Chapters Chapter 2: It's It's a Dinosaur
Fluttershy arrived at Twilight's castle. As she went in she called "Twilight?." She didn't get any response. She kept calling. Finally she saw a shadow on the nearby wall coming towards her. She got a little frightened but then saw whos shadow it was.
A purple baby dragon appeared. "Hey Fluttershy I heard you calling for Twilight She had to get a something from the store probably a book she will be back soon" Spike said. "Right now I was just reading... my comics," Spike said. "It was so cool," Spike said. "So Fluttershy why did you come by is something wrong?" Spike asked.
"Oh no nothing is wrong," Fluttershy answered. "You see I had to ask her if she had a book on something," Fluttershy replied. "I found a Creature in the woods and wanted to ask what if any of her books had information on what it was," Fluttershy said. The small reptile got hungry. He then opened the top of the bag and hopped out.
"Knowing Twilight she most likely has that book," Spike said. Her library here is bigger than our old house," Spike said. "But only she would know where to find it so I guess we are going to have to wait until she gets back," Spike said. "Well I gotta go do my chores like wash the dishes and teacups, and clean Starlight's room while shes out of town with Trixie," Spike said. "Twilight should be here soon bye Fluttershy," Spike said as he left to wash the dishes and many teacups that were made during Trixies magic lesson.
When Fluttershy was talking to spike little did she know the small reptile left her bag and went looking around the castle. He eventually ended up in the kitchen and looked for something to eat. He searched for more treats or even meat but failed to find it. He continued searching. He made a little mess.
Shortly after Fluttershy and Spike talked an alicorn with a pale light grayish mulberry coat came through the door. The alicorn said "I'm Back Spike and I got that new book I wanted on magic." She didn't see Fluttershy who was standing behind her large book that she was levitating. "Spike are you there?" She asked as she lowered the book. She then saw Fluttershy and said "Hey Fluttershy what do you need?"
Fluttershy said "Hi Twilight I was going to ask you if you had a book on something you see I found this reptile in the forest and...." When she opened her saddlebag she saw the reptile was gone. She looked again it was still gone. "Where are you little reptile?" Fluttershy asked. She then realized where the reptile was wasn't her saddlebag. "Oh no," Fluttershy said.
Twilight wanted to know how to help her friend. "What's wrong Fluttershy?" Twilight asked. Fluttershy didn't respond at first. Twilight wondered why. She then thought that Fluttershy might think she would be mad if the reptile was loose. "It's ok Fluttershy we are Friends you can tell me and I won't be upset," Twilight said.
"The reptile isn't in my saddlebag I let it ride in it earlier and it's gone," Fluttershy answered. "We have to look to it," Fluttershy said. The two mares searched but didn't find it. They didn't know where to find it. Fluttershy hoped the small reptile didn't cause any trouble.
"Uh Twilight Fluttershy I may have found it and it found the kitchen," Spike said as he looked in the kitchen. Spike saw the mess. He knew he would have another chore to do. "Aw man now I gotta clean even more," he said. He opened the door for Twilight and Fluttershy then they saw the mess too.
When Twilight and Fluttershy go in the creature was looking for something to eat. "No bad little reptile if you are hungry let me know don't run into somepony' s kitchen," Fluttershy said as she picked up the creature. The creature was still hungry. Fluttershy gave him another treat and he ate it. He learned his lesson don't look for food in another ponies kitchen.
"It's ok Fluttershy we can clean this up later," Twilight old Fluttershy. "But that reptile is pretty odd I think I saw it in a book follow me," Twilight said. Twilight led Fluttershy, Spike, and the little reptile to the castle Library. Twilight looked and found the book "Here it is," she said. Twilight opened the book that had reptiles on the cover some walked on two legs others on four.
"What?" Twilight said in shock by what the reptile was. "How is that even possible?" Twilight said. She looked at the page on the book. She even tried to see if she really was awake and she was. Twilight was so shocked and suprised that she couldn't believe her eyes as they looked at the books page.
"What's wrong Twilight?" Fluttershy said. "What's the reptile," she asked. "Why are you sounding so shocked," she also asked. She wondered why the little reptile got Twilight so shocked. Twilight gave a answer that shocked Fluttershy but amazed her at the same time.
"The reptile it's it's a Dinosaur a Compsognathus to be exact," Twilight said.
Spike was confused. For starters he didn't know what a Dinosaur was. Some ponies also didn't know. Dinosaur fossils are only in a few museums in Equestria and not many ponies see them. Spike was confused and asked "Uh What's A Dinosaur?"

Chapter 3: Must Go Faster
"What's a Dinosaur? Come on Spike you should know I took you too museums," Twilight said. "Dinosaurs are a Species of Reptiles that ruled Equestria and the rest of the world long ago" Twilight said. "They were some of the most successful creatures to have walked Equestria," she said. "There were Plant eaters and Uh Others that didn't eat plants," Twilight said not trying to scare anypony or herself by saying that some dinosaurs ate meat. "However they went extinct long ago," she said.
"What happened to them?" Spike asked. He wondered how some of the worlds most successful creatures could have just went extinct. He wondered how. "Did they run out of food or was it the wrong temperature?" He asked. He wanted to know. But he didn't get a answer.
"Nopony knows spike some think it was a Giant comet but no one knows for sure," Twilight answered. "But what you asked could have happened too," she said. Twilight was also curious on how the Dinosaurs died out. When she was a filly she asked Princess Celestia that same question but even she couldn't give an answer. "But now we know that whatever happened didn't finish off all of the dinosaurs," she said. Still she wondered what it was that finished off the other dinosaurs.
Fluttershy couldn't believe her ears. She was so amazed and confused at the same time. She looked at the Compsognathus and thought the fact that he is a live dinosaur is incredible. She then asked Twilight again to be sure. "You mean this little guy is a reptile thought to have been extinct?" Fluttershy asked.
"Exactly probably the last of his kind," Twilight said. "Imagine everything we can learn from him," she said. "And the
Meanwhile in Sweet Apple Acres Applejack said "Why do some of our plants look like they got eaten by a pony hungry for apples?" She asked. She wondered what it was maybe a cow. Later Applejack, Big Mac, and Applebloom tried to find out what the creature was. Later a Creature with Three Horns, a Frill covering its neck, and what looked like quills near its tail came and started eating their plants. "What in Tarnation is that?" She asked.
The three horned creature looked up and ran away. But not from them. The siblings turned around and saw the creature that roared in the forest. It made a big roar. They ran and the Reptile chased it.
Applebloom rode on Applejack back. She was more than scared she was terrified. She thought she was in a nightmare and if she was she wanted to wake up. The siblings thought they lost the reptile but weren't sure. "What was that thing it was really scary?" Asked Applebloom.
"I dont know Sugarcube but we gotta warn the others about it," Applejack said. Applejack looked back to see if the reptile was gone. She didn't see it. Her and Big Mac slowed down. They thought they were safe.
Applebloom then saw the reptile and said "Applejack Big Mac!" Before her siblings could reply she said "Must go Faster Must Go Faster!" Applebloom yelled. Applejack and big mac turned around. The Giant reptile was chasing after them. Applebloom was extremely terrified.
"Don't look back sugarcube," Applejack said. "We gotta get back to Ponyville and warn everypony," she said. They ran as fast as they could. The reptile didn't stop and was even more determined to catch his prey. The siblings ran and were almost at Ponyville.
Meanwhile in Ponyville Twilight Fluttershy and Spike were walking. "I can't believe it Twilight a live Dinosaur I'm gonna name him Compso," Fluttershy said. "Since he's a Compsognathus," she also said. She was going to let compso stay at her cottage. She hoped he would get along with the other animals especially Angel Bunny.
"Yeah Fluttershy I can't believe it either and good name choice," Twilight said. She thought This is so exciting. She thought of everything they could learn from compso. Such as If he was nocturnal or if he was even playful. Spike saw something.
"Is that Applejack, Big Mac, and Applebloom? Why are they running so fast?" Spike asked. The 3 siblings stopped. They were out of breath. "Why were you running?" Spike asked. Spike was confused.
The siblings were to tired to answer Spike but they had to tell Twilight what they saw Applejack told the Princess of Friendship "Twilight good thing we found you we saw 2 giant reptiles today," she said. "One with Three Horns and one with two fingers," Applejack said. One was eating our plants the other looked like he wanted to eat meat," she said. Applejack and Big Mac tried to calm down their sister. "It's alright sugarcube we are safe now," she said.
"Wait Giant Reptiles? One with Three Horns and one with 2 fingers I think I know what they were," Twilight said. Before Twilight could say what they were something happened. The Two Fingered Reptile ran into Ponyville. It gave a Big Roar. The citizens started to panic in fear of the massive carnivore.
Author's Note
That concludes chapter 3 of our story what will happen when the Tyrannosaurus Rex enter Ponyville? Will anypony get hurt? What will happen?
"I knew it" Twilight Said. "Tyrannosaurus rex King of the Dinosaurs," She said. They ran but the citizens of Ponyville were panicking. Twilight led them to cover. Everyone was there except Fluttershy!
Fluttershy tried to run but her saddlebag opened. And Compso fell out of Fluttershy's saddlebag. "Compso!" Fluttershy yelled as she went to rescue the little Compsognathus. When she picked him up the T-rex stood over her looking right at Her. It looked at her and it could see her with vision better than an Eagle's and Fluttershy was scared and so was Compso.
Meanwhile in another dimension. Discord sat in his house in his chair on the cealing when he felt something was wrong. "My Fluttershy is in danger senses are tingling," he said. "Never fear Fluttershy I am on My way," he said. He teleported to Ponyville. Discord saw the T-rex standing over Fluttershy.
"Don't worry Fluttershy I'll save you!" He yelled. He got a net and tried to catch the T-rex unfortunately it only caught the T-rex nose. The T-rex Roared and broke the net with its powerful jaws. Discord ran to Fluttershy and helped her and compso. He led them to the others.
"Discord how did you know we were in danger," she asked. She was confused. But then again he is discord. Maybe he knew they were in danger and came to help. She wasn't sure.
"Uh I was in the neighborhood and... But nevermind that now I am here to save you," he said. "Run Fluttershy I will distract him!" Discord said. He ran and got a stick that had a red glow. The T-rex followed him. "Don't worry about me just run," he said.
Fluttershy had no choice and did what discord said and ran back to Twilight, Applejack, Big Mac, and Applebloom. They then saw a pale light grayish raspberry coated pony with her pet toothless baby alligator. "Twilight isn't that..." Fluttershy said but before she finished her sentence she saw what They were getting into. They walked towards the chaos. They were going towards the T-rex. She and her pet were going straight into danger!
"Gummy is that your cousin I didn't know he was in town," Pinkie Pie said. The T-rex ignored Discord and walked up to Gummy. It stared at him. It looked at him like they were family. "Nice to meet you I'm Pinkie Pie welcome to Ponyville Gummy told me all about you," Pinkie Pie said.
"Run Pinkie and Gummy!" Twilight yelled. Pinkie and Gummy just stood there. Were they trying the vision motion thing because that's a myth. The T-rex looked at gummy and shows his stomach was growling. Gummy looked at the T-rex.
"Somethings happening they are communicating," Fluttershy said. "How can they communicate maybe it's because they are both reptiles," she thought. She saw the T-rex didn't harm gummy. She was right they were communicating. Then gummy looked at pinkie pie.
"Gummy is trying to tell me something," Pinkie said. "He says the T-rex is just hungry and acting on his own instinct and isn't very mean to ponies usually," Pinkie said. Everypony understood the T-rex was hungry so it just wanted food then it would leave ponyville alone. The T-rex stomach growled again. It knew that the Ponies were gummies friends and he couldn't eat them even if they were an Easy meal.
"Of course here you go big guy," Discord gave the T-rex some food and it peacefully went back to the forest. The citizens of Ponyville watched the T-rex go back into the forest. It looked back one more time and disapeered into the vegetation. The Footsteps were heard and could be felt through the vibrations in the ground. It left to go to another place.
"Rex I think We should call him Rex," Fluttershy said. "I wonder where he's going," Fluttershy said. "Maybe we will see him again," she said. She knew Rex was a hunter but didn't harm the Ponies because he knew they were gummies friends and he wasn't a monster he was just an animal. She continued to wonder where he was going.
Rex went deep in the forest to lush paradise filled with dinosaurs. Spinosaurus swimming in the rivers looking for fish, Microraptors gliding in the trees looking for meals, and Sauropods eating from the Tallest Trees. Rex went on to a place that had a view of the paradise. Rex The Tyrannosaurus roared over his kingdom declaring he is back to his reptilian subjects. He also declared his authority as King of the Dinosaurs that remained.

That was my story I hope you liked it it can't have really any violence in it which is why there was no fight between Rex and the Triceratops but thanks for reading it I hope you liked it. If this story is approved I might make a sequel called "Dying Paradise" where the Dinosaurs paradise starts to die and the Mane Six have to save it or the Dinosaurs will go extinct for real
Chapter 1: A strange Reptile in the forest.
Fluttershy walked through the forest hoping to be able to see rare animals. She wanted to see the rare animals that came in the forest at that time of year (And Maybe Become Friends with them) little did she know she would see the animals anypony would least expect to see. As she walked she heard a rustle in the bushes. "Rainbow Dash is this a prank," she asked. Their was no response.
"Is anypony there?" she asked. There was still silence. She went to the Bush hoping it was just a animal. A small Reptile jumped out of the Bush. "Ahh," she said. The little animal didn't do anything to harm her. The reptile was strange it walked on two legs, it was the same size as a chicken, but most unusual about it is that it had feathers.
"You are unlike any animal I've ever seen before," Fluttershy said. The animal looked hungry. "I don't know If you'll like this but I hope you do," she said as she gave the animal a treat. The animal ate it and it seemed to like it. "I haven't seen you in any of my animal books maybe Twilight will have something about you,"
She let the reptile ride in her saddlebag and went to Twilight's Castle. But after they left the area another reptile appeared it was bigger than an elephant and it didn't look as friendly as the smaller one it had two fingers and feathers running down it's back. The creature let out a roar. The roar echoed through the forest. Fluttershy heard the roar and hurried out of the forest to Twilight's castle.

This was my first chapter. The Dinosaurs in this chapter are Compsognathus and Tyrannosaurus Rex. There are going to be more Dinosaurs in future chapters.
