"Expect the Unexpected"
Act I - Strange Ocurrences
As the moon rised from the horizon and the cold air of the night came to greet me, I stood alone in my house near the edge of my balcony, looking at the big fall to the concrete ground beneath me. Don´t ask me what was I thinking at the time, my life went from an average, loving family and friends life to a horrible trainwreck. So there I was, literally living on the edge, but not for long as I let gravity do it´s job. Closing my eyes, I was just waiting for the moment when my body would hit the ground, but when I opened them again I noticed I was back in my balcony, still breathing, no pain and no broken bones. A voice asked if I was okay and when I lifted my head up to answer it, I gazed at the creature that stood in front of me. She opened her wings with elengancy and with a calm voice she said.
Don´t be frighten by who I am Michael, I´m known as Princess Luna and I come from a world called Equestria. As you may or may not know, your assistance is required.
What for? What could I possibly do... - I suddenly frozed.
What´s the matter? - she inquired me.
Okay, first things first, I got two questions. One, how do you know my name and two, what the hell is happening?
Hmmm, it seems you know nothing of your origins, but we´ll fix that - she said with a smile.
My origins? Hello! As you can see, I´m a human and always were one.
Or so you think. Your actually destined to go on quite an adventure, Michael of Earth.
Where? In that so called world Equestria. I would like to see you try to make go there. - said I, confidently, not knowing to who I was talking.
Not a problem. - she said with a grin on her face. She then proceeded to grab me instantly and carried me up in to the black sky, without notice, she then let go of me. I falled face first into the ground while everything turned black, for a split second. When I opened my eyes, I realized I was laid down on my desk table beside my computer. I got up from my chair, laughing to myself about the crazy dream, inniatily thinking it was all nothing, but a dream. I left my room and head to the kitchen, a small division of the house due to the immense cabinets, a table in the middle, a fridge in one of the corners and a heater in another. I pulled one of the chairs from the table and sat down as my mom put down, in front of me, a plate of butter toasts and a glass of milk. I usually don´t talk about my dreams to anyone, but due do the strange nature of the one I had early that morning, I thought why not. I asked her if she could sit down and talk for a minute and she accepted, so I began explaining my entire dream from beginning to end. When I finished, she stood silence for a moment and then asked.
Are you okay?
What?! Of course I am. - said I, suprised by the question.
Are you okay? - she repeated, sounding more worry.
It was only a dream mom, I´m fine really. It´s not like I can control what occurs in my dre... - as I was about to finish my sentence the ground began shanking, almost like an earthquake, making me fall off the chair onto the cold kitchen ground, but that wasn´t all. When I turned to my mother, the small table had now pushed her so faraway I couldn´t see her anymore, the ground continued to shake, more and more heavily until it broke beneath me, making me fall into the darkness below me. It all happen so fast.
Act II - A Not So Great Awakening
Again, I opened my eyes, whom felt heavy, almost like I´ve been sleeping for days, and, again, I was suprised by where I stood. I was laid down on a bed with bandages around my head, a few minutes after waking up I realised I was in a hospital, in an empty room of which all four walls were white, with two sorta medium-sized windowns on my left side and a glass door on my right. The room, in general, was a little big.
Three hours I spent just starring outside the windown watching the landscape, a mountainous area filled with all sorts of trees, thinking on what or who had brougth me into that position. Every possibilty came to my head, but none of them seemed possible, at least from my point of view. That wasn´t all my thoughts though. I discovered in that period of time I had turned into a pony, a pegasus to be exact. In the moment of the discovery, I began to start pinching and punching myself to see if I was dreaming, I wasn´t. One of the nurses thought I was going crazy and gave me a seditive to make me fall asleep.
The moon was high in the sky when I woke up, just to fall asleep again. With my soul filled with fear, confusion, a black eye and a single tear running down the right side of my face as I closed my eyes once again, hoping that nightmare would end when the sun rises.
