The Dark Lord on His Dark Throne
Very fun, Very Fun Indeed (Edited)
I wake up to a splitting headache as I groan. I felt, light yet heavy. Strange. I started getting up and I hear the grinding of metal as I do so. Surprised, I look down to see I was in Sauron's armor, but it was real! I look to my finger instantly and see the ring in all its glory on my index finger, its letters glowing brightly. I panic. I’m wearing the fucking ring that is fucking evil!
Do not fear, my lord. I was not created like the other ring you know of. I was created with what YOU prize most. Compassion, happiness, determination, and the will to learn. If anything, you should be worried about where we are right now, my lord. A male voice along with a thousand whispers said in my head. I wasn't that freaked out because I expected it, but I expected deception and lies, not compassion and truth. But he did make a point; I was in the middle of a large open plain of lush green grass with apple trees everywhere around me. I seemed to be in a good place right now, and I don't like it, it felt eerie. I realize just how tall I am right now; I must be at least 8 feet tall! I also notice my mace on my belt and a broadsword in its scabbard. Huh, I didn't know Sauron had a broadsword. I continued walking for a little until I came across a hill with a lone apple tree on it. My lord, you should test some of your new power to get a good feel for it. The voice said again.
I put my ring hand in front of me and I willed a full body mirror into existence. It appeared in front of me in a flash and get a good view of my new body. I was covered head to foot in Sauron's heavy plate armor with my two weapons on my waist. I also had a torn cape that made me look sinister, oooooooo I like.

I take off my helmet and see that my skin was pale white and that I had blood red irises.
"Nice." I said in a deep gravelly voice while scratching my beard. My unkempt hair was pitch black and my rugged beard had some gray streaks in it. I looked pretty much human except the ears and eyes, which was a relief because I'd hate looking like an elf. Then a thought hit me. If I am this terrifying 8-foot tall dark wizard, then I must adapt to my new reputation. Grinning to myself, I put my helmet back on and looked off into the distance. I could see lush plains, beautiful mountain ranges, and relaxing forests. This was the living definition of peace, but even peace cannot live forever. It is sad but true. I could see the roofs of buildings from where I was in the giant orchard. What kind of god maintains all these trees?!
I turned my head back to the mirror to soak in my appearance. I should probably wear a cloak through the town, at least until I know where I am, let alone if I'm even in Middle-Earth. Nodding to myself, I conjured a light brown cloak that gave the air of a mysterious traveler and stalked my way to the town. When I came in from the stone road leading into the town, I could see that this was not Middle-Earth. The citizens were anthropomorphic ponies. That is Sweetie Belle, Applebloom, and Scootaloo. I am in My Little Pony. What the fuck.
I quickly collected myself again and began walking further into the town, now identified as 'Ponyville'. I was hunched over to make me look shorter than I actually was while attracting many stares from the ponies. The heavy clunking of metal upon stone echoed around the street as all previous chatter died in an instant and parents were herding their children away from the mysterious creature that walked before them. My first destination, the library. If I can find out where I am in the timeline, I can help stop events before they happen, within reason of course. I say that because if I stop events from happening, it will drastically change the future, thus causing the entire future to shift.
Soon, the library came into view, and it was a tree. That means Tirek hasn't happened yet or Twilight hasn't happened yet. I thought. I walked into the large hollow tree and saw that the entire room was filled with books and parchment. I couldn't see nor sense any life in the tree, but that did not matter if the elements of harmony are in their right place. There, sitting behind a glass barrier, were the six elements of harmony. The power they radiated was nauseating at most, they seemed quite weak compared to the great feats they have accomplished or yet to come.
I remember just how dangerous I am and leave the library. Unfortunately, that drew the anger of the last pony I wanted to see. Rainbow Dash.
"Hey, weirdo!" Shouted a rude voice from behind me. I turned around just in time to receive a right hook from a blue fist. The blow glanced off my heavy plated helmet and she reared back in pain.
"How dare you?!" I screeched. I grabbed her with both of my hands and threw her against the wall, knocking the wind out of her. "How dare you attack me without a care!!" I roared.
"Stop!" I turned to the source of the voice to see the rest of the elements of harmony. They looked between me and Rainbow Dash, who was unconscious. Now this looked bad for me, so I did the best possible thing in this situation. I just calmly walked away.
“Where the hay do you think you're goin?!” Applejack yelled as she jumped in my path.
“Nopony hurts our friend and gets away with it!” Pinkie Pie screamed to the heavens. I look around at the fearless ponies and laugh.
“I came here peacefully to get information and I got it peacefully.” I said as I came down from my fit of laughter. “It amuses me that you would be the ones to break this unspoken treaty between us.” I said. They gave me confused looks, but didn’t break their stances. “I'm sorry, but I’ll be going now before you of one gets hurt.” I said and tried to walk away, but was stopped by Applejack again.
“Like you said, that peace is broken now and we want a formal explanation for your actions!” She shouted defiantly. This pony was starting to get on my nerves. “Why don’t we start with what’s under that cloak of yours. You seem awfully hard-pressed to conceal whatever it is you have under there.” She said smugly.
“I am warning you once and only once, I will be walking out of here now or ponies will get hurt.” I growled menacingly.
“Are you threatening us?” Twilight asked smugly, like she was immortal.
“That. Was. Not. An. Answer.” I growled. I slammed my fist into the ground, causing a shockwave to ripple through the air and strike all of them a once. They slammed against the buildings around them and fell to the ground, broken and in pain. All as planned… Except that Twilight got back up to her feet and lit up her horn.
“I guess I’ll have to fight fire with fire.” She said as she shot a fire spell at me. I blocked it with ease, but a part of my cloak caught fire and started to burn. Shit. This was bad, but not horrible. I decided it would be better to face judgment like a man and stare into her eyes as my cloak started to turn to ash, leaving me in my armor and cape.
Twilight’s jaw dropped as well as everyone else's.
“Correction, I will fight fire with flame.” I said and shot a torrent of fire at her. She tried her hardest to protect herself from the flames, but got some severe burns on her legs and arms. As she lay there whimpering in pain, I started to walk towards the great city of Canterlot to meet the princesses and sort this out…
Celestia P.O.V…
I was happily humming a tune when my door burst open and several armored stallions jumped in. The lead one punched me in the face and the one behind him tackled me into a wall. I didn’t have enough time to break free before a magic nullify ring was put on my horn. I was beaten to a pulp and then brought out in front of the castle, all eyes were upon me.
Luna was soon shoved down beside me sporting a cut lip and a bruise above her eye. Cadance was off on a diplomatic mission in the griffon kingdoms. I felt furious at the one who did this to my sister, but fear for what they were going to do next. A deranged stallion stepped forth from the crowd of shocked ponies.
“Well well well, isn't it marvelous to see such goddesses brought down to their knees?” He asked the goons. They gave a dry chuckle in response.
“Why are you doing this?” I asked sternly.
“You can’t even do the courtesy of remembering the pony you ruined when you shut down my business.” He said angrily. He narrowed his crazed eyes at me. “My business was completely innocent and you had no right to destroy it!”
I narrowed my own eyes right back at him. “Your business exchanged dead bodies for money!”
“It was a perfect business until you fucked it up!” He yelled at me.
“It was blood money!” I yelled back. He slapped me across the face with brutal force. When he raised his hand again to strike, a sound drew everyone's attention away.
*Clunk Clunk Clunk* The sound of metal upon stone could be heard by everyone in the street. Then a voice began to speak inside my head.
*Clunk Clunk Clunk* This has to be our savior.
…. The tension began to rise.
*Clunk Clunk Clunk* It was getting closer.
…. The goons began to sweat profusely.
*Clunk Clunk Clunk* The source was almost in view.
…. A mare fainted from the tension.
*Clunk Clunk ...* My jaw dropped at the sight. A tall creature, clad in heavy black steel armor and a ripped cape, stood before me. He was easily taller than me, him being at least eight feet tall and me being seven and a half. I couldn’t see his eyes because the helmet. He had a mace hanging from his waist while a broadsword was in its sheath on his other hip. Even though I couldn’t see his eyes, I could feel the emotion coming from them. Fury…

“I am the Dark Lord Sauron, release these innocents at once or feel my wrath!!” He yelled. Everyone quivered with fright under the might of his voice.
“Kill him!” The mad-pony shouted. Before the goons even moved, Sauron had already struck. With a crushing motion of his hand, two goons were reduced to compressed balls of meat. Another motion of his hand sent another two goons flying into the stone walls, cracking them. Two goons bravely faced him, but were reduced to cinders with a snap of his fingers. 20 or so more guards came running out of the castle and surrounded the massive creature. I could sense the amusement from his eyes as he grabbed his mace from his waist.
“The Dark Lord on his Dark Throne.” He said before he swung his mighty mace. One swing of his mace and it released a blast of dark magic, killing several ponies that were unfortunate enough to be in the way. Swing after swing, he peeled away more and more of them, dwindling them down to the final one. All that stood before him now was the deranged pony with a shaky long sword. Sauron drew his own broadsword and put away his mace, staring straight at the crazed pony. The fool charged at Sauron with a battle cry, but was blocked at every swing he made. And like a master swordsman with precision and power, he swung his sword. Their swords clanged and eventually, Sauron disarmed him with an expert swing upwards, cutting his arm and dropping the longsword from his hand.
At this point, I was terrified at what he was going to do now, as was Luna.
Sauron stalked over to him and picked him up by the neck. The pony gave a squeak as Sauron dangled him over the edge of the ledge next to us.
“Do you see that out there?” He said, pointing towards the lush green hills and apple orchards. “That is a land untainted by violence and war!” He yelled into the face of the mad-pony. Sauron then dragged him over to us and dangled him by the neck. “This is what you have done to them, I hope you are proud of yourself because this will be the last moment of your life!” He yelled. His steel clad fist started tightening around the pony's neck until it gave a sickening SNAP! and he went limp...
I dropped the body onto the ground and walk over to the petrified Celestia and Luna, along with fainted crowd. Celestia glared defiantly at me, which I returned with a cold, dead stare. I could feel the rage leaving my system, followed by Malevolence. If I could see them, I bet my eyes just changed from scarlet to brown.
“Now what do you want?” She sneered. Ever so defiant, even when in such a bad position.
“I want peace.” I said simply. She looked taken aback by my answer and gave me a scrutinizing glare.
“Why?” She asked incredulously.
“Nobody is born evil, especially not me. I may be a dark lord, I may have a side of me that is psychotic, but I am not evil.” I state. “And besides, I think I’ve already caused enough damage, don’tcha think?” I said cheekily, gesturing to the fainted nobles, completely disregarding the dead bodies strewn about the street. She sighed and rolled her eyes, but couldn’t help but grow a small smile that she couldn’t hide.
“And what are you gonna do about them?” She asked me. One snap of my fingers and every single dead body ignited into flames. After several seconds, the bodies and blood were gone and the street was looking a lot cleaner. “Well then, will you come in for tea then?” She asked politely.
“Yes please.” I said in a calm demeanor. She began walking back, dragging a stupefied Luna, with me following behind. My posture has changed, now I was hunched over like an old man with my hands folded behind my back.
