That was yet another day in changeling hive, at least Chrysalis was sure of it. What would possibly ruin such peaceful moment of her morning, as she sipped a coffee from a cup with “I love you mom” sign on it. As she recall that was a mother’s day peasant form one of her sons, Thorax. The boy was always different, a little odd if you will, and was fascinated by pony’s culture, hence why he gave her this cup. Changelings don’t really show their family bonds like this but, she find it cute that he was a bit different.
“I have to screw with him...”
She smiled to herself.
“I think he may be good heir to the throne, but how to make him want to dethrone me?”
She sighed. He was too soft and polite, she must kick him from her kingdom for a while or something or he would never become king. The process of picking an heir was always a most sacred and secret tradition of hive. For any outsider it could come out as brutal, to banish your parent from home to become a new leader, but it was, in fact, a taste of battle and persuasion, so important for any king or queen.
As she was contemplating this matter, her breakfast arrived.
And then it happened…
The royal chef entered her chamber with tied up pegasus. He had light green fur and feathers and his mane was golden blond, with a weirdly shaped bun. His long silky tail, that reminded her of another pony she knew, especially now when he was holding said tail between his hindlegs. Some would even say that had a rather feminine look, but he was also rather attractive? Who knows, Chrysalis thought to herself. She wasn’t into pegasus that much, but meal is a meal, and you have to eat it all.
Chef changeling untie struggling pony, and he immediately start to talk gibberish, as a prey would do in this situation. To be honest, queen already heard it all. One would say that he have a family, other would pray for mercy and beg to realise them. Not that she would do that, but the more they are scared the more tasty love gets. The chef left, and leave the two in the room alone.
Pegasus was still closing his eyes, and covered his head with his front hooves. Chrysalis was pleased since she felt a lot of love energy coming from this guy. Mostly, she sensed that was his parents and sibling love.
“Please, don’t hurt me, I’m very untasty and nobody loves me, and.... uuaa~”
Despite being scared at first, he suddenly changed his expression upon seeing her. Is that, or was that a smug smile on his face? He even pulled out a comb from his left wing and fixed his mane.
“Does it hurt?”
He asked
“What?”
Chrysalis just stared at this stupid horse who was trying to touch her mane.
At this moment he decide to actually finish the pick up line; most probably ordained by all hellfire.
“When you fall from the sky, of course, my angel!”
“Angel?”
She rolled her eyes. That’s new; more often than not she was called “monster”. “Angel” wasn’t her idea of fun. And that damn idiot was petting her mane again, pulling her hair into bun, like the one he was wearing himself.
She shook him off and punched his head.
And he gave a squeak of joy like a foal that got a new toy.
“My, my, your mane is quite unique! It’s like spider web, so delicate!”
He got more and more excited.
“But you should think of some other color; this green is just repulsive.”
She sent him angry stare and growl as he got up from the floor.
“My name is Zephyr Breeze by the way, I think you should know that before we do this.”
So, he knows what would happen with him? Most of them scream with pain, not joy when they already know that she will drain them from all energy.
“Is that true? You want my love, baby?
Zephyr sat on her bed and blew a kiss in her direction.
“No way…”
She start to run to the door when pegasus spread his wings and pull her into his hoofs.
Chrysalis was about to call the guard and put the end to his miserable life, when he openly kissed her. Her cheeks were blushing as energy entered her body. For a minute she almost forget how disgusting he truly was was. She could not blame him for falling for her. After all, she was gorgeous. But if she ever got with any pony, he’d have to be royal or something.
And then he started to talk again, and the charm disappeared like a soap bubble.
“You know, despite how great I am, how many mares, like my biggest fan Rainbow Dash would be heartbroken, hearing this I can actually be ok with this whole weird changeling courtship and take you as my wife.”
Chrysalis pushed Zephir and screamed as loud as possible.
“Guard!!!”
Chrysalis was breathing heavily after what happened watching her unexpected suitor begin dragged out off her chamber. This time it was her who blow a kiss to him.
"Send this arrogant pony to the cell where he will await his punishment"
She declared.
With a vengeful smile, Chrysalis materialised an electric shaver into her hoof,
“And I know exactly what it will be…”

I don't really expect to win antything, but this was fun to write. I kind off like idea of Zeph having a fetish for weird hair. He would do the same with both Mane-iac and Sombra as far as I connsider.
