Once Dead: Back For Vengeance

You know how we start a battle on Earth. We start with a bang.

Ponies ran for cover as a strange object just crashed into the fountain of town square. The dust fluttering about as a shade of purple eyes could be seen.

“The horror! The horror!” One shouts as they run for cover.

Five of the Mane 6 appear at the scene while Fluttershy hides in a nearby bush. They look to see me again. They prepare for a battel. I reach my hands in the air as they tense but grab my mask instead as it hisses once more. Dropping with a thud as a mist protruded from my skull and my skin even more rotten (Picture Jason Voorhees). It was at that time Tirek burst into town blasting everything.

“Why you!” Rainbow shouts before charged at me.

Her punch collided with my arm causing a small shockwave from the collision. She only gritted her teeth as I grinned. A rope then wrapped around my arm as it pulled back snapping it off like a stick.

“Sweet Celestia!” Rarity yells and faints.

“Huh, guess I was more dead than I thought.”

This causes some ponies to turn green, and a few empty their stomachs as I looked back at the twitching appendage. Applejack froze as she stared at it. It then lunged as it grabbed her face, wriggling around like a snake.

Rainbow then took this opportunity as she punched my head cracking it as it rebuilt itself with the mist.

I then hold out my stump as a purple tendril leaked out and struck at the end of my arm.

“Here’s a buck for you!” I then pull Applejack forward as I kick her and send her into a stand.

“You jerk!” Rainbow then tries to land as many punches as she could.

They were a few cracks but my power prevented me from dying, didn’t help it was still painful. Desmond fell back, only to pull right back up. I crick my neck and punched my knuckles as a purple aura surrounded me and healed the cracks.

“Who’s up next?”

He has done it. Tirek has taken all of magic of the Elements and the towns ponies. The Elements trapped in prison bubbles and discord included. Turns out, Tirek was a step ahead and drained his power too. A Traitor betrayed, such irony made crack a smile as a familiar song went through my mind. The ponies looking on as they try to run, or crawl in this case, from my power. I then shot a flare into the air as they focused their attention on them. It became a skull as a snake moved from the mouth (Get the reference?).

Fillies and Gentle-colts, boys and girls

Gather 'round, gather 'round!

Sit back, relax, and please, stay in your seats

Kick your feet up and grab some popcorn!

The Mares try to stand only to fall as they look in anger or sadness.

Desmond pokes at each bubble with a wicked grin for each of them.

I fell silent at the last lines if anypony looked closely, a small tear would be noticeable.

There's something bad inside me

I'm broken beyond fixing, save me

I know that we've all been here

It only hurts a second, there's nothing to fear

I then look over my mask as the eyes glowed.

I have you hidden way too well

It's time to let you out

Put on a mask to hide yourself

That made you one of us now

My power then began to make different faces of the ponies I’ve met, with looks of anger and hate. Each one… a pain in the ass for my year before my death. The ponies could only stare as they saw their reflections mixed with the horrors of my magic… and my hate.

I then throw some blasts towards their homes. It wasn’t’ major, but enough to get my point across. Fires ran amok as they scorch the roofs. I may have been heartless, but they should know that monsters get worst appearances. Their homes inside would be fine, but their outward appearance would be like me.

I then project wisps of memories that contributed to my end. Rainbow being a bully. Fear from Rarity and Fluttershy. Applejack and her stubbornness after I said hello to her sister. And Pinkie’s failure of bringing me a smile. They have all failed their titles as one being suffered for nothing.

I then fell silent once more as my eyes glowed purple yellow and spoke in a darker voice as my shadow placed a hand behind me. With its crooked teeth and hollow eyes staring back as if whispering something.

Now we're afraid, we're all afraid

Afraid that it might be too late

They never learn to wait their turn

Now we get to watch them burn

Nowhere to hide, and now we're through

They reel back in fear is it seems to echo across the sky.

“None of you are going anywhere.”

“Tirek!” I look to see a very pissed Twilight as she charges another spell and blasts at him. His body mere inches away from crushing us. He roars in rage as they have another spell collide that made the very ground shake.

‘Is this what four Alicorns can do?!’

“It appears we are at an impasse. How about a trade, Princess Twilight?”

He then summons all her friends and Discord.

“Their release for all the Alicorn magic in Equestria. What's it going to be, Princess?”

The ponies, dragon, and draconequus shout in protest trying to talk her out of it.

‘They’re willing to die for this?!’ My anger seethed as it caused my scars to glow.

Twilight eventually agrees as Tirek releases all of her friends, even Discord.

“Your turn.”

Twilight Sparkle screamed as she felt her very strength be sapped away from her as she became weak as a child.

“AGGHHHHHAHAHA! Yes!”

He then turned as he grinned at me. I slowly back up.

“And now to really seal the deal…” he then starts taking my power. I scream in agony as bits of my flesh scraped away and drained the color from my body. I then fell like a rock as my body became bony and rotten. I could barely breath as I only had one eye left, as my muscle tissue showed parts of my jaw and a few organs. My heart slowly beating as it glowed.

“N-n-n-o.” I said as of piece of flesh fell from fingers.

“W-w-w-h-h-hyy?” I asked.

“You were perfect host for my power, but I would like it back now, with full interest.”

The Mares gasp as my heart glowed once more as it started to react Tirek’s power. Then there was a scream it sounded as though there more voices within him.

There was a large crack mixed with blood drowning it out as a dark purple core emerged from him. He gave one look of disbelief and then a look of anger at the ponies.

The ponies then ran as they talked about something towards him as his mind became hazy… then shapes… then nothing…
