Rarity dashed into her boutique, a scroll of parchment firmly clutched her pale gray hand. She kept going until she got to her room, slamming the door shut. Inside was a pearly white mannequin which was wearing her newest dress design- the Yummy Tummy. Its skirt was made from a sleek fabric that was navy blue in color, and attached to the back of its collar was a sparkly veil that went down to the wearer's ankles. The torso area was completely covered in sky-blue glitter, specially glued so that none of it would fall off.
It was a beautiful dress that was true, but its most notable feature was supposed to be how elastic and stretchy it was. See, her newest clothes line was designed for ponies of any weight, be it skinny or chubby. That way they could wear her clothes and still feel absolutely gorgeous. But the thing was, Rarity had to make sure the dress served its purpose- that one size truly did fit all.
And that was what the scroll was for. It contained the instructions on how to perform a special spell. She had borrowed it from Twilight, who had been reluctant to let her use it. She could still remember their conversation...
"Rarity, are you sure you want to go through with this? It's a pretty strong spell."
"Yes Darling, I'm quite sure. I'll give it back to you I promise!"
"Well... Okay. But be careful."
"Oh thankyouthankyouthankyou! I mean- thank you ever so much darling."
Rarity changed into the dress, satisfied with how comfortable it was. The smooth, silky fabric was like a treat for her skin and fur! But that was beside the point. That wasn't why she had put the dress on...
A magical aura surrounded her horn, and the scroll unrolled and floated in front of her. She read it, and concentrated while squeezing her eyes shut. She heard the sounds of magic, and then there was a loud CRACK! She opened her eyes, wondering if it worked.
At first she didn't feel anything, so for a moment she thought the spell had failed. But then a warm, tingly sensation filled her body. For a few moments she felt very full, as if she had singlehoofedly eaten an entire buffet. Then, it melted away and was replaced with a blissful feeling of being in a hot bath.
She looked down- and yes. The spell was serving its purpose. Her belly was growing outwards, the dress stretching along with ease. She rubbed it- it was so warm and soft. It was like a squishy marshmallow, the color of her fur adding on to that.
Soon she looked as if she were pregnant, her basketball sized stomach slowly swelling. And then, she felt the wonderful feeling welling up from her belly and into her breasts. She let out a gasp of surprise as she felt them grow, smoothing out the wrinkles in the dress's bodice. She couldn't resist- she cupped them and groped. Some moans escaped her lips, her nipples becoming erect from both growth and pleasure.
The growth pushed her hands forward, the stretching collar beginning to reveal more and more cleavage as it tried to contain her boobs. By now she looked as if she were pregnant with triplets- and still growing. The feeling spread out to her sides, adding on even more weight.
She could feel herself becoming heavier and gaining more mass, but the dress, however, stood its ground. The feeling then proceeded to travel down her back, sending a shiver down her spine. It stopped at her rump, then within moments it was enlarging along with her stomach and bust.
Her plot swelled and it jiggled with her every movement, her cutie mark stretching with it. As it slowly but surely became fuller, the dress began to rise up, its fabric tickling her ass cheeks as it did so. Well, it was definitely stretchy enough- but perhaps she shouldn't have made it so short.
Each cheek was now roughly the size of a large coconut, and almost equally as firm as such. Her melons DEFINITELY looked like melons now- ones that were ripe for the picking as they continued speeding past cup sizes. Her stomach began to sag a little, but she didn't care because she felt so freaking good.
The warm, tingly sensation spread even further down her legs and into her arms. Much to Rarity's surprise, they began to puff up as well. Her thighs bubbled up, and her biceps grew to the size of footballs. And then- discomfort. She had been so wrapped up in the amazing feeling, that she hadn't been paying attention to just how big she was getting.
Her ass cheeks looked like globes, her panties practically turning into a thong and giving her a wedgie as they were swallowed up by her butt. Her ballooning breasts were causing her to tip forward a bit, both of them resting atop her large, jiggly belly. Her bra straps were digging into her shoulders, as the bra itself became tighter and tighter to the point of pain.
Well, she supposed that was enough weight gain and that her dresses would work phenomenally. Now, to stop all this and go back to normal. Then- it hit her. She had forgotten to ask for the counterspell. So, what did that mean?! Would this growth stop on its own, or would it just continue until somepony performed the counterspell? Uh oh.
She attempted to take a step forward, but nearly fell over. She shakily regained her balance, wobbling a bit. So, she was being restrained by her own weight- lots of it.
The dress had fully risen above her globular ass cheeks, the hem of the skirt revealing her belly. The weight gain continued, her hips steadily becoming wider and her panties and bra becoming unbearably tight.
Her breasts grew more, her bra making creaking sounds as it struggled in vain to stay intact. Finally... SNAP! She felt it break, her boobs springing upwards as they were released from their prison. Two visible thumbnail sized bulges were visible in her bodice, since her nipples had become so erect. The cold air made them sting, and she had to fight to keep from falling face forward into them.
Her stomach made groaning and gurgling noises as it enlarged along with her sides, making her feel more and more like a blob rather than just chubby. Finally, she fell backwards due to the weight of her massive ass. Luckily it broke her fall.
Her buttcheeks were large and squishy, so it felt like landing on a pile of jello. Seconds later, her now four-foot wide hips caused her panties to snap, pieces of it flying to different areas of her room. She was now trapped underneath her own weight, squished by her belly and tits. She could feel each and every movement as they grew, and it felt... good.
It was arousing her somehow, the feel of her swelling body and how things brushed up against her nipples as her breasts grew. She reached out to grope them, but saw that her arms had puffed up even more, and as her fingers did the same they made odd popping sounds.
She managed to rub the sides of her boobs, moans escaping her lips as she felt a wetness in between her legs. Then, a thought came to her. Did she really want this to stop? But then again, what if she kept on swelling? Her boutique would be destroyed!
creeeeaaaaak....
Uh oh. That could only mean one thing. The dress. It was reaching its capacity. It wasn't going to be able to take much more, meaning it was about to be ruined. All her hard work, all torn up!
She snapped out of these thoughts when the saw that the ceiling appeared to be... getting closer? But no, her swelling ass was causing her to rise up as it grew since she was sitting on top of it and all. She tried to turn and look at it, but jumbo-sized body prevented her from doing so.
Finally- riiiiip! Tears appeared along the dress's sides and front, and then it finally gave way with a loud snapping sound. Since it was no longer restraining her, the growth accelerated. She couldn't move by now, her arms and legs being sucked into her soft, swollen body.
Her bedroom was running out of space, her fat rolls crushing its furniture. The bedroom walls were finally being pressed by her body, and the floor itself was creaking. A loud, sudden sound made her fear that she had popped, but no. She had fallen through the floor, landing atop some clothing racks.
She looked up at the hole, but her vision was almost instantly blocked her boobs that were now almost as big as she was. Her hands and hooves wiggled about uselessly, her blobby figure soon causing her head to sink in. "Mmmmf", she cried out.
She was completely naked, the cool air stimulating her nipples and vagina. Her growing body pushed aside mannequins and clothing displays, her triple diamond cutie mark having stretched along with her plot tenfold.
Her belly met the spot in the ceiling from where she had fallen through, plugging up the hole like a huge, squishy cork. She felt like a tub of lard- no, a SHIPLOAD of lard. She couldn't bear it if anypony were to walk in and see her like this- especially Twilight or Spike. She felt so silly for not getting the counterspell, and now it was costing her BIG time.
And then- just when there wasn't any more space left in the room- it stopped. So suddenly that Rarity jumped a little. She felt all squished up like a can of sardines, the warm, heavenly feeling fading away. Well, at least she knew the dresses worked to an extent. But the problem was, just HOW was she going to get out of this situation...?
Only time would tell.

This story in all honestly was an experiment for me, as I've never written a body inflation story let alone one that involved MLP. However, since I am a fan of both of those topics I decided to give it try because "Hey why not?"
I did try my best not to make it seem too fast paced, as I wanted you guys to be able to savor and enjoy this story.
