It was another busy day at Spike’s Ice Cream and Sandwich Shoppe, the hottest fast food establishment in all of Ponyville, and one of the hottest in all of Equestria. Carriages wrapped around the building and the lobby was filled to the brim with customers.
And, at the center of all this, Rarity was there, scooping ice cream and bagging up orders for all the hungry customers.
“Here you are, darling! Have a wonderful day!” Rarity handed out an order to a customer and waved a sweet goodbye to them.
Working in fast food wasn’t ideal for the fashionista, but after the Carousel Boutique locations fell through with the stock market, Rarity had to find an alternate source of income. Rarity rubbed her chin in thought before an idea hit her. “Hold on! I have an idea. I’m going to the fridge, but I’ll be back shortly!”
The walk to the fridge was a long one. The entire staff of the restaurant, and even the patrons themselves, had stopped to see Rarity make the journey. Once she hit the door leading into the cooler, she paused, letting out a sigh. It was now or never. With a slam of the door, she found herself in the cooler. Unfortunately, this was the point where nopony could see what her idea was. She took one final look back at everyone.
