My Brave Pony: Starfleet Magic (The New Member)

The hydra was looking at Jewel with hunger filled eyes. One head opened it’s jaw to eat her but Dyno kicked it.

“You’re not gonna eat our friend,” Dyno yelled.

There were too many heads for the twins to handdle. The other five heads began to attack Jewel, while the one head dealt with Dyno and Myte. Jewel tried her best to dodge, but the heads were to clever. Jewel was tossed into the air and the middle hydra head closed its jaws around her.

“JEWEL!” the gang yelled.

The middle hydra swallowed and a lump was seen going to the stomach. The gang could even heard Jewel's scream.

"WWOOAAAAAHHHH!"

Nobody did anything for a minute they were shocked. Until they saw a lump moving up the from stomach middle hydra head's neck and into the mouth.

"What the-?," Lighting asked

The middle hydra’s mouth was slowly pried open, it was Jewel, she was using her shoulders and legs to keep the hydra’s jaws open, however she was struggling not to be eaten...again.

“Grrrr. G-g-guys h-h-help!,” Jewel called, desperately, struggling to keep the mouth open. The entire gang flew up to the hydra’s mouth.

“Hang in there Jewel,” Lightning said, “We'll get you out of there,”

“Grr..hurry guys. I don't think....I can hold this.... for much longer, ooooh.” Jewel groaned.

Grand Ruler and his wife blasted the hydra's nose, causing an irritation which caused it to sneeze.

“YAAAAHHH!!,” Jewel screamed as she flew out of the hydra's mouth.

Dyno and Myte caught her!

“We got you chica,” Dyno stated. Jewel saw that she was covered in light green hydra slobber.

"Ugh, I'm gonna take a week's worth of long baths when we get back!," Jewel stated. Dyno and Myte chuckled.

“Let's go,” Myte added.

The gang quickly flew back to New Canterlot with Jewel, Styraco and Tricera in tow. That afternoon, Jewel was fast asleep after eating a hearty breakfast and taking an hour-long bath. Meanwhile, the royal ones, Lightning and his team were discussing what happened.

“It is true that Jewel is in immediate danger,” Grand Ruler stated, “Sombra and Chrysalis will do everything they can to destroy Jewel, which we saw today,” Queen Celestia added.

“So what do we do?,” Lightning asked.

“We'll have to prepare Jewel for physical combat in order to defend herself. And we will need to keep a very close eye on her.” Grand Ruler explained.

Styraco and Tricera whimpered, worried for their best friend's safety.

“Aww, don't worry you two
We'll protect Jewel if it's the last thing we do,” Rhymey reassured.

Queen Celestia suddenly had a plan!

“Maybe we can have Styraco and Tricera as Jewel’s bodyguards?,” she asked. The others weren't so sure that was a good idea.

“Nobody would suspect those two. I mean they're so cute and sweet. It's the perfect cover,” She elaborated.

Grand Ruler agreed with his wife. Soon, everybody agreed that Styraco and Tricera would be Jewel’s secret bodyguards.
