repopulating alicorns

flitterbloom and lera habe been called to throne room for a request that is a bit awkward

lera and flitterbloom are asked to create the next generation of alicorns. who requestied this "quest" none other than celestia herself

(just a side note, I seem to have lost all my work on the second chapter...)
