She gazed up at the cloudless, star spangled river that was the midnight sky over Equestria. The cosmos twinkled from afar and Luna felt a certain pride in her chest, for her moon was the centerpiece of it all. I am thinking I shall spend the night out here, it is so lovely, after all. Luna took flight and glided over towards a hill overlooking the village, with a spectacular southern view. Surprisingly enough, there was already somepony sitting at the peak, enjoying the night. "Well Ah'll be darned tootin', I didn't know you were still hangin' around, princess!" "Greetings Applejack, 'tis indeed true. I hath decided to return to Canterlot on the morrow, for right now is too lovely for travel." "Well, your majesty, if you want to um... Have the hill to yourself Ah'd be glad to be on my way. Ah'd hate to inconvenience you." "That shan't be necessary." The earth pony and the alicorn sat side by side on their haunches, admiring the stillness of the dark. They began to really feel each others' presence then, Luna, remembering how the other mare had tried earnestly to help her get along with the rest of the village and Applejack, being generally overawed by her ruler. Breaking the silence and the building tension, Luna said, "There is, perhaps, fair Applejack, one topic I could use a refresher course on. It has been 1000 years, after all, since  I knew what the current... ehrm... style of doing it was." The lovely alicorn blushed as she neared the real source of her inquiry. "Ah'll be glad to help you with anything you need, princess," Applejack blinked innocently. "Yes well... I would like to copulate with you." A stunned silence followed the proclamation. The earth pony's eyes widened as she deciphered the statement, blood rushing in to her face, heart pumping madly. "Oh dear, that was probably too forward..." Luna looked crestfallen and Applejack couldn't stand to see her liege distressed. Staring at the ground, Luna felt a hoof press to her shoulder. She turned her gaze up and saw Applejack's glistening eyes, the mare's face flushed with the closeness of the moment. Their lips parted and met, crushing together, forever changing the relationship of the two ponies. They would never again have the formal relationship of Equestrian citizen and Princess of the Moon, from now on they would be forever Luna and Applejack, two mares with a passion. Luna let her tongue slide into Applejack's mouth and she greedily accepted, savoring her princess' saliva. They broke apart for one terrible moment before Luna guided the smaller pony onto her back, the soft grass of the hill ticklish. Connecting at the muzzle again, Applejack rubbed her hooves down Luna's taut back, smoothing the tense muscles as she worked her way towards sensitive areas. In return, Luna was hoofing Applejack's tummy, admiring her abs, toned from seasons of apple bucking. As she got further down the other mare's body, Applejack experimentally poked at Luna's puckered hole. Nearly taking flight in surprise, Luna exclaimed, "What is this? Thy fondling of that sort was out of style back in the day. You mean to say that it has come back?" "Whoa there," the orange pony chuckled, "perhaps we're just open minded ponies these days. If it makes you uncomfortable, Ah'll be glad to avoid such things again." "That is acceptable, though I should think we might explore this matter another time." "Well get back over here then, princess," Applejack spread her lips wide revealing a slit, glistening and beckoning. Luna took the hint and crept back towards the tempting treasure, nuzzling at the marehood affectionately. She took the orange mare's clitoris in her teeth and tugged gently to and fro, eliciting moans of pleasure from Applejack. She let go of the sensitive nub and started lapping at the apple-tanged slit. It's strange how a mare's diet affects her taste, Luna thought, perhaps I shall pass this question to Celestia. She could have her prize student, Twilight Sparkle, study this phenomenon. Her reverie was broken by AJ shifting away, shuddering as she almost lost control. "What is wrong, dear Applejack?" "Oh..." She moaned, "Princess, you are not out of practice... Ah just barely held myself in. Ah think that means it's my turn". She grabbed Luna's flank, her hooves covering the cutie marks, and mashed it to her face. In all of her sexual ventures, Applejack had never tasted a mare as sweet as Luna (not even Pinkie!). She drank the flow as fast as it came, savoring the sticky syrup. Luna's tail flicked around her face, infusing Applejack's muzzle with the scent of nightshade and stars, whatever those might smell like. "Ung... Applejack, your tongue feels so good!" The earth pony gave her princess no respite. Thrusting as deep as she could, Applejack flickered around inside Luna, rasping at those pink walls. The regal alicorn let out a great cry and flooded Applejack's face, matting her mane as the explosion seeped down her muzzle, dripping onto her chest. Luna turned and looked her lover in the eyes. What passed between them was something more than just carnal lust, yet it eluded strict definition. She knew that she might have made a mistake, when this beautiful mare grows old... I will stay pristine and she will be decrepit... Yet it matters not. I know, in my heart of hearts, that to lose a loved one is not nearly as terrible as never loving somepony. It slowly pushed the folds aside, thrusting deeper as it grew slick with mare-juice. She could feel every twitch of Applejack's internal walls as the connected, her horn sensitive in her stroking. "Nngh..." Applejack swayed with Luna's rhythm, growing hotter as the elongated horn thrust inside her. Her breathing was rapid as her mind focused on the penetration, eyes lidded in concentration. Luna began to feel the liquids seeping into her coat as Applejack slickened her pole. The grooves in her horn sang with delight as they filled with the sweetness, sending pleasure directly to the Alicorn's brain.
