It was turning out to be a bad day for so far, you had just been fired, your girlfriend left you for some other guy and since your were now jobless you might be kicked out of your apartment.

"Well this is totally the day I had in mind." You say as you rub your head.

"How the hell am I going get a job in time? I'm going to be evicted in a week."
Your life seeing as it can't possibly get worse does get worse as you realize that you had no food in the house. A week had passed and you were still jobless.
"How did my life come to this?" You ask yourself clutching the eviction notice in your hand. You thought of all you had been through and how much you loved you girlfriend, the thoughts clouding your mind had been so overwhelming that you began to shed tears. When the tears hit the floor they began to boil and they were rising into the air.
"What the hell?" The tears expanded and formed a large 1 dimensional oval shape. You immediately ran into your room to grab your hunting machete that your dad had given you as a gift when you turned 11. You reached under the bed and pulled out the 13 inch cast iron blade, then you hastily made your way to the living room. The oval was now colored with a rainbow hue.
"Alright now I have seen it all." You walk over to the strange manifestation and poke it with the machete, it wiggled like Jell-O and just stayed intact. You then stuck you hand in the oval and to your suprise it felt like air.
"Ok then that wasn't what I was expecting." Finally gathering the courage, your step through the portal and you were immediately falling through darkness then an explosion of color greeted you, it was like you were in a rainbow dimension, you had long since let go of your machete during your free fall. Another explosion happened but this time it was a blinding explosion of light, then you found you self on solid grass.
"What in the f-" you were interrupted by a giant sword hitting the ground in front of you.
"Oh God!" You say as the sword made impact in front of you just inches from your feet. The sword was roughly the size of you, it was about a foot wide, it had a black color and the front and back of it's handle looked like the screaming face of a man.
"What the absolute hell is this thing?" You ask as you stood up and made your way to the blade of unknown origin, could this be your machete? You touched the handle of the sword and pulled, to your suprise it was extremely light for it's size.
"Well I guess it likes me." You say as you pull it closer to examine it then the sword began to glow a cobalt blue not all of it though only the lines that were up and down the sword, then the ever screaming face on the handle began to slightly change as the glowing light made it's way to the face. The face's eyebrows were down giving the face a sense of anger.
"What the hell is going on?" You spotted what seemed like a forest and you made your way over to it. About halfway through you could see a town and began to quicken your pace. That forest was no joke but you were almost out when you could a bloodcurdling scream, it sounded like a woman.
"Hang on I'm coming!"
You yell into the direction of the scream and you could see a strange creature with four legs and holes inside of them and it had strange bug like wings. You ran out of the forest and kicked the creature off of the screaming woman but it wasn't a human. It was a really short and cyan blue winged horse with a rainbow mane and tail. It had a lot of cuts on it's body, after examining the little horse a bit more, you turned your attention to the weird looking monster that attacked her. It seemed like your kick had taken a lot out of it as it hobbled to get up. Then it made a break for you with it's head down aiming it's hole poked horn at you. Seeing that it was trying to gore you with it's horn, you swung the mighty sword at the creature delivering a hit at it's forelegs severing them but the sword had cut the forelegs so easily that the sword also sliced it's stomach nearly tearing the evil creature in half. The creature fell in a heap behind you.

You turned around to look at the creature, it had left a strange green blood streak as it slid on the ground. You walked over to it to see if it was still alive, the thing was only able to lift it's head to look at you before letting out a death gurgle, letting it's head fall limp onto the ground. When you looked up a circle of horses was around you, they were chatting to each other, some had horror strewn across their faces and others had been nodding their heads at you.

"Oh my gosh Rainbow Dash!" A pale yellow horse with a pink mane and tail ran over to aid the rainbow horse. You soon ran over to the rainbow horse and the yellow one
"Is she gonna be alright?" You ask the yellow horse causing the crowd to gasp.

"It can talk?" You turned to face the crowd and prepared an answer.

"Yes I can talk and I don't mean to harm any of you, uh you?"

"Ponies?"

"Yes, ponies. I just simply saw that weird thing attacking that "Rainbow Dash" pony and I decided to help her." After you finished saying those words, the crowd of ponies cheered for you.

"Rainbow Dash are you okay?" The yellow pony asked the now awake pony

"Yeah I'm fine Fluttershy. But what happened?"

"That uh that?"

"Human."

"That human saved you from a changeling."

"Oh well that made some sense."

"Where's the changeling?"

"Oh um it's over there." She said pointing at the changeling corpse.

"Woah that's what I call pest control." Rainbow Dash looked at you and her jaw dropped.
"That sword looks so awesome!"

"Thanks."

"We got to show him to Twilight."

"Yeah I guess so."

"Hey human guy with the cool sword!"

"Yeah what's up?"

"Follow us." Then the 3 of you made your way to a large crystal castle, you knocked on the door and waited for a response.

"Come in!" You let Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash go in first then you followed.

"Oh my Celestia! Rainbow Dash what happened?" Was all you could hear a lavender pony made it's way to Rainbow Dash.

"I'm fine Twilight, this human saved me from a changeling."

"Human what's a-" she froze when she made eye contact with you.

"Hello." You say waving.

"Hello." She responded wide eyed.

"So how did you save Rainbow Dash from the changeling?"

"With this sword." You say throwing the sword up in the air cathing it and bringing the blade down into the ground.

"So cool." Rainbow Dash screamed in the background

"I've never seen a sword as big as that one." Twilight said with a small bit of excitement.
"You have to let me do some research on it and you."

"Sure. But this sword isn't just big, check this out." After saying this you take the sword and slam it into the ground. Once it was nice and sturdy you say.

"Watch this." You let go of the handle and the sword's light went away and the handle's faces went back to normal as if you had not touched it. Then you picked it up and it came "back to life" but this time the mouths and eyes of the screaming face began to glow as well.

"That is amazing."

"Yeah it is." After taking Rainbow Dash to the Ponyville hospital took you to meet to meet the others. She said she would let you live in her castle. You told her everything about humans but the thing that grabbed her attention the most was the car. When you told her about how you got here she said that she would have to go send a letter to the princesses Celestia and Luna. The reply was fast when she read the note out loud "Dear Princess Twilight we have received your message and I will send a chariot and a royal guard to each of element's homes, we are glad that you have sent this message for this human may be our only chance of defeating the changelings."

"So I guess Celestia needs me?"

"I guess so." She said rolling up paper.
