Twilight was in her room laying gently on her bed. She felt so comfy on her bed. She bounced on it a bit and she giggled. She knocked it off though as she continued to read her book. As she read her book she started to get bored. She looked around to see what else she could do and remembered what she did earlier and remembered bouncing on her bed a bit.
She set her book down, removed her socks and got on top of the bed. She grinned as she had no idea why she was going to do such a childish act. She began to jump a bit. She stopped, she jumped again and even did it a few times, it made her laugh a bit, then all of a sudden she bounced repeatedly against the bed.
She giggled as she looked down at her bed. She bounced a bit and saw the bed squeak. She did it again and then did it again before she decided to do it repeatedly. She didn't know why but it was a lot of fun. She jumped on her bed while barefoot.
She laughed as she bounced on the bed. She jumped all around and giggled at her silly act that she was having such ransom fun while doing the simplest form of entertainment just like when she was a kid. She jumped and laughed. It would embarrass her if somebody walked in on her doing something like this.
She had no idea what caused her to do it only she was no jumping happily on her bed without a care in the world.
All of a sudden Spike walked into her room and looked on in confusion at Twilight jumping up and down against her bed that she slept on. Twilight smiled at him, Spike have her a confused look.
"Uh....Twilight what are you doing on the bed? Why are you jumping on your bed like a little kid who won't go to sleep? Only Pinkie Pie does this but that's normal for her." Spike asked. Twilight giggled.
"It's fun! I just started doing it!" Twilight exclaimed. Spike watched her for a bit. Spike just couldn't stop watching Twilight who was having fun in front of her, Spike didn't know why but it did seem pretty fun.
"Well aren't you a little to old for that?" Spike asked, Twilight giggled and shrugged. Spike didn't know if he should leave Twilight alone and do something by himself or spend time with Twilight, he didn't admit it but he felt jealous that she was having fun and he wasn't.
"Why can't I do that?" Spike asked to himself as he went to leave. Twilight felt shocked that Spike would want to do that, she thought that Spike was more mature than her, she started to feel bad that she started without him.
"Come on and join me! There is room for both you know?" Twilight exclaimed cheerfully, Spike hesitated as he didn't know if he should. He continued to watch Twilight and smiled but still held back.
"Well I want to do it but....it would be embarrassing...wouldn't people watch us and find out we are acting childish and then think we are weird?" Spike suggested to Twilight, Twilight thought his worry was silly.
"Who cares what they think! It's our business! Cmon! It's okay to be childish!" Twilight said. Spike knew that Twilight was right. They could do whatever they wanted and it was nobody else's business. He smiled and got on top of the bed, took off his footwear and went barefoot but he hesitated but then he started to jump on it like Twilight. He smiled as it did feel pretty silly.
"I bet I could jump higher than you Spike!" Twilight challenged him teasingly. Spike was having a lot of fun, more fun then he would like to admit that he was having so Twilight. He realized that this was actually pretty normal to do. He grinned at Twilight and spoke.
"No you can't! Spike said playfully. They both jumped next to eachother on Twilights bed. They hoped that the bed would be strong enough to hold them jumping on it as they didn't want it to break. Spike started to get into it more and more as he jumped on it with Twilight.
Spike started to laugh hysterically along with Twilight, they had no idea what came over them both but they were having to much fun. They jumped around the bed as they even switched around their spots on the bed as they jumped.
They were getting a good work out as they bounced playfully against the bed, they wished that they could do this for a bit more so they did just that as they jumped all around while smiling. Twilight loved that she was doing this with Spike and Spike loved it as well.
As they both jumped on the bed together they realized that they were bonding even if it was a silly way to bond with eachother. Twilight looked at Spike lovingly as they just acted playfully on the bed. Twilight stuck her tongue out at Spike jokingly as she taunted him to go higher.
"Haha I can go higher!" Twilight teased, Spike smirked and jumped even higher. They both went back and forth as they tried to jump higher an the other but after that they just had fun. Twilight was still giggling like a little girl and Spike was smiling widely which Twilight found to be cute.
Twilight and Spike were getting tired, they knew they weren't able to do it for a long time as it took out their energy and made them weak. They still went at it though as they giggled while deciding they could still have some more fun.
They jumped all around the bed, Spike had to slow down which caused Twilight to jump higher than him, he just couldn't keep up but he didn't care as it was just for fun, they continued to jump for a few more minutes.
They both jumped on the bed as they passed the time together, Spike had so much fun as much as Twilight had fun, Twilight would have to give up after a few more minutes. She still continued though.
Spike happily bounced on the bed with Twilight as Twilight had a bright smile etched on her face. They were tired but Twilight only grinned as she just playfully tried to jump more than Spike, Spike rolled his eyes but continued as well. They both jumped as much as they could.
The place was silent as they had the place to themselves while they jumped on the bed, Twilight hoped that stayed the same as she didn't want anybody else seeing them act immature but as she thought about it she knew that she shouldn't care what they would think.
Spike continued to giggle happily as Twilight and Spike bounced repeatedly on top of Twilight's bed. Spike was still giggling, Twilight and Spike were happy that they had this moment to bond together no matter how they bonded. Soon they got even more tired so they stopped and laid on the bed as they were exhausted.
"That was so much fun! We should do that again! Your right Twilight it doesn't matter how we act sometimes as long as we are nice people!" Spike exclaimed, Twilight burst out in laughter as she heard him say that, he laughed as well and they both calmed down.
"Your right we should, I'm glad you think so! Remember Spike it doesn't matter if we are adults! We can have fun no matter how childish it is! There is no shame in being a bit childish!" Twilight said.
"It doesn't matter?" Spike asked happily, Twilight shook her head no as Spike smiled brightly. He hugged her.
"No of coarse not! There is no shame in acting like a child no matter what some people say, I never let anybody tell me or Pinkie Pie that! Don't let anybody tell you it's wrong to be childish as it isn't, sometimes adult life and work gets to stressful so if an adult wants to regress a bit then what's the harm!?" Twilight exclaimed.
"Great! Thanks for reassuring me!" Spike said
Spike closed his eyes and Twilight kissed his forehead, they both snuggle and took a small nap, once say woke up they rested for a bit and went outside to enjoy the day together as they knew that even if your an adult it was okay to be childish sometimes.
