A Brother Goes To The Hospital
Twilight Sparkle was in her room silently reading her book as she rested from a day of work. when somepony knocked on her door. She went to open it and found that Apple Bloom was there. Twilight wanted to know why Apple Bloom needed her as she was supposed to be at the CMC clubhouse holding a meeting but now since she was at her place Twiligjt wondered what was more important to Apple Bloom than a CMC meeting
"Twilight come quick there's an emergency. I would tell you the rest but you should see for yourself as there's to much to explain. I'm sorry Twilight just come with me plea!" She told Twilight. Twilight was startled by what Apple Bloom told her. She hoped it wasn't anything to bad that happened to her friends or that would upset her a lot. She went into her place and got her satchel and then exited her place and left with Apple Bloom
As the filly led her to the location of where the emergency was Twilight what wondering about what the emergency was about as Apple Bloom didn't tell her any details about who exactly she knew was in the hospital. If Apple Bloom was this frantic then something terrible must have happened to her family or to one of her friends. She didn't like where this was going. She hoped that her friends were safe and that it wasn't one of them.
When Apple Bloom and Twilight to the hospital together Twilight started to have more questions run through her mind who she knew was there and why they were there in the first place. It just seemed like a bad dream. If one of her friends was at the hospital then how did they get sick and where were they when it started. She was anxious to see who it was as Apple Bloom didn't reveal who it was.
They went inside the hospital Apple Bloom started to lead Twilight upstairs to the care unit where most ponies where kept. That worried Twilight as it would be even worse if her friends were in the critical care unit as that would mean they were on the brink of dying and doctors would be trying to save their lives.
Twilight tried to keep calm but failed to do so as her breathing picked up. She didn't want to know who it was and yet she was anxious to find out who it was as she hoped it wasn't one of her family members or one of her friends that was in the hospital. Twilight opened the door and ran over when she saw Shining Armor in the bed. Her heart broke. She became upset that one of her family members was in the hospital.
"Shining Armor! What happened to you!? Why are you in the hospital for?! I'm really worried for you and you need to tell me so I'm not freaking out! You've been fine for a long time and now your in the hospital for some reason! Do my parents know your here? You should tell them where you are right now. What about Cadence?" Twilight said to him franticly. Shining Armor tried to calm her.
"Everypony knows Twilight. Nopony has been left out on anything I promise you that! I had a medical emergency so I needed to come here. I felt very sick and I felt like I was going to pass out but I'm feeling better now. I promise I'll get better. I had Apple Bloom come get you because Applejack was visiting me.
"Do they know why you almost passed out? Or do you have no idea?" Twilight asked her brother. Shining Armor shrugged as he really didn't know. Twilight frowned as she really wanted to know what happened but since Shining Amor didn't know then Twilight would have to ask the doctor. Soon a doctor came.
"Why did my brother pass out? What made him pass out? And don't tell me it's e heat because he's always fine in the heat so I wouldn't believe that. Twilight asked them. The doctor put a clipboard down and checked Shining Armor's blood pressure. They then finished and they spoke to Twilight.
"We don't know what happened to him. It's all speculation at this point Hopefully a blood test will tell us." They said. They took Shining Armors blood and left. Twilight sighed as she wished her brother would get better. She hoped that hey would come back soon with the results. Twilight hated waiting and Shining Amour understood that.
"I'm sorry you went through something like that. I hope there's nothing to serious with your health that made you pass out." Twilight said as she was upset for her brother. She calmed herself down. Shining Armor smiled and responded.
"Nah don't worry about it. You don't have to say sorry as you did nothing wrong. I think it was probably me not eating enough so I passed out or another reason." He said. As soon as the doctor came back the doctor told him it was not eating enough that day so they released him after a few hours.
Twilight and her friends walked back home while Shining Armor stayed with her for a bit before heading back home as well. They were glad that it wasn't anything serious and they were relieved when it was just him not eating enough that day. Twilight did make sure that Shining Amour would know to eat more.
"Let's just hope it never happens again. Next time have something more to eat." Twilight told her brother. Her brother nodded and her brother went back to The Crystal Empire while Twilight went home. She was glad that Shining Armor was alright.
