do it now, if both of you are sure." Thorax and Starlight nodded. "Well, you know the drill." As everyone started taking off their clothes, Sunburst started charging the spell. He turned around when he had taken his underwear off and noticed that Starlight and Thorax were ready. Sunburst casted the spell and drew then closer to him, and when they touched him, they all blacked out.

A few minutes later, the fused form of the previously three people woke up. As he started standing up, one of the first things he noticed was his color. His chest was a shade of dark pink, with a kind of yellow shade on his neck. He assumed that his horns were around the same shade. The crystals on his neck were still the same shade. He also noticed that he had Starlight's boobs. He glanced at his back and noticed that his wings were a deep orange color, and he felt his chin, feeling Sunburst's beard there. He summoned a mirror to see his face and head. His head and unicorn horn was the same color as the rest of his body, and his antlers were the same color as the spot on his neck. He had both sets of genitalia like Eclipse Seeker, but his penis was the same length as it was while as Shining Sensor.

Interesting , he thought. He looked back at the finished pancakes and grabbed one. What do I need to do? The first thing he thought of was to try and finish fixing the fusion spell, but Eclipse Seeker had ended early because if that.

I do need balance, he thought. Then he lightly gasped as he remembered the chalkboard in Sunburst's room. Balance! That's it! The spells magic wasn't balanced! He ran upstairs, entered Sunburst's room, picked up a piece of chalk, and started editing the fusion spell. As he edited the spell, he relised just how extensive the spell was, and how smart you had to be. After a few minutes of crunching numbers and editing the spell, it was done. He grinned and exclaimed "Yes!"

I'll need to defuse and apply this fusion spell to see if it works or not, he thought. So he started charging up the spell to defuse him back into three, and casted it, blacking out. A few minutes later, Sunburst woke up again. He shook Starlight and Thorax awake.

"Come on, lets do this!" Sunburst said excitedly. Starlight yawned and stood up. Thorax stood up and grinned.

"It was all due to balance!" he said. "I helped! Yes!" Sunburst grinned again and started charging the new spell. It brought them together and they blacked out. A minute later, the fused form woke up again. He still looked the same, but he didn't feel any different.

I need a name, he thought. This is going to be though. Lets see. He thought for a few minutes before snapping his fingers and exclaiming "Intellectual Changer!" He grinned as he let it sink in.

Now, time to do something else until the supposed pain, he thought. I'm going to make a kite or two, but what else?
