Chapter 7: Where's Lyra?
Previous ChapterBon Bon galloped as fast as she could go, feeling as if she could start flying from the speed. It only took her about 4 minutes to reach Ponyville from the center of Sweet Apple Acres, and once she made it back, she slowed herself back to a trot. It didn't take her more than a minute to have made it to Sugarcube Corner. Bon Bon carefully opened the door and slowly went in, an eerie feeling hanging about.
"Okay," Bon Bon thought to herself, "I've got to find Pinkie, and save Lyra. How could I bear to lose her? I.. I think I'm in lo-" She was cut off of her thoughts by a painful, heart-piercing scream seeming to have come from the basement. Bon Bon's heart began thumping so fast, it felt as if it could've just popped right out.
She nodded to herself, knowing what to do. Bon Bon had to be careful, stay quiet and be swift with her hooves. Carefully making her way to the door, she noticed something. There, spread all over the counters and shelves were rainbow cupcakes. She stared at them in horror, realizing what Pinkie had done with Rainbow Dash.
Bon Bon shook her head to get the image out and silently made her way down the steps after opening the door, occasionally a little creaking sound. She hushed it soothingly, thinking it would work. Carefully, ever so carefully, she made it to the bottom and looked around, waiting for another scream.
...
"P-Pinkie!" I screamed out in pure terror, waking up suddenly after my slumber on the table, my flank burning. "Pinkie! What are you doing?!" Pinkie Pie giggled one of insanity, pulling out a knife. I could clearly see it in the light that I have no remembrance of being turned on, her pupils were largely dilated. I went into a panic mode, thrashing about, but the chains of the table held me still.
...
"That must be the room," Bon Bon thought. She crept up to the door and peered in the crack, seeing my cutie mark missing. Taking in a deep breath, she darted through the door into the room and bucked Pinkie against the wall.
"Bon Bon!" I exclaimed with joy, being so happy to have been saved. Pinkie got up, her mane gone flat for she was enraged. Charging at Bon Bon with the knife, I let out another scream to hurt Pinkie's ears and distract her. Pinkie ignored my wail, and just decided to dart the weapon at Bon Bon, but boy, she was agile and dodged it, tripping Pinkie out the door once she reached Bon Bon. The door slammed shut from the wind, and Bon Bon began looking around.
"What are you doing?" I asked curiously, seeing her eyes dart around the room. She walked over to a nearby cart, and picked up a mint-colored piece, blood dripping from underneath. I looked back at my flank, realizing that piece was mine...
