"Your regal majesty!" one of the guards said, fear being the most prevalent emotion in his voice. "Are you alright? What happened? Was it an assassin-"
"Calm yourself, boy." Dainn interrupted loudly. "I'm fine, I just...felt something in the magical spectrum," the King said as he rose to stand up straight. "It seems we have a new inhabitant. One-Antler," Dainn spoke as he turned to the guard on his left, "tell Marshal Spike to assemble the War Council. NOW!"
"Yes, your radiant magnificence!" the guard replied as he quickly exited the room.
The King turned to look out on his capital as he contemplated what this could mean for his empire.
