Royal Canterlot Gardens

Both Thrawn and Rax looked up at the Imperial Pilot and got up from their chairs. Soon after the pilot took the Grand Admiral to the main troop hold an exit, then the Imperial pilot pushed a red button on the side of the ship to open the shuttle ramp-door hybrid. Outside stood the Royal Sisters, Shining Armor, and twenty heavily armed Royal Guards, All looked inside the the shuttle as dark troopers and storm troopers stormed out of the shuttle and into the garden to make way for Grand Admiral Thrawn and Admiral Galius Rax.

"It is a pleasure to finally meet you in person Princesses,"said Thrawn.

"It is a pleasure as well Grand Admiral,"replied Celestia.

"I would like to introduce both of you to Admiral Galius Rax, he is a very intelligent and has incredible leadership skills and is a pleasure to have him serving under me,"said Thrawn.

"Nice to meet you Admiral Rax,"said Celestia.

"Nice to meet you too,"said Luna.

"I believe we should return to the castle your majesty, the delegates are waiting,"said Shining Armor.

"Of course,"replied Celestia

"I believe that we should head back to the castle, some delegates from The Griffin Kingdom, The Dragon lands, Zebrica, The Unified Kingdoms of the Minotaurs, and Saddle Arabia have come to negotiate the terms of your integration within our planet," said Celestia

With that Thrawn and Galius Rax walked with the Royal Sisters into Canterlot Castle followed by their escort. Thrawn was inpresed by the beautiful interior decorations within the castle, marble floors, with walls of marble, the ceiling was painted purple and everything was complimented by golden trim. Paintings of the equines adorned the walls of the hallways, but when they turned the corner, large stained glass windows gave off a colorful stream of light. Soon they reached their destination, two large Wooden doors stood in front of them, two Royal Guards marched up to the doors and opened them then everyone went inside.

Royal Canterlot Castle: Confrence Room

Inside the room there was a large mahogany table were the delegates already sitting in their respective chairs. Both Celestia and Luna took their chairs, and Both Thrawn and Galius Rax took a seat soon after. In the middle of the table their was a tray filled with fruit, a mare then walked up to Thrawn and asked if he wanted some tea.

"What do you recommend?"asked Thrawn.

"I personally like gingsing tea, because of its sweet yet with a hint of bitterness, and its great aroma,"said Flower Petal

Flower Petal left and for the kitchen in which various other ponies were preparing the evening dinner and the tea for the delegates. She pined the orders of the delegates on to the order wall and waited for the tea to be ready. After about three minutes a tray full of cups of steaming hot tea was pushed out on to the ready desk, Flower Petal troted back to the conference room and served the delegates their tea.

"Should we start the negotiations?"asked Celestia.

Everone agreed so the long negotiations started.

"I would first like to ask what is the primary species in your nation?"asked Iornclaw.

"Well, the Galactic Empire is vast and its population is very diverse, but the ruling species are the the humans,"replied Thrawn.

"Are you a human?"asked Saddle Hoof.

"No l'm not a human, I am chist and the only high ranking imperial official that is not a human. My partner is actually a human,"said Thrawn.

"What is your nations intentions here on Equis?"asked Iornclaw.

"Well we want you all to join the Galactic Empire and we would also like to access to 95% of your planets, resources in return we will give you all of our latest technology,"said Thrawn.

"And how do we know you are not lying to us, and are really here to exterminate us,"replied Iornclaw.

"Well if we were here to exterminate you all we would have already exterminated all of you, and not set one imperial boot on your planet,"said Thrawn.

"Fine but 95% of our resources is a bit too much, how do you expect us to survive with only 5% of our planets resources,"replied Iorn Claw.

"There are tons of resources on this planet, sure you can survive with that many resources,"said Thrawn.

"Um I believe that we should start to talk about this Empire of yours, can we speak to your leader,"asked Celestia.

"Sure, I can contact him, just give me a minute,"replied Thrawn.

With that Thrawn got out his mobile holographic pad and imputed the number of the Imperial palace, derectly giving Thrawn Contact with the Emperor. The rest of the delegates and both Princess were curious about what Thrawn was doing with what seemed to be a golden cylinder. They were all shocked when they saw that the cylinder could display three dimensional pictures and could also transmit messages.

"Mylord I have have some news to tell you,"said Thrawn.

"Yes Grand Admiral,"replied the Emperor.

"Mylord I have made contact with the locals, the planet is inhabited by several intelligent creatures. These creatures have there own countries and cultures, the leaders of all the creatures have made a summit to learn more about us and to negotiate the terms of our plan to integrate the Empire into there planet to serve there needs and ours,"said Thrawn.

"Very well then let me speak with them,"replied the Emperor.

"Yes Mylord,"replied Thrawn.
