"Listen up, I must tell you a story, this happened before Celestia and Luna, so gather around for I will now tell you the story of the evil lord of darkness" Twilight said, as Stephen's care giver got himself a beer.

Twilight cleared her throat and began reading.

Once a upon a time, there was only darkness, behind all of the darkness was a beast, her name was Nightmare Moon but after Celestia and Luna were born, Celestia and Luna drove Nightmare Moon away, but it was said that Luna actually was Nightmare Moon, but the prophecy of Nightmare Moon was wrong, Luna was never Nightmare Moon.

"So all we have been learning about Nightmare Moon had been wrong, so if Nightmare Moon lived before Celestia and Luna, this means Nightmare Moon had always lived and never died"

Twilight said, when she had finished reading.

"So if Luna wasn't Nightmare Moon who was?" Applejack asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I don't know" Twilight replied.

Stephen raised an eyebrow to try and get Twilight's attention, when Twilight noticed that Stephen was looking at her, she walked over to Stephen. Stephen didn't have his computer with him at the moment, so he has a communication board, with which to talk, Stephen has to spell out exactly what he wants to say, it can be difficult sometimes.
"I W-want b-e-e-r" Stephen said, with his Communication board.

That same night:

Twilight had a nightmare about Nightmare Moon.

In the dream:

"Twilight,Twilight you must help me" Celestia said, in a far off voice.

As Celestia finished speaking, Twilight heard a evil laugh, and then a dark shadow came out of the darkness, when Twilight saw who it was, she got scared.

"Nightmare Moon"

Twilight said, darkly. "Somepony who remembers me, then you also know why I'm here" Nightmare Moon said, with an evil grin.

Twilight gulped. "WHERE IS CELESTIA" Twilight yelled.

"If you ever want to see Celestia again, you'll have to bow down before me" Nightmare Moon said, with an evil laugh.

"I WIll NEVER BOW DOWN TO YOU" Twilight yelled.

Twilight woke up screaming: Twilight got out of bed and walked down the hall to Stephen Hawking's room and knocked on the door, Stephen's care giver opened the door a crack.

"What the hell Twilight, it's 5 am" Stephen's care giver said, with an annoyed look on his face.

"I need to talk to Stephen Hawking" Twilight said, to Stephen's care giver.

"Can't that wait until morning?" Stephen's care giver asked.

"Yeah I guess" Twilight replied with a sigh.

After Stephen's care giver closed the door, Twilight went back to her room, as Twilight got into bed she thought she could hear Stephen's care giver getting up. Why was he getting up in the middle of the night?. Nopony knows.... Twilight felt like a failure because Stephen's care giver send her away, Twilight felt sad and lonely, Twilight went to Stephen's room because he was the only one Twilight could trust, because her friends don't understand her problems, like Stephen does.

In the morning:

Twilight woke up at around 7:00, Twilight got up and went downstairs into the dining hall, where her friends were preparing breakfast, Stephen and his care giver were also in the dining hall, Stephen's care giver scowled at Twilight, Twilight rolled her eyes. "T-this has to s-stop now" Stephen spelled out on his communication board.

"Twilight Stephen is right ya two need to put your differences aside, and work together as a team" Applejack said, to Twilight.

"Why is Stephen always right?" Twilight asked. Applejack shrugged and went to see what her husband and kids were doing.

"S-o w-h-a-t n-o-w?" Stephen asked.

"Where is your care giver?, shouldn't he be translating for you?" Twilight asked.

"He get my computer, so I talk to you" Stephen said, with his communication board.

"Awesome, so you can talk to us without having to spell out every single word" Cumulus said, to Stephen.

Stephen raised an eyebrow to say yes.

"Hey guys I'm back" Stephen's care giver said, once he had opened the door.

"As everypony already knows in a week is the Grand Galloping Gala, and Stephen and John are invited" Twilight said, with a smile at Stephen's care giver.

Stephen's care giver's name is John.
The ponies and Stephen and John were all in Twilight's castle, but Stephen's son William wasn't there because he was back at his mother's house, because she was very sick, so William had to take care of her, or so he thought.
Meanwhile back at his mother's house:
Jane's house was very elegantly designed, the house is a Mansion because Stephen had bought that house with the money from his father.
The Hawking family was rich that was before Stephen and Jane filled for divorce.

"William my dear can you believe it's been over a year since I've seen you" Jane said, to her son.

"Mother I thought you were sick" William said, to his mother.

I lied about being sick, "I didn't want your father to know that I was leaving him" Jane said, to her son.

"So that's why you are filed for divorce" William said, to his mother.

"Yes my dear, your father and I didn't love each other anymore like we did when you were a baby" Jane said, with a sigh.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD LIE TO ME" William yelled as he barreled his way to the front door; With all his might he flung open the door and wheeled himself outside and pushed himself as hard as he can, and didn't stop until he got to Twilight's castle.
"William what's wrong?" Twilight asked once she had closed the door.

"It's my mother, I think something is wrong with her, father she's leaving you" William said, to his father.

A single tear ran down Stephen's face, indicating that he was sad, Apple Bloom took notice of that and walked over to Stephen.

"Let me handle this" she said, to John.

"Ok, if you're sure that you can handle it" John said, to Apple Bloom.

"Sugarcube I'm pretty sure I can handle him" Apple Bloom said, to John.

"Ok, he's all yours" John replied with a sigh.

"What's wrong sugar?" Apple Bloom asked turning to face Stephen.

"Well I guess after I heard that Jane was leaving me, I got sad that she was leaving me" Stephen said, to Apple Bloom.

"Oh sugar is there anythin' I can do to make ya feel better?" Apple Bloom asked Stephen.

"No sadly there is nothing you can do for me at the moment" Stephen said, to Apple Bloom.

"Alright sugarcube but if y'all need to talk I'm always here for ya" Apple Bloom said, to Stephen, gently putting a foreleg around him.

"Very well put" Stephen said, to Apple Bloom.

"Thank ya, I'm always happy to help a friend out" Apple Bloom said, with a smile.

"You're very welcome Apple Bloom, I needed to hear that" Stephen said, with a smile.

Stephen's words made Apple Bloom blush, then an awkward silence followed, that seemed to last forever. John was the first to break the silence. "Will somepony please tell me what the hell is going on here?" John asked with a wink at Stephen.

Apple Bloom rolled her eyes.

I don't know why Jane left Stephen in real life.

In fact: Stephen and Jane were married in real life and had 3 kids.

Stephen William Hawking and Jane Beryl Wilde are real people.

Well I'll explain why she left him just like that without a warning in the 4th chapter.
