The world will be amazed at what we have accomplished." The professor pulled the lever to activate the portal. Suddenly, an alarm sounded! "Oh no!" cried Jackson. "The portal is unstable!" "Yes! said Professor Hallman. "We must get out of here before it explodes! The least we can do is shut it down!" Unfortunately, they were not able to, as the portal collapsed, releasing a wave of energy across campus... TransportedDerrius Guice was walking down the Quad when he saw a wave of energy coming toward him. He ran, but he was not fast enough to escape the wave that enveloped him. Everything went black... When Derrius came to, he was in a bright land that he had never seen before. This doesn't look like Baton Rouge at all he said to himself. He wondered where on Earth he was, or if he was on Earth at all anymore. Suddenly, he saw something very strange. Two colorful ponies were walking down a path just left of where he was. Derrius had never seen these ponies before. Even more strange was that they spoke ENGLISH! WHERE THE HELL AM I?! Derrius cried to himself. He looked across the lanscape and saw a purple castle that looked like it was made of crystal. I guess I can go there for directions said Derrius. He began his trek to the castle... Derrius Meets the Mane 6Derrius walked up to the castle's front door. It was then he noticed that he had his football outfit on, full uniform and everything. I don't remember putting this on. Perhaps it could be a clue... He knocked on the castle door. Twilight Sparkle opened it, and immediately took a few steps back. "Who are you?!" she cried. However, she did not get an answer, because Derrius fainted. By the time Derrius woke up, the rest of the Mane 6 had arrived. Rainbow Dash wanted to know if he was some sort of dangerous alien. Applejack didn't know what to say about him. Pinkie Pie wanted to throw a welcome party for him. Rarity wanted to change his outfit. Fluttershy also couldn't say anything, and finally Twilight came up with an idea. She decided that she would try to get to know him, so she could send a letter to Princess Celestia. When Derrius woke up, he found six colored ponies in front of him, all with worried looks on their faces. Derrius knew that they couldn't see his face with his helmet on, so he undid the straps on it and took it off. This prompted gasps from the Mane 6. They knew what he was: a human! "I'm from a 'world' named Earth", in a city named Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in a country named the United States of America", said Derrius. "So... what kind of outfit are you wearing?", asked Twilight. "I play a sport called football for the LSU Tigers. I am a running back, an offensive position. My job in the game is to carry the ball as far as I can before getting tackled. "Ooh, I like the color scheme you have there!", said Rarity. "But that hair of yours needs a makeover. It's simply awful!". "Oh, um, thanks, but I won't be needing that. I'm fine." said Derrius. Suddenly, Derrius's phone buzzed. It was a text from D.J. Chark. Baton Rouge was under attack! "I have to get back home!", said Derrius abruptly. "What for?", asked Twilight. Suddenly, Twilight saw what he meant. King Sombra was back, and he was attacking the city of Baton Rouge, with no-one able to stop him! Twilight casted a interdimensional travel spell and sent Derrius there. When he arrived, the sky was as black as night. He heard an evil voice, "GOOD EVENING, CITIZENS OF BATON ROUGE! I AM KING SOMBRA, AND I SHALL TAKE OVER YOUR CITY!!!" Battle of Baton RougeDerrius looked up and saw who the evil voice belonged to. He had no idea who King Sombra was, but he knew he had to defeat him to save his hometown from destruction. "Oh, and who might you be?", said Sombra from high above. "My name is Derrius Guice, and this is my hometown, so you might as well leave, because you're not gonna do anything to it!", said Derrius confidently. "Ha ha haaa!", laughed Sombra. "And just how do you think you are going to do that? You don't even have anything to fight me with!", said Sombra. "Your mortal guns don't work on me! You would need the Staff of Light, an ancient relic that no longer exists!". Suddenly, a bright light glowed around Derrius. He rose up into the air. Golden armor began to form on his body. A staff appeared in his hands. "NO!!! NOT POSSIBLE!!!", cried King Sombra. He shot a blast of dark magic toward Derrius, who deflected it with his staff. Derrius shot a blast of light toward Sombra, hitting him in the chest. Sombra roared in pain. The light blast had destroyed part of him! Derrius now knew what he had to do to defeat him. Derrius and Sombra battled with each other, unleashing blasts of light and dark energy at each other. Suddenly, Derrius found an opening. Before Sombra could react, he unleashed a blast of light bigger than he had ever conjured. The blast hit Sombra and destroyed the rest of his essence. "NOOOOOOOOOO!!!", Sombra cried as he was destroyed forever, never to return. The Aftermath"Is everyone OK?", said Derrius after coming back down from above. "YEAH, MAN, YOU WERE AWESOME!!
