It's been a whole day of Twilight teaching Sparkle some basic spells. Levitation and such, I was also informed that I wasn't the only one the map called, suprisingly Twilight's student, Starlight Glimmer had been called also. Sparkle already had her mind set on coming with me to the castle so I just laughed and told Starlight to bring one of her friends, which seems to be a blue unicorn named Trixie with a HIGH ego. Kinda reminds me of Dash.

I laughed again
"Something Funny?" Starlight asked, we were currently packing Trixies 'house' with a few important items for the trip. I looked around to find Trixie helping Sparkle out. "Oh nothing... It's just funny to see how much Trixie reminds me of Rainbow Dash." Starlight thought for a moment before letting out a giggle "She does doesn't she?"

"Watch out!" I heard the slightly raspy voice of Trixie call, I instinctively flapped my wings, sending me into the sky. Starlight had formed a telekinatic shield around her and a bag hit it. I descended down to the ground and looked at both Sparkle and Trixie who looked at us sheepishly. "Sorry" Sparkle spoke "I still need a bit of work on my levitation"

"A little?" Trixie asked, raising an eyebrow at Sparkle. I rolled my eyes and Starlight groaned "Trixie!" She scolded before turning to Sparkle "Your doing great Sparkle, don't worry about Trixie.. Let's just say she's a bit jealous of your potential." Starlight showed a smug grin to Trixie who blushed but tried to scoff "Me? The Great and Powerful Trixie isn't scared by anypony!"

"Trixie there's a changling behind you." Starlight busted out laughing as the magician screamed and ran into her trailer, locking the door behind her before looking out her window "Ha Ha, Very funny Starlight." Trixie mumbled

Sparkle and I exchanged glances before giggling.

A shimmering pink aura appeared in my view as I adjusted the glasses on my muzzle. I had to say, It was alot harder then it looked. "Then Rainbow realized she was halfway to school with her pajama's still on! She took off running back home faster than I thoight anypony could!" Flame- I mean Scorch was infront of of us, flying backwards. It amazed me how fast she caught on but this world's Twilight did say she lived here before.

I must've zoned out again because whatever Scorch said made Starlight and Trixie laugh loudly. I smiled at how it seemed like she coukd make friends wherever she went, Something I could never do...

"Bit for your thoughts, Sparky?" I asked the darker purple-furred pony as she sat next to me. Everyone had decided to camp out for the night

"Bit?" Sparkle asked me, her glasses slightly falling. She adjusted them with her magic and I smiled.

"She's getting the hang of that."

""Ah, Sorry. Seems like I'm slipping back into this worlds language. Any way, Bit is this world's equivalent of money. It's like saying 'Penny for your thoughts?'" I explained "Oh.. I don't know. It's just, I feel like I don't belong here.... It feels like I'm at Crystal Prep all over again.." My ears perked up before flattening, I looked at her with concern.

"Sparky...? Why do you feel that way? Everyone here loves you!" I looked at her confused as she stood up, I stod up and began walking when she started. "That's not what I meant Flame.."

"What no Scorch?" I thought before mentally scolding myself "Stop being such a smart flank and help your friend Flame Dash!"

She continued "Everyone here is great! Just like a CHS but you all can do something I can't... Trixie is great enough with her magic to be a magician, Starlight and everyone back in Ponyville all have something special about them...your a great flier and we've been here the same time!" She sighed and sat back down, we had walked a ways from camp but I could still see the smoke in the sky from our fire.

"Sparky... We've been here two days. Two Days! And your using Levitation spells better than alot of ponies that lived here! Just imagine if you had the same amount of time to learn as anypony else?" I slowly flapped my wings, I lifted mysel into the air and flew infront of Sparkle az she lifted her head to look at me. "Twilight Sparkle! Man, You've amazed me how fast you learned! You should have seen this world's Rarity when she first tried to learn. She couldn't even lift a book! But here you are, adjusting glasses, lifting bags, mugs, maps within two day's of learning!" I landed on the ground infront of her, giving her a friendly nuzzle that still made me blush.

"You've gotta give yourself more credit Sparky.."

I smiled gently as Flame continued to talk, laughing at the part when she described thus world's Rarity. The nuzzle she gve me... It made me feel safe... That and the words she said... They made me feel like I belonged.

Just like how her and the girls made me feel at home at CHS. She bumped her flank against mine as we stood up "I guess your right." I gave her a smile "When am I not?" Came her responce, I rolled my eyes slightly as she laughed. She had the confidence of her sister, granted she showed it alot less often.

"Hey Scorch..?" I turned to look at the red and yellow mane pegasus. "Hm?" I heard her hum, she was looking at the sky. I followed her glance and saw a big, bright, shining Moon. I stopped in awe.

"I-It's beautiful..."

"Yeah.... It's a sight huh? Equestria's pretty great... " I heared her sigh contently, I glanced back down to see her with a goofy smile on her face. "Scorch...Do you miss Equestria?" Her eyes widend at this "Well um... Yeah I do.. I really do.." She looked back at the sky.

I smiled a bit, This was her home. The one she knew before our world. Of course she would miss it...

"Did you ever think of moving back?"
"What's with all the question's Sci-Twi?" I rolled my eyes at the nickname but she continued "Well.. Honestly, Before I went to CHS I did, I really thought about it. But... Once I met Applejack, Pinkie, Rarity, Fluttershy... Rainbow! I was finally reunited with my Sister. Then I got Sunset and finally you" We were sitting once again, but we were already at camp. She put a wing around me and pulled me into a hug. I blushed slightly an hesitantly laid my head on her shoulder. "Couldn't leave one of my Best friends now could I Sparky?"

I smiled up at her "No, You couldn't" She nodded, giving me another goofy smile. "Bingo." She never backed away from the hug, but I didn't care. We had our comfortable silence.

And until I could gather the courage to tell her how I felt...

This was good enough for me.
