She didn't think that she would get a happy response. "I am Grey," the pony replied. "I can s-s-see that,"Pinkie stammered. "But...what's your name?" She hoped her friend would jump up, talking about the amazing joke she had played on poor Pinkie. But it was the complete opposite reaction. "I said, my name is GREY!" she screamed in frustration. "Are you deaf? Are you sure? And you have the cheek to think that I'm your FRIEND?"Pinkie was shocked. "But I never said that," Pinkie stuttered. "Of course you didn't!" Grey screamed. "But you thought it! Yes, I can read minds." Pinkie wailed in despair. She wanted friends. She wanted to go home. "Home again?" murmured the same scorching voice. "I thought this would satisfy you." He snuggled close to her, comforting her in rabbit language. "Rainbow Dash is a huge coward," mumbled Twilight, gritting her teeth in frustration. She screamed up at the sky. "WHOEVER TOOK PINKIE, YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS, YOU HORRIBLE CREATURE OR PONY !" One different pony..."La la la, baking cupcakes," sang Pinkie. Then she started thinking. "Queen Pinkie Pie!" yelled Twilight, who had appeared at Pinkie's side. "Oh, hi Twi!" said Pinkie. "Why are you a unicorn? I mean, last time I saw you , you were an alicorn!" "An alicorn?" What do you mean, I've always been a unicorn! I'll never be an alicorn like you!" exclaimed Twilight. "Me? An alicorn? You're joking." She clanced at her reflection, but instead of an earth pony, an alicorn stared back. Pinkie screamed. "Ahhh, I don't wanna be an alicorn! They have to go to TOO MANY meetings! I wanna go home!" she sobbed. "You want to go home?" murmered a burning voice. "That can be arranged." Then, there was a bang, pink stars exploded around her and she landed in Sugar Cube Corner. "And when you go back home, this is what it will be like. Your friends are looking for you. In fact, they have been looking for you for 3 days. If you come with me, I can lead you to a better future, that you would enjoy. On one condition. You must agree to forget your friends." Pinkie Pie gasped. "Forget my friends? But...they've done so much for me!" Pinkie whispered, out of breath. "Very well, then. I will leave you here. Let me know when you have decided." And with that, Sunset Shimmer was gone. Pinkie Pie thought, hidden from the army. I do NOT want enemies, she thought, and if I go home I'll have enemies around every corner. Hmm, Sunset sounds nice. Should I go with her? No. I can't desert my friends. But I don't want enemies. I'll ask Sunset Shimmer to let me see what it's like in my time. "Right away," giggled Sunset. "Have fun...NOT!"
