Catching a Rainbow
Rainbow Dash, as is want to do, sets up a silly prank. This time she has chosen her target poorly. Seabreeze is a proud breezie, and there are some old laws that govern what a fey can and must do in repayment of a prank.
Rainbow Dash plays a prank on Seabreeze, but wasn't prepared for his response. By the time the breezie is done with Rainbow, she will never prank one of his kind again, nor will anypony in town.
The old laws are clear, if you prank a fey, they must prank back.
