Dear Diary,
Everyone has a story. Sometimes their stories have not so happy endings. But for every story without a happy ending, there's a chance for a sequel. I'm Sunset Shimmer. The Sunset Shimmer from Equestria, mind you.I honestly don't even know why I'm clarifying this, I know which Sunset Shimmer I am! Anyway, the reason I'm talking about people's stories and fate and everything poetic, other than trying to have a creative intro, is that after seeing and meeting the kids at Whitetail High, I can only wonder what their stories are. It all started when I got a message from Twilight about my human counterpart. I had wondered about that myself. After a while, I decided that wherever she was, it didn't affect me. After all, she could be on the other side of the world right now. Turns out, she's just in the next town over. About a week after I got the message, Applejack got in touch with her cousin Braeburn. He said that he knew a girl from Whitetail, the town, not the school. He also said that she knew a girl with my name. This caused us to check out the school. I have no words to describe the condition the school was in. The windows were missing, with only metal screens covering them, along with a few shards of glass along the edge. There was graffiti covering almost an entire wall. I think I even saw some shady dudes in the corner. "Are you sure this is the place?" Rainbow Dash asked. Applejack shrugged. A lot stuff happened that day, here's how it all went down...
"This is the school that girl goes to. He said we're supposed to meet someone named Strongheart."
"I just wanna meet my doppelganger. What if she freaks out?" I asked.
"Ah don't think anyone can be freaked out by anything after spendin' a day is this school." I looked at the school again. I thought about how pristine and nice CHS looked. What happened to this place? I saw a girl walking out of the entrance. She had tan skin and dark blonde hair. She ran over.
"Hey, I don't know who you are, but you should probably get out of here."
"Uh, hey I'm Applejack and these are my friends. Are you Strongheart?"
"Oh right, Braeburn told me about you." She looked at the school's entrance. "Listen, we gotta go." She looked over to a wall. She made a motion as if she was signifying someone to come over. Two girls came toward us. What I saw next blew my mind. I saw, well, myself. We had the same skin tone and hair color, however, her hair was cut into a bob. She was wearing normal black tennis shoes, skinny jeans, and a red T-shirt. The other girl had cream colored skin, blue hair with lighter highlights, and wore a blue shirt with a purple jacket. It was none other than Juniper Montage, the girl who had almost ruined the Daring Do movie. "C'mon, all of you come with me." We followed Strongheart all the way to an apartment near the school. As soon as we got inside, I asked some questions.
"Why did we have to leave?"
"Chrysalis was there. She's Whitetail High's resident thief. And when she isn't stealing anything, she's ruining everyone's life."
"Okay, next question. Juniper, you go here!?"
"Yeah," she answered as if it wasn't surprising at all.
"But, your uncle's a famous director!" I said in shock.
"Yeah, but I live in Whitetail, I have to go here."
"Okay, one more question. Who is that?" I gestured towards my counterpart, just to be sure this wasn't all just a coincidence.
"That would be Sunset Shimmer," Strongheart explained. The moment she said the name, I knew I had some explaining to do.
"Listen, all of you might wanna sit down, we're gonna be here a while." As soon as everyone in the room was seated, I took a deep breath. I began telling the story from the beginning. As soon as I finished the part about Twilight's visit, I was me with a skeptical look from Juniper.
"Oh please, talking ponies? There's no way that's true!"
"Didn't you turn into a raging she-demon and nearly go insane because of a wish-granting mirror?" Rainbow Dash pointed out.
"Besides, my counterpart is right next to you," I added, hoping it would make her a little more sure.
"I'm sure Sunset is a very common name among people with red and yellow hair. Besides, there's no possible way anyone could sprout wings."
"Listen, let me continue the story, and then I can give you evidence."
"Fine." I began talking about the sirens and the book.
"Now I can give you some proof." I pulled out the book and showed them all the messages. I showed them the most recent one, where Twilight asked about my counterpart. They were amazed. "Believe me now?" I asked Juniper.
"Yes. Still not completely buying the talking dog thing though. And, if this Twilight you speak of is in her dimension, who's that?" She pointed to Twilight.
"I was just getting to that." After I told them the story of the Friendship Games, they were more in awe than ever. "So that's where this Twilight came from."
"Is there more?" Sunset asked.
"A little, yeah."
"Continue," I told the final story of Camp Everfree and our powers. "I don't suppose you could show us these powers, could you?" Sunset asked.
"Sure. Which one do you wanna see first?"
"I kinda wanna see Twilight levitate something."
"Okay then. You're up Twi." Twilight's hand clasped around her geode. She closed her eyes and levitated a small lamp on a table.
"It's real," Juniper said. "I thought I was just seeing things back at that movie shoot." As soon as Twilight put the lamp down, Strongheart cleared her throat.
"Okay, storytime's over. Everyone out." We did what she asked.
"I thought you were friends with Strongheart. Why'd she kick you out?" I asked.
"We aren't quite friends. More like allies," Sunset told us. "She just let us in because of Chrysalis. "
"Hey, um, why are you so interested in our powers?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Well, at our school, things are far from magical."
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Well, the teachers honestly don't care a whole lot. And the rest of the students? You've already met Chrysalis, and the rest are just as bad. There's Discord, the school prankster."
"What could be so bad about a class clown?" Rainbow Dash interrupted.
"Well, a lot of his pranks involve someone getting hurt, physically or emotionally. When he's not setting up some tripwire or creating an elaborate pulley system, he's spreading some fake rumor to cause chaos."
"Who tries to ruin people's day for fun?" I said. "I mean, sure there's nothing wrong with a few harmless pranks but if they hurt someone,"
"That's not even the worst thing that happens at this school."
"How could anything be worse than that?" Rainbow Dash asked. The answer we got was horrifying. Sunset muttered one word.
"Sombra." She turned away as if she had just done something horrible. "He literally hurts people for the fun of it."
"What do you mean?" Twilight asked. Sunset rolled up her jeans. She had a large scrape on her left leg. We all gasped.
"This happened after he tried to hit Discord with a book. Unfortunately, it hit me instead and caused me to scrape my leg on the concrete." She covered the scab again. "Discord at least had the decency to run off. Sombra was literally smiling like he actually hit Discord." At this point, I didn't know what to say.
"That's... that's terrible." Twilight said.
"It sucks but, we have no choice," Juniper said. "I film movies whenever I have free time. As soon as I make one that's good enough, I'll publish it, try to see if I can get some help selling it, and then move out of this dump."
"Um, guys?" Fluttershy said.
"Yeah?" Applejack said.
"We, uh, we gotta go! I gotta, um, frost cupcakes! Yeah! And, uh, these two are gonna help me! Right guys?" Pinkie said. She was jumpier than usual. I don't know why though.
"Oh, uh, yeah, totally!" Rainbow Dash said. She and Fluttershy nodded quickly. They ran off quicker than I'd ever seen them run before. And with Pinkie, that's saying something.
"Wonder what that's all about?" Applejack said.
"Sorry guys but, it's getting kinda late. We'll catch up with you guys tomorrow. Meet us at the cafe!" I told them. I thought I knew everything about their lives. I thought the kids they told us about were practically evil. Little did I know things weren't so simple.
Author's Note
Strongheart won't be in the story much. I kinda based Whitetail High off of UMS from the book Public School Superhero. And yes, we will see the human version of Discord. Fluttercord will happen in this universe. 
Other characters I wanna use are the human versions of are Sunburst, Starlight, and maybe Trenderhoof.
