Between Twilight and Rarity

It was a cold Saturday morning, Rarity got just done sending Sweetie belle off to school. Now they where in Rarity's room talking about their date.
“Please, love.” asked Rarity, who was sitting on Twilight’s lap
“No Rarity, I want to do this as a couple, not as Nova.” replied Twilight
“But sweetheart, I love being Nova with you and besides, Dr. Fluttershy says being fused well help with our relationship."
Twilight, giving up in defeat, lowered her head and said “Okay Rarity, you win. Let’s be Nova.”
“Yay, thank you love!” said Rarity as she clapped her hand and gave her girlfriend a quick kiss.
Twilight and Rarity cast a spell and touch horns. There was a bright flash of white light. When the light vanished, Twilight and Rarity were no longer sitting there, but in their place was Nova.
“Are you happy now, Rarity?”
“Yes, quite.”
Nova got up from the couch that was in Rarity’s room and walked up to the mirror to look herself over. Looking back was a beautiful Alicorn kenoga, with silky purple hair that had pink and dark purple streaks in it.
Nova took off her glasses, turned away from the mirror and headed for the front door to start her day. She went to Sugarcube Corner to buy some cupcakes.
“Hi Pinkie Pie.” said Nova, walking up to the counter
“Oh, hi Novii.” exclaimed the pink party mare who was hopping in place seemingly excited to see Nova.
“Please don’t call me Novii.” proclaimed Nova, “and I would like two cupcakes please. One vanilla, and one chocolate.”
Pinkie Pie saluted and zipped to the kitchen to get the cupcakes. Meanwhile, Nova stood there waiting for Pinkie to return with the cupcakes.
“Do we really need to be Nova to have fun today? Couldn't we, you know, just be Twilight and Rarity?” asked Nova
“Of course we do, it’s so much fun being Nova.” she replied
“Don't get me wrong, I like being Nova just as much as you do, but we’ve been Nova for a week now. I just want to be Twilight and Rarity.”
Nova was about to respond to herself when Pinkie came back with the cupcakes she ordered.
“Here you go Novii, two cupcakes just like you ordered.”
“Thanks, Pinkie Pie.” Nova grabbed the small box of cupcakes and left the bakery.

Nova walked into the bookstore, the smell of new book filling her nose. She looked over to the right of the store and saw a line of people waiting behind a white table. Nova gasped when she saw that one of her favourite writers was sitting behind the table. She was doing a book signing.
“Oh my goddesses! No way, Monochromatic is here, doing a signing of one of my favorite books, Enchanted Library! I must get a signed copy.”
Nova wasted no time getting in line to get to met Monochromatic in person.
“Next!” said Monochromatic.
Nova walked up to the table and smiled, “Hello Mono, I am your biggest fan! I just love Enchanted Library, it’s one of your best works!”
Monochromatic smiled, “Aww, thanks! It’s always nice to meet fans,” she paused, furrowing her brow, “Say, you look familiar. Aren’t you that fusion of Rarity and Twilight? Nova, right?”
Nova put a hand on her chest, a surprised look on her face, “You know who I am?”
“Of course! You're only the greatest kenoga alive, it’s an honor meeting you! Not to mention, I totally ship you two! You know, I based my two main characters after you two. Anyways, here you go, one signed book.” said Monochromatic, handing Nova a signed copy of Enchanted Library.
Nova took the book from Monochromatic, a smile on her face. Just as she was about to leave, Nova looked back at Monochromatic, “I was thinking, darling, that we should hangout sometime. Let’s say, tomorrow at Starbucks, 12:30.”
Monochromatic looked back up at Nova, who winked at her and walked off. Monochromatic just sat there dumbfounded, “Did, did she just asked me out on a date?”

It was about 12:10 when Nova left the bookstore, so she decided to go get something to eat at Panera. The fused Kenoga sat at a table by the window, having a bread bowl. She had
conversation with herself while she ate.
“I hope Monochromatic knows we asked her out because we want to be friends with her, and not to date her. That would make things real awkward.”
“I don’t know, I wouldn’t mind going on little date with her, she’s kinda cute.”
“Really, Rarity?”
“What? I said I would, that doesn’t mean I will date her. Besides, you are my girlfriend, not Monochromatic.”
Nova finished her lunch, and wiped her face with a napkin. She stood up and stacked the tray on top of all the other finished ones, and left Panera ready to take on the rest of the day.
“Now, I was thinking we should spend the rest of the day at the mall. I know there are things we need to get for the library/house. So we, or should I say I, will spend the rest of the day shopping.” said Nova

An unfused Twilight and Rarity was back at the library/house making dinner for themselves, which was seafood Alfredo. ”Well, today was fun, especially since we met Monochromatic.” said Twilight, who set a pot of water on the stove to boil.
“I’m glad you enjoyed today love.” replied Rarity, making the sauce for the Alfredo.
“Hey, I was thinking, maybe tomorrow after meeting up with Monochromatic we should go to the beach with our friends.” said Twilight as she put the four cheese noodles in the boiling water.
Rarity turned to look at Twilight, hope in her eyes. “Yes, as Nova.” announced Twilight.
The purple kenoga’s girlfriend jumped up in joy and ran to her girlfriend and hugged her.
“Oh thank you love.”
