Riptalon Hawkwind, the infamous mercenary for hire known as the "Blackhawk". Tied down to no faction in the Wasteland, he's the sort you would only want by your side if you have enough caps to pay him with. Trouble is, past has a way of catching up to you. And that's not counting the Trottingham-borne pegasus with the missing memories he's somehow managed to run into. And then there's the war with the Grand Pegasus Enclave and this mysterious stallion in black stalking them.
