"Giggle via Ghosties" for Leviarex (Anthro, Shipping, Rarity x Coco)
Previous ChapterNext ChapterNightmare Night in Manehattan was always a grand time. Haunted houses, foals out trick-or-treating and of course, costume parties as far as the eye could see. Rarity and Coco Pommel were driving home through the night after one such party hosted by their friend Pinkie Pie. Rarity was at the wheel dressed in a sparkling green, purple and blue mermaid costume complete with a seashell and pearls decorating her mane.
Next to her sat Coco wearing an Egyptian Princess costume made by Rarity with her mane magically lengthened passed her shoulders and turned inky black. The two mares were on their way home after having an amazing time at their friend's party on the outskirts of town.
"Wasn't that party simply delightful?" Rarity sighed.
"It sure was," Coco agreed. Normally she wasn't very good at parties, but having Rarity by her side made her feel more confident. "I wasn't sure I would enjoy it at first, but I'm glad you talked me into going."
"Of course. You think I'd let you miss out on the most amazing celebration of the night?"
"Well, thanks again for talking me into it. I had a great time." Coco leaned over and gently kissed her marefriend on the cheek. Suddenly, she detected a familiar tantalizing scent. One that she would recognize anywhere. With a smirk, she remarked. "Hey. You're wearing the same perfume you wore the day we met. You know what that does to me."
"I know. Why do you think I wore it?" Rarity smirked back.
Smelling that perfume sent Coco back to the day she first laid eyes on the most beautiful mare in the whole world. Coco worked as a masseuse at the finest spa in Manehattan. Rarity had arrived for a full body massage and as luck would have it, Coco had been the one assigned to treat her to a soothing experience. Normally, she was very professional when it came to her work. Even if she did find her clients attractive, she would always maintain her composure and avoid any distracting thoughts.
But this mare was different. She had hair that flowed like a violet river, a face as warm and comforting as a mother's, and the body of a goddess. That body felt so warm and smooth under her hands as she rubbed every inch of it as deeply and thoroughly as possible. Combined with Rarity's moans of pleasure and her intoxicating perfume, the poor young mare had found it unusually difficult to contain herself. When the session was over, Rarity had slipped in a piece of paper with her phone number on it along with a rather generous tip. She gave Coco a wink and walked out the door.
Thinking about that day always made Coco grin and her face turn red. Then she thought back to the party. "I love your costume, too. You looked very sexy wearing it out there on the dance floor," she commented, taking special notice of the purple seashell-like bra that held up her marefriend's large, generous bust.
Rarity appreciated the compliment. "Thank you my dear. I do so wish you had joined me, though. I wanted to dance with you so badly."
"I'm sorry, but you know I don't like to dance. I was happy just watching you," Coco apologized. "Maybe next time."
"That's alright," the unicorn said in a calm voice. "I know dancing isn't your forte. I'm just happy you had fun tonight."
Just then, a voice came through on the radio. "This just in, traffic reports indicate a collision on Giddyup Avenue. Authorities have sealed off the road until further notice."
This was unfortunate. Giddyup Ave. was their usual route home. "No matter," Rarity said. "We shall simply find another route."
"But where?" Coco asked.
Rarity scanned their surroundings until she spotted a perpendicular street leading into the woods. "Right here," she said confidently as she turned sharply onto the strange road.
Coco didn't like the looks of the forest. The trees were all bent over and devoid of leaves. Their branches looked like claws that could reach down and grab them at any second. And even with the car's headlights, it was so dark that she could barely see a thing besides the street. She didn't like it one bit.
"Are you sure going this way is a good idea, Rarity?" she asked. "I mean, I've heard ponies saying that these woods are... well, haunted!"
Rarity laughed. "Haunted? Oh please, Coco! There are no such things as ghosts. Those rumors are nothing more than urban superstitions made up by ponies who like to tell stories."
Coco still wasn't totally convinced. "Well, okay. If you say so." She shrank worriedly into her seat.
"Trust me, darling. There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of out here. Why, at this point, the only thing we're in danger of is not getting home in time to enjoy some of that delicious Nightmare Night cake in the fridge," Rarity quipped.
Coco licked her lips. The thought of tasting that cake did help put her mind at ease a little.
Then, all of a sudden, the car started to slow down and no matter how much Rarity pumped the gas pedal, it wouldn't speed up. Eventually, it came to a complete stop on the side of the road. "And, of course, sudden unexplained vehicular failure," Rarity added to her previous statement. "Not to worry. I'll simply call for a tow."
The unicorn pulled out her phone, but she couldn't seem to turn it on. It was dead. "Oh come on. I'm sure I charged this thing before we left."
"Mine's not working either," Coco confessed. "I don't believe this. We're stranded out here."
"Settle down, dear. Look. There's a house just beyond those trees over there."
Coco saw where Rarity was pointing. Behind a thick layer of trees, she could just barely make out the shape of a house with no light coming from any of the windows. She gulped, not liking the thought of having to walk all the way over there in the dark.
Rarity put a hand on the nervous mare's shoulder. "I'm sure if we ask politely, the owners will gladly let us use their phone," she said calmly. Coco steeled her nerves. What other choice did they have? It was either sit in a dead car all night on the side of a road in a creepy forest, or take a chance on finding a working phone in an old house in a creepy forest. At least the house might also have a bed where they could spend the night.
Sticking close together, the two mares abandoned their car and made their way through the dark forest toward the house. Neither of them liked the spooky vibes that the woods were giving off, but they didn't panic. As long as they stayed close to each other, they were sure they'd be fine.
Finally, they reached the old house, which looked even creepier up close. The wood was rotten and splintery and the railing on the porch was broken. The windows were cracked and the whole place was covered in a layer of spider webs. What was most concerning was that there wasn't a single bit of light coming from anywhere in sight.
"I don't know about this, Rarity," Coco spoke up. "It doesn't look like anypony's lived here for years."
"I know, but we have to at least try to see if there's a working telephone inside. It's our only chance to get home."
The two mares walked up the steps and across the porch made of creaky floorboards. Rarity knocked on the door and called inside, but there was no answer. She turned the doorknob, which was filthy and grimy to the touch, and opened the door. The ladies were met with the sight of a living room that, even in the dark, they could tell had seen much better days.
"Hellooooo?! Is anypony here?!" Rarity called, to which no response came. "We're terribly sorry for barging in unannounced, but it seems our car has broken down and we were wondering if you'd be so kind as to let us use your phone to call for help?"
For a minute, there was nothing but silence. Coco was about to suggest that they look for a phone themselves when all of a sudden, there came a mysterious giggling noise that seemed to come from nowhere and caused both ponies' spines to shake. Coco took cover behind Rarity, looking around for the source.
"Who's there?! Where are you?!" she asked in a panic. Soon, the spooky giggling was mixed with even more eerie sounds like moaning and hissing and even maniacal cackling.
"That's enough!" Rarity shouted in frustration. "Whoever you are, I demand you show yourselves at once!"
Right on cue, the mares were met with exactly what Coco had feared from the start. Six ghostly figures appeared before them. Their faces were hard to make out, but they each had skinny twig-like arms with long, spindly fingers. They didn't say anything, but kept laughing in their eerie childish voices.
Rarity and Coco instantly bolted out of the house, screaming as they ran into the forest with the ghosts in pursuit. They didn't make it very far before Rarity tripped on the tail of her costume. She turned around and saw the ghosts closing in. She screamed as three of them descended upon her.
Her scream quickly turned into laughter as she was being tickled mercilessly all over. The ghosts had their fingers on her exposed belly and in her armpits. Even her breasts were being tickled as she laughed so hard that her eyes began to water. Rarity's whole body writhed as she began to wish that she hadn't worn such a revealing outfit.
Coco ran to Rarity's aid, but before she could make it, she found herself being held back by the remaining three ghosts. She struggled and begged them to let her and Rarity go, but before she knew it, her armpits and sides were under ticklish attack. She cried out for help as the ghosts' fingers found their way to her thighs, causing her to lose balance and fall to the ground just like her marefriend. One errant finger wiggled into her nose and made her sneeze. Rarity couldn't even say bless you as both were completely at the mercy of the tickle-happy ghosts.
The sounds of their miserable laughter mixed with the ghosts' giggling rang out through the dark forest. Despite the noise, no one ever came to their rescue. The captured mares just kept laughing and crying futilely for help until finally, they couldn't take it anymore and passed out.
The next morning, Rarity woke up and saw Coco lying unconscious next to her. They were still in the middle of the forest, but it seemed that the ghosts that had attacked them were gone. Rarity got up and shook the sleeping mare awake. She steadily opened her eyes.
"Coco! Are you alright, my sweet? Did those fowl phantoms hurt you?" she asked with deep worry on her face.
Coco yawned. "No. I think I'm fine."
"Oh dear, I'm so sorry. This was all my fault. I should've headed your warnings."
"Please, don't blame yourself. Who could've possibly predicted something like that?"
Rarity smiled at her. The two shared a passionate kiss, thankful that both had survived the ordeal, and Rarity helped Coco to her feet. They made their way back to their car and, to their surprise, found it to be in perfect working order. Their phones were also up and running again.
Instead of asking questions, they quickly turned the car around and headed straight for home. This had certainly been a Nightmare Night to remember. Although, as they drove away from the old house, they both agreed never to travel down this path ever again.
Author's Note
This is my longest commission yet. Thank you, Leviarex. I hope you enjoy it. Sorry I couldn't work in anything about Coco being Rarity's assistant.
