Friendship Defenders

I look at the pair that sat down in front of us. I looked at Applejack who looked back at me with concern. Applejack sighed as she looked at the Sirens “Ah guess you want our story of how we got together?” I felt Applejack wrap her arm around me, I blushed a little. Applejack said “It was a few months back on the farm, Twilight was curious how we ran things on the farm. Ah was busy helping Big Mac pick the apples.”

I laughed “I remember that you dropped an apple on my head. I’m not sure whether that was an accident or not?”

Applejack replied smiling “Ah didn’t mean too, I promise.” I nudge her on the shoulder.

I decided to continue the story “It was odd at first, I was sitting there with Applejack for lunch with Applejack's family. I think what first got me was when I knocked over a glass of apple Juice.” I blushed just thinking about it. Applejack smiled as I continued “I went to get some towels but when I started to clean up, I felt warm I don’t know why exactly but I did.”

Applejack chuckled “Maybe it was because you bumped into my face while you were doing it.” I blushed at the statement, the Sirens chuckled in response. Applejack said “I didn’t notice for a while actually, Twilight here is quite good at hiding these things. She hid it for 1 whole month.” I smiled remembering having to suppress down the feeling.

I laughed a little as I said “Yeah, the only reason it came out was Pinkie decided to do a game of Truth or Dare. Now that I think about it Pinkie probably knew already, I said truth and Pinkie asked me if I liked someone. The gig was kinda up then I couldn’t lie through that, Applejack is an expert at detecting lies and I’m a terrible liar.”

Sonata said “It seems Pinkie is the one behind both sets of relationships, she really has a knack for accepting others and helping them.” Applejack and I nodded in response.

Applejack smiled “If I am to be honest, I was surprised when you came back. I was worried you would try something again. Heck if it wasn’t for Sunset I probably wouldn’t have accepted your apology, she helped remind me of how important it is to forgive. I was showing similar to many of the other student’s behaviour when she was recovering from the Fall Formal incident.”

The siren blinked for a few second slightly take aback at the statement. Adagio recovered first, responded “That’s okay, we are not your average people we have spent the best part of a millennia causing harm to others.”

Sonata and Aria shouted “Me too.”

Sonata shouted “Aria, I’m second, your third!”

Aria shouted as she stood up “No, you are third, after all you're the worst.”

Sonata shouted as she got up “Am not!”

Aria shouted even louder “AM TOO!”

I watch as until I see Adagio shout louder than the two of them ever could “ENOUGH!” I watched the two sit back in their seats at their eldest sister. I was just about to say something when we heard a loud explosion. All seven of us opened the door into the main hallway only to see Fluttershy and Pinkie standing next to some stranger wearing a hood.

Fluttershy's appearance surprised all of us, she was wearing a military uniform and had a look of strange determination in her eyes. I hear several footsteps approaching , then out of nowhere a hail of bullets fly through the hallway. We dart back into our room before we get caught in the crossfire.
