Chapters Twilight's Tree Library
"Spike! Spiiiiiike! Breakfast is ready" Called a lavender unicorn named Twilight.
"Coming, Twilight. Just a minute." Spike said as he rolled down the stairs in a groggy fashion.
Twilight giggled at Spike's lazy antics as the purple dragon made his way to the table for his morning meal.
"What did you make?" Asked Spike.
"Eggs, pancakes, and a fresh book of knowledge." She replied.
Spike turned around and said "Whaddya mean knowledge? I'm hungry, no-." He paused as a book hit his face, flipping so that it perfectly landed in his hands. It was titled: How to Wake Up. "What?" He questioned as he read what was inside. He read aloud: "Step one, bite your hoof, if that doesn't work, or your not allowed to have coffee, get your face hit with a book" Spike closed the book "Really Twilight?" He asked, surprised that he wasn't sleepy anymore.
"Yes, now eat up your breakfast, I have a meeting with Princess Celestia and she said it's important. Anyway, can you be good while we're having our meeting? I might give you a reward." She said with a tingle in her voice.
"O-Okay, yes Twilight, I'll be good." Spike replied.
Page Break. Outskirts of Sweet Apple Acres.
The neko on the outskirts of the farm was in a state of a dilemma. He didn't know if he should go into the town. One part told him that they would hurt him worse than the scientist did. His other part begged to be in that town feeling warmth and contentment. At last, the worrywart part of him won and he stayed under the tree he had slept under the last night.
He stayed under said tree until an apple, very ripe and ready to fall off, jumped from its stem onto the neko's head. He cowered up on the tree, looking for anything. When he had finished looking around, he looked at the object that had hit him. It was a bright red apple. It looked as if it was the tastiest thing in Equestria. He bit it as a satisfying crunch came from the apple. He had never tasted it before. He was only given crackers and vitamin pills. The juicy apple was devoured in a mere minute.
As the neko climbed up the tree, he was surprised by what sounded like quick pawsteps and heavy pants for breath. He saw a dog running across a field of crops and trees, barking every now and then. 'He seems harmless enough', The neko thought to himself. He saw an orange-ish pony walk across the field. She looked as if she going on a break, due to her leisurely pace. She started to beckon the dog to come with her. The neko in the tree didn't know his scent was found by the dog. It ran to the tree and began barking.
"What is it Winona? What is it?", she asked her semi-intelligent dog as it barked away at the tree. Winona must have been giving off vibes that, by using dog logic, would mean: Intruder right there, because the pony began to buck the tree as some apples fell, but as the fruit dropped, she could see a tail swishing rather rapidly. After about bucking the tree 50 more times, the neko fell out, only causing the dog to start jumping and pouncing and biting the new creature. "What in tarnation...", she muttered to herself. "Winona! Get off of it!", she said as the creature groaned in pain.
It tried to get up, but its left shoulder gave out from the impact and couldn't support its weight." Damnit", he grumbled as his shoulder was being forced back into the ground. He tried using his right arm and finally got up to his feet.
2nd person Applejack
"Hey, stop what yer doin right now!", Applejack yelled as the creature limped away. She ran and tackled the creature, only making it scream in pain as it fell to the ground. She got up only to see that her target wasn't getting up. She saw that it had been knocked out. She pondered about taking it to Twilight, and in the end, she thought of nothing else. She began the thirty minute trek to Twilight's library.
2nd Person Spike and Twilight.
"Spike, she should have been here by now. What do you think is wrong?", She asked her dragon friend.
"I don't know Twilight, bu-", Spike short sentence was inturrupted by him spitting magical fire and a scroll hitting the floor.
Author's Note
Okay, yes our main character did, in fact, travel to sweet apple acres, and not the town.
Twilight's Tree Library
Three loud knocks could be heard at the door of Twilight's Library. The door opened to reveal Applejack, with the creature slung on her back. She walked inside and dumped the creature on the floor." Twilight, I found this in one a my trees, and I don't know what kind of vermin it is. Is it dangerous?" Applejack questioned.
"Hmm...", said Twilight. "I don't know Applejack, maybe my books contain the answer." After looking through the shelves for a couple hours, Rainbow Dash, a cyan colored pegasus, crashed in through the window.
"Hey Twi-. Woah, What's that!"Rainbow dash exclaimed.
"I don't know Rainbow Dash, but I think I'm getting close to the answer. Right now I'm in the 'M' section. Let's see. AH-HA! I've found it," She shouted victoriously, holding a rather large book. "Mythical Creatures. If this doesn't hold the secret, nothing will."
"Why, Because it's super deluxe edition?", Rainbow asked.
"Exactly", Twilight explained.
Hours later
Applejack laid still in a relaxed sleeping position, while Twilight and RD were still looking through the book. "Let's see-" Twilight said.
"Twilight, I've found something", exclaimed RD. "It looks like a nee-ko. That's a weird name."
"Rainbow, it can't b-", Twilight said. "Wait, we have a neko on our hooves! That's insane! They're so rare! How can this be?"
Neko 2nd Person
The "neko" began to stir. It got up and looked at its surroundings. His ears twitched as he listened to the sound of the ponies talking. His tail flicked, and the neko was settling down, but it heard the outburst of one of the ponies. His instincts got a hold of the him as he ran to the corner and began growling.
Twilight turned to look at the angered neko with a surprised look, then whispered to RD to hold him down. She complied almost immediately, but wasn't ready for the freight train of a punch to the face coming her way. In seconds, RD had come from charging to being launched back to a close spot. RD was slightly stunned, but the pain wasn't stopping her. She came back, being slightly successful. She managed to land a hit on the neko's arm, before getting hit again. The neko's growling didn't stop. It was then, that Twilight noticed something. The neko was bruised and scarred everywhere, except a few places, like the face, and back. Once RD had successfully restrained him, Twilight then encased him in her magic.
"Twilight, why'd I have to hold him down if you could just grab him with your magic?", RD asked.
"I'm glad you asked. About one of every ten nekos that have ever been discovered has been extremely resistant magic. I had you restrain him to be sure that he wasn't. Anyway, he put up a good fight for his condition. I'm surprised he could lift a hand to fight. Most would be dead or near death. I think this neko is an undiscovered type. It seems it has fast tissue regeneration, high durability. Very small, very light as well, judging from my magic. His intelligence is unknown."
Equestria, 10 miles north of Ponyville
A whip cracked as it hit rough skin. A scream echoed through the dark lab. The whip cracked many more times, each scream getting coarser and coarser as the target's vocal cords were being worn out. The unicorn using the whip was a scientist, to an extent. His scientific focus? Pain. There wasn't much to it. He was testing the pain resistance of a new species. Harmless, right? No, his expirement usually consisted of a whip covered in spikes, hitting for an average of 190-200 beats a session. Next was the scalpel. He would cut the victim until there was some bleeding. After that was a stone the size of a hoof. It would be thrown at said test subject. It was mainly to test bone strength, though it could be used for bruise healing and development tests. And at the end, there would be the same few words every day: You are unlovable, you will never feel the great substance now as happiness. That was what the expirement consisted of.
The test subject was a neko. A human with cat ears and a cat tail. It had been in the lab for weeks. Scars painted its body, and bruises coated his skin. As the day ended, he knew his suffering would be over.
As he was let of a surgical table, he caught the unicorn off guard and did something he would never regret. He snapped the unicorn's neck, then proceeded to stomp said unicorn's spine. Only when he heard a satisfying snap did he stop.
He climbed out of the lab to watch as the moon slowly rose in the sky. He watched as the beautiful stars shined and twinkled in the dark night sky. As he traveled, he saw a semi-large town. He walked to what seemed like something of hope, that maybe the scientist lied. His mind, though broken, was still thinking. It was saying to go to the town for love. Maybe, this was a miracle he was given.

2nd Person Applejack
'What is this thing' AJ thought, questioning what she had tackled minutes before. 'Ah better bring this back to Twilight' Applejack thought. As she put the neko on her back, he grunted slightly, but Applejack didn't know why. She assumed it was a dream and set off for Twilights library. Her walk from Sweet Apple Acres to Ponyville was rather short, and it didn't take long for the majority of the crowd at the marketplace to notice the strange creature.
"What is it?", one asked.
"Can I touch it!?", exclaimed Lyra Heartstrings, a minty colored unicorn.
"Ther'll be no touchin' or ticklin' this poor thing. Ah don't know of it's dangerous or not." Applejack stated as the crowd replied with sighs of disappointment. They all walked off to the market and began bartering once more. Applejack resumed her walk down the streets of Ponyville.
2nd Person Twi+Spike
"What!", Twilight exclaimed as she read the letter.
Dear Twilight,
It has come to my attention that I am needed for the improvement of our diplomatic relations with the Yaks of Yakyakistan. I need to cancel the meeting until I return
Sincerely,
Celestia.
