The Hearing of Chimes (Rewritten)
Spring
A season in which flowers bloom, trees regain their leaves, the insects come out, and animals wake up from a long hibernation.
A season where life from the dead and cold winter returns.
A season of Rebirth.
Fluttershy woke up to the sound of birds chirping and sunlight hitting her face, as like the beginning of a fairytale, slowly she opened her eyes and squinted as the sun's light hit her eyes.
Yawning, and closing her eyes fully due to it, Fluttershy pushed off her blankets before getting out of her warm and soft bed and closed her mouth as the yawn ceased and she opened her eyes once more to look around her bedroom.
It was all the same as before, nothing being out of place, turning around Fluttershy made her bed so it would be ready for her at night, after pushing out any crinkles she made her way to her bathroom and to its sink. On it laid her toothbrush and a tube of halfway used toothpaste, grabbing the tube with her mouth and the toothbrush with her hoof Fluttershy slowly and carefully applied a small bit of paste onto it, setting down the tube Fluttershy quickly began to brush her teeth before turning on the sink and wetting her brush a bit before sticking it back into her mouth and began to brush as she turned off the sink.
Two full minutes later Fluttershy stopped before spitting out the now foamy toothpaste into the sink and turned it back on to let the foamy toothpaste wash down the drain, she spit a few more times before she wasn't spitting out anymore foam and turned off the water, setting her toothbrush down Fluttershy smiled into the mirror too see her pearly whites before opening her mouth to check if she missed anything, finding nothing Fluttershy closed her mouth and walked out of the bathroom before going downstairs to start off her day.
First she would have to give all the animals she had breakfast and herself as well before she could truly begin anything. Going to her kitchen Fluttershy went to a cupboard before opening it and pulling out a box of wheat flakes before setting it down on the counter, she then went over to another cupboard and opened it but this time pulling out a bowl before setting it down as well, finally Fluttershy went to her refrigerator and opened it like the last two cupboards before she pulled out some milk, now she could make her breakfast.
Going back to where the bowl and box of cereal was Fluttershy opened the milk before pouring it into to bowl, stopping once she felt as it was perfect she closed the milk before going to the refrigerator and putting the milk inside, she then went back to the bowl of milk and box of Wheat Flakes and grabbed the Wheat Flakes before pouring them into the bowl of milk, once it filled up she stopped and put the cereal away.
Grabbing the bowl of cereal Fluttershy went to a drawer before opening it to pull out a spoon, closing it Fluttershy went to her Kitchen table and set down the bowl and sat down before taking a spoonful of cereal and eating it.
After a few minutes she finished it and drank the milk from the bowl, she then took it to the sink and placed it in before heading to her backdoor. Opening it she went outside to her backyard, it was nice and warm as the sunlight warmed up the grass and anything else that its light hit, smiling Fluttershy walked out to the grass and then headed to the left to a small shed.
The shed held all the animals' food that they need and a few other things as well, opening the door Fluttershy went inside and began to get all the food she needed to feed each of the animals breakfast, it took a while but she was able to get each of the animals their needed food in the right amount.
An hour passed and Fluttershy had fed each one of her animals before they went off to do their own things, one would think it to be insane to care for so many different type of animals however Fluttershy loved it, she was the Element of kindness so it was just part of her nature to help them.
The sun had risen up higher and now it was quite hot with no clouds or cold fronts brought by the weather ponies, however it was all good as a nice cooling breeze came and went every now and then. Fluttershy at the moment was laying down and enjoying the nice shading a tree from the everfree forest gave, that along with the breeze felt absolutely wonderful to the yellow coat pegasus, however the cool feeling the pegasus received with each breeze wasn't the reason she was enjoying it.
Instead it was a few wind chimes she set up, each time the wind blew they hit them perfectly, letting out wonderful metal echoes and vibrations for anypony or anything to hear, however on this certain day something else heard it as well, something forgotten.
Once the wind stopped blowing and the chimes ceased to make noise it revealed it's presence to the shy yellow pony.
'Chirp?' was all it let out, much to the surprise to Fluttershy.
"Huh?" Fluttershy let out as she sat up "Who's there?" She asked as she looked around.
It was quite for awhile before the thing responded.
A 'Chirp.' came from the Everfree Forest behind Fluttershy, making her gulp, she hoped it was a bird however the way it chirped wasn't at all like any bird she had heard of, it sounded almost like a musical instrument much less an actual bird.
"Oh what have I pulled out now." Fluttershy asked herself before getting up and looking into the dark and feared forest "Can you come out? Please?" Fluttershy asked shakily as she stared into the forest as it stared back.
The sound of rustling plants and leaves being stepped on began, getting closer and closer to Fluttershy as her heart pounded, millions of things raced through her minds of what it could be and what exactly it would do to her, she wanted to run but simply couldn't find the courage or fear to do so, soon to white glowing eyes seemingly appeared in the forest right in front of the frightened pony.
'Chirp.'
Fluttershy froze as she looked into the white glowing eyes, her face paled before her face met the ground as she fainted from fright.
The first thing Fluttershy felt was her face hurting.
"Ugh, my face hurts." Fluttershy told herself as she slowly got up as she rubbed it, hoping it helped take away the pain and some reason it worked, with the pain now gone she opened her eyes to met red.
A red cloak that is.
She looked down and saw the cloak was on the ground and spread out a bit as if somepony made the cloak a little too big, however there was a gold pattern on the bottom of the cloak along with long, slightly darker red triangles that pointed up, slowly Fluttershy looked up to meet a black face with glowing eyes wearing what seemed to be a hood with a gold edge and the being seemed to be wearing a small golden ring on its head under its hood.
'Chirp.' it let out as it stared at the pony before it, and the pony stared back.
"Oh, hello." She said as she continued to stare at it "Where you the creature that came out of the forest?" She asked.
'Chirp' the creature let out as it also gave a nod, however a odd symbol glowed on it chest and the same symbol appeared over its head.
"That's pretty interesting." Fluttershy said as the symbols disappeared "Umm what are you?" She asked and the creature tilted its head.
"Do you know what you are?" Fluttershy asked, the creature shook its head at the question.
"Oh, umm do you have a name?" She asked before the creature nodded.
"Can you say it?" She asked and the creature nodded again.
'Chirp.'
"So your name is Chirp?" Fluttershy questioned, hoping she got it right, the cloaked figure only shook its head.
'Chirp.' it let out again, leaving Fluttershy confused.
"So your name isn't chirp?" Fluttershy asked and it nodded.
"Well what is it then?" Fluttershy asked.
'Chirp.' the being let out, making Fluttershy sigh, usually she would be able to understand any creature however she just couldn't figure out whatever this thing was was saying.
"I'm sorry I can't understand you, usually I can understand anything but I can't figure out you." She said as she continued to look up to it, suddenly an idea struck her "Hmmm, maybe my friend Twilight can help us, she might know what you are."
'Chirp?' the cloaked creature let out as it tilted its head.
"Oh, Well Twilight is one of my friends and she's one of the smartest ponies I know, she'll probably know what you are or might have a book on you." Fluttershy told it as she got up to her hoofs "I'll take you to her if that's okay."
The creature nodded as it got by its legs, standing up it was almost as tall as celesta, or maybe a bit shorter or taller.
"Oh wow, you're tall." Fluttershy said as she looked up to the creature's face, it looked down to her and nodded.
'Chirp.' the tall cloaked being let out as it nodded, it wasn't completely cloaked as standing up showed that the being's cloak stop at its shins.
"Well I guess we should get going then, just umm follow me if that's okay." Fluttershy said as the creature nodded.
"Alright." Fluttershy said as she turned around and began to walk, the cloaked figure following close by.

I've rewritten this as I didn't like how it was the first time, I hope it's better and if there's any mistakes please do tell so I can fix them. If you have any questions just ask.
