Sweetie Belle was sitting outside and was enjoying the fresh air while her sister worked on her dresses inside. Sweetie Belle watched the birds fly around as she smiled as she relaxed, while she was relaxing outside Rarity came by her and ruffled her hair. Sweetie Belle giggled.
"How are you doing Sweetie Belle? How long have you been out here? I don't want you to get sunburned so come inside soon, or we can put sunscreen on, you can continue to stay out here for a bit but you'll have to come inside soon." Rarity said to her. Sweetie Belle nodded as she understood.
"I'm doing fine, Although I'm kind of bored right now, There's nothing much to do out here." She complained to Rarity. Rarity frowned as she heard Sweetie Belle say she was bored. She didn't like that her sister was bored and understood how Sweetie Belle felt.
"Want to go out to the beach? It's open today and there's nothing else going on in town that would be interesting, so I think that we could hang out there for a while and then come home." Rarity asked Sweetie Belle. Sweetie Belle thought about Rarity's offer and responded to Rarity with an answer.
"I won't mind, I don't feel like swimming though so I won't bring my bathing suit." Sweetie Belle said. Rarity nodded and and they both got dressed into summer clothes and packed a lunch. Sweetie Belle was happy that she brought up the suggestion of going to the beach with her sister, Rarity knew she was going to have fun. Sweetie Belle also knew that she was going to have fun as well.
They then packed a lunch and went to the beach together. When they got to the beach Rarity unpacked the towels and Sweetie Belle laid down on one for them and Rarity laid on the other, Rarity kissed Sweetie Belle's forehead and Sweetie Belle smiled.
Rarity got out sunscreen and put it on her sister and herself and Sweetie Belle made sand castles with a bucket she brought with her, Rarity got out and umbrella and sat in her chair while Sweetie Belle played next to her, Rarity was glad that she brought her sister to the beach as it was relaxing for Rarity and fun for Sweetie Belle.
As Sweetie Belle played in the sand she looked at her sister and wondered if she could do sow thing with her sister. She knew that they didn't bring bathing suits so they couldn't go swimming but she realized their were other activities. She then thought up something.
Hey Rarity, This is great but do you want to do something together?" She asked her sister. Rarity smiled and thought for a second. She smiled widely as she thought of an idea.
"How about I bury you in the sand?" Rarity suggested smiling. Sweetie Belle burst out laughing at Rarity's suggestion. Rarity shrugged as she waited for Sweetie Belle to calm down.
"Rarity that's silly I'm to old for that, besides I'll get dirty." She told her sister. Rarity grinned at Sweetie Belle as she thought of a playful retort.
"Your not that old silly, you get old after age fifty, besides I know you would think it would be fun, I know you." Rarity said. Sweetie Belle rolled her eyes and responded.
"I know I've done it before, You don't have to tease me about it, Let's just go back and get out bathing suits." Sweetie Belle said but Rarity decided to go on about it.
"Oh I see! Your avoiding it because you know I will tease you, and that's completely true. How about this! If I beat you in a race across the beach then I get to bury you and tease you, if you win you'll get ice cream and if you refuse then I shall call you a chicken, Every morning when you wake up I'll say hello you chicken! At dinner I'll be like here's your dinner chicken!" Rarity teased Sweetie Belle.
After Rarity said that Sweetie Belle started to run across the beach which shocked Rarity. Rarity grinned and tried to catch up to Sweetie Belle. Sweetie Belle ran with all her might. They both laughed hysterically as they ran across the beach. Rarity beat Sweetie Belle and Sweetie Belle knew that she was going to be teased.
"Aw look who won! Don't refuse now, Are you chicken!?" Rarity sang playfully. Sweetie Belle growled playfully and resigned to her fate. She spoke to Rarity.
"Fine you can bury me, It will probably be fun anyway, but I swear if you tickle my feet I will soak you with water balloons." Sweetie Belle teased as she smiled. Rarity smiled back at her and they both walked back to the beach towel. Rarity dug a whole and Sweetie Belle sat down and Rarity buried her.
Rarity stood back and snickered at Sweetie Belle. Sweetie Belle tried to fake anger but ended up laughing instead. Sweetie Belle did have to admit that it was pretty fun and relaxing at the same time. It felt pretty comfortable.
"I don't know if you'll tease me for this but I'll admit this is pretty funny, thank you Rarity." She told her big sister. Rarity kissed Sweetie Belle on her forehead. Sweetie Belle watched Rarity carefully as she hoped that Rarity wouldn't tickle her. Rarity didn't do no such thing. Sweetie Belle felt so happy at that moment and so did Rarity
"I love you Rarity, thank you for doing this for me, I'm enjoying it, the dare was pretty cute to do, I didn't mind it at all, We should do this more often together when we have time to do stuff like this." Sweetie Belle said.
"I love you to Sweetie Belle, Your welcome I'm glad your enjoying it, I had fun during the dare and I was glad that I won, Sure we can do this more if you want, That would be splendid." Rarity said. Sweetie Belle smiled and Rarity kissed her forehead. Sweetie Belle became calm and closed her eyes.
Rarity watched her sister sleep with a smile on her face, her sister was so cute while buried in the sand. Rarity petted Sweetie Belle's hair in a gentle manner, Rarity snuggled up beside her and took a nap with her and then after half an hour they both got up and Sweetie Belle looked at Rarity.
"How are you doing big sis? I'm glad you didn't tickle me to wake me up, or I would have gotten you back." Sweetie Belle said. Rarity giggled and responded.
"Well I have to admit it was pretty tempting but I didn't as you were enjoying your nap, I'm doing fine, how are you doing?" Rarity asked her. Sweetie Belle looked at her covered body.
"I'm doing great, I had a lot of fun! Though I'm hungry for dessert." She said to Rarity while her stomach growled and that made her blush. Rarity smiled and she helped Sweetie Belle get our and gave Sweetie Belle dessert. After she had desert they both went back home as they had enjoyed their time at the beach. They made sure that they would do it next time.
