Zecora is in a bit of a predicament. After becoming pregnant and faced with raising her foal alone, she begins to fear that her child will be an outcast in a town of nothing but ponies. Wanting to prevent this possibility, she creates a fertility potion to try and give her unborn child a sibling.

Things don't go according to plan...
