Today's going to be a long day for Twilight Sparkle. Discord is evil again, and proud of it; he's erected a massive funhouse in Ponyville and imprisoned the Princesses and Twilight's friends inside. To rescue them, Twilight will have to endure humiliation after humiliation in Discord's twisted funhouse.

Also, Discord seems to enjoy referencing something called "Portal 2" lately. Twilight doesn't know what that is. She's doing her best to ignore that stuff.
