"...this is not your ordinary dead fetus."
Celestia and Twilight walked down the lonely patch of dirt road leading out to the Apple Family Farm. It was a colder night, but the mission was urgent enough that neither had time to worry about the temperatures.
It had been one hundred years since Twilight was forced to bear witness to the tragedy that befell her friend Rarity. One hundred years since she saw her get dunked into the tank of sulfuric semen, all in the name of an immortality potion. She never really forgave herself for the atrocity, but she had come to realize the necessity of the cruel action.
“So, what do we need to do here at the farm, Princess?” Twilight questioned, walking closely by her mentor. “Is there a special apple or something we need to consume to lengthen the duration of the magic potion?”
“No, my dear student. Nothing that simple.” Celestia slowed her walk ever so slightly to communicate with her. “However, you are correct in your assumption that our reason for being here has to do with the magic potion.”
“Well, your majesty, what do we need to do here if it’s not apple related?” Twilight pointed at the still air around them. “There’s nothing else here, really. Just apples and grass.”
“That is true, Twilight, but there is something else here as well that cannot be found anywhere else in Equestria.”
“Which is?”
“The oldest mare in all of Equestria, save for myself and Luna.”
Twilight snapped her hooves. “Oh my gosh, you’re right! Granny Smith lives here, still. She’s gotta be well over two hundred years old by this point, which is a miracle in of itself. I mean, everyone else has already grown and died in that generation.”
“It is a miracle,” Celestia replied with a calm gaze. “It’s a miracle that we have to harness for ourselves. It will lengthen the effects of our magic potions by a further three hundred years, at least.”
“That long?” Twilight asked. “How do we obtain such power?”
“Follow me,” Celestia replied.
The two made their way into the Apple Family’s property, using their magical prowess to move into the house undetected. They slowly but surely moved up the stairs until they arrived at the uppermost room where a very old, wrinkly mare was laying in a bed, peaceful as could be.
“Twilight, as I mentioned before, the liquids of life are the key to any lifespan potion or spell. Do you remember?” Celestia looked over to her student.
“Yes, I remember, Princess,” Twilight responded.
“Very good. Now, there’s no difference here. At regular intervals, her vagina, the birthplace of life, expels gas that contains some of those liquids, and considering her age, they’re very powerful liquids. We have to consume those liquids into our lungs. Understand?”
Twilight wretched ever so slightly at the mere thought of what the Princess was insinuating, but she deferred to her wisdom and spoke up. “Yes, Princess, I understand.”
“Perfect,” Celestia smiled. “I understand your hesitance. This is a task that will require much resolve.”
Twilight gulped at her mentor’s words. Granny Smith was sleeping so peacefully, and Twilight knew that she didn’t have all night to do this. With a slight gag, she lowered herself down to the elderly mare’s dry, barren folds. The smell was overwhelming, a mix of aged vaginal juices and flaky bits of yeast. The princess of friendship threw caution to the wind and shoved her snout right into that waiting cunny.
Her taste buds were immediately overwhelmed by the terrifying mix of discharge and yeast. She swore she could almost taste a bit of dried up sperm, but she hoped that was just her imagination.
Without warning, air flooded her mouth. Along with it came some of the more disgusting things that could possibly be inside of Granny Smith. Little bits of feces, some pubic hairs, and even a piece of the Apple matriarch’s uterine lining were sucked into Twilight’s waiting maw. The purple mare pulled back, coughing up what she had just tasted. As she wiped futilely at her lips, Celestia shook her head.
“It is not enough, Twilight,” she said, resting a hoof on her student’s shoulder. “We need more.”
“She just shit in my mouth, from her vagina!” Twilight replied in a hushed yell. “What else do you want from me?!”
“I want this,” Celestia replied, shoving her own snout into Granny Smith’s snatch, a demonstration for Twilight. What the older alicorn didn’t know was that her subject had a lot more left in her loose hole. Yet again, a bit of air filled the mouth of a princess, but this time it was Celestia who was on the receiving end.

As little bits of shit, yeast, discharge, and even more pubic hairs began to fill up her mouth, she could feel something else slipping out. This was exactly what Celestia had been waiting for. The prophecy was finally unfolding right before her eyes. She and Twilight would live forever, that much was certain.
With a clamp of her jaws, she tugged herself free and her prize came with her. Her student watched in both awe and disgust. “C-Celestia, is that…?”
“A dead fetus, yes,” Celestia finished for her student, now holding it in her hooves. “But this is not your ordinary dead fetus. You see, this sort of fetus is only born once every three thousand years. The fact that we just happened upon it means that we’ve unlocked the key to endless immortality.”
“What do we have to do?”
Celestia answered that question by biting down hard, halfway through the fetus. It tore in half with ease, and Celestia quickly gobbled down the contents of her mouth. To Twilight’s abject horror, the inside of the fetus was filled to the brim with bugs. Mosquitos, maggots, dung beetles, cockroaches, spiders, and even a tapeworm.
“You must eat the fetus, Twilight.”
“U-uh…”
“Eat it.”
Twilight gulped harder than ever, and with massive determination, grabbed the fetus from Celestia and shoved it into her mouth. She could feel everything crawling around her mouth, trying desperately to escape their new prison. But it was futile, and with one long swallow they were all banished to the pits of her stomach.
As Twilight gasped for air, a faint yellow glow coursed through her veins, Celestia’s glowing the same color.
“It is finished,” Celestia said.
“I really hope so…” Twilight replied.
Celestia and Twilight walked away from the Apple Family Farm, Twilight in particular still shuddering from disgust.
“You did very well, Twilight,” Celestia said, picking her teeth out with a toothpick and offering the used wooden utensil to Twilight. Twilight refused.
“I’m honestly filled with shock, Celestia,” Twilight replied. “It almost seems as if you have experience doing that.”
“I do, and in the coming eternity, Twilight, so will you. Godspeed.”
“... Shit.”
