Elements of Heroism Season 3: Alternate Ending: Rise of Daybreaker.

Daybreaker's lair...

"Are you ready, my loyal knight?" Daybreaker asked to Burst, now transformed into Dark Flare.

"As always, my queen." Dark Flare replied. "Those fools won't know what hit them." He said with a sinister smile.

Meanwhile, in Ponyville...

"Alright, Does Everyone know the plan?" Inferno asked.

"Me and Inferno are going straight to Burst." Moon started. "We know him the best. We can change him back."

"And we'll sneak up behind Daybreaker and deliver the first blow." Akage said, standing beside Pinkie.

"And after Akage distracts her, I'll use my Yo-Yo to tie her up!" Pinkie added, doing a trick with her Yo-Yo.

"And then once she's tied up, we'll all deal as much damage to her as possible, and hold her off while Moon and Inferno work in purifying burst" Ty finished.

"That sounds awesome!" Spike said. "But one thing. Why not just get the girls to friendship laser them? That would be just as effective!"

"Because, silly!" Pinkie responded. "Then the story wouldn't be as exciting!"

"Yeah, okay." Spike rolled his eyes at Pinkie's 'randomness'.

"A-And if anyone needs healing, just let me know." Fluttershy added in.

"Alright everyone, let's storm the castle." Inferno said. "it's time to get our friends back."

The Castle of the Two Sisters...

Off in the distance, Daybreaker heard a loud crash sound. "It appears they're here. Get ready." She said to Dark Flare.

"Yes master Daybreaker. I only exist to serve you." Dark Flare said in response.

"Ready everyone? Let's go!" Infenro exclaimed. "Daybreaker! We're here for Burst!" He called out.

"Oh, you mean my newest servant, Dark Flare?" Daybreaker asked as she pointed to the mind controlled Burst. "Come and get him! Here's your chance to test out your new weapons, my knight. Attack!"

"Burst! Please try to remember us!" Moon said, as her and Inferno were clashing with him. "We're your friends!"

"C'mon man! You were my first friend when I came to Ponyville! You have to remember!" Inferno added in.

"My name is Dark Flare now. Burst Stream was weak. I am powerful. I exist to serve my queen." Dark Flare said in response to the two of them.

Meanwhile, Daybreaker was watching it all go down. "Excellent. Soon, those fools will be destroyed!"

"I wouldn't be so sure about that if I were you." Akage said from behind Daybreaker, as he dealt a major blow to her back.

"How DARE you attack the eternal goddess?! I'll make you pay!" Daybreaker yelled.

"Nopeity Nope Nope!" Pinkie Pie said, on the other side of Daybreaker. Pinkie used her Yo-Yo to tie Daybreaker up. "Nobody threatens my Akage!"

"Well, I'd love to stay and chat, but I should go. You seem pretty tied up, anyways." Akage joked. "Now, if you'll excuse us, we need to save our friend."

The battle wasn't going well for either side. Dark Flare was getting tired, and Inferno and Moon Couldn't handle much more either. "Please remember Burst! We need you back!" Inferno begged.

Suddenly, Moon's Face lit up.. "Everyone! Start attacking! I have an idea on how to get Burst back! But Don't Destroy him! I'm going inside his mind!"I hope this works. For the sake of Burst and the world! Moon thought as she focused her magic on Dark Flare's head. With a poof, she was gone, and inside of Burst's mind. Strangely enough, it was just a purely white space. In front of moon, was a dome, made entirely of fire. Surrounding it, stone soldiers, but with lave coursing through their bodies.

"Lave soldiers. I should've known." Moon Said to herself. "Might as well get started." And with that, Moon went all out. Attacking the lava golems left and right, and destroying any that got in her way. But when Moon thought she was finished, Daybreaker Appeared In Burst's mind as well!

"Hello, sister." Daybreaker said, putting as much venom into the word 'Sister' as possible. "I must say, I'm impressed. You took ALL of these golems by yourself. but now, you have to face me."

"Oh, so I get the pleasure of destroying you myself, when nobody is watching? That's perfectly fine by me. Shall we?" Moon spat back. And with that, the battle had begun. Both Moon and Daybreaker were refusing to let up, giving off slash after slash with their swords.

"You're good. I'll give you that. But are you good enough?" Moon asked to Daybreaker, as she managed to slash Daybreaker in the chest.

"I'm better. Now it's time to end this." Daybreaker replied. "Infernal... Sun... Blast!" She yelled as she let out a huge blast of heat from her hands. It hit moon Square in the stomach. But she was still standing, unfazed. "WHAT? How are you still alive?"

Moon chuckled. "You forget. This is still Burst's mind. Even if you trapped the real Burst, He'd never let me be harmed. Isn't that right Burst?" She asked as she Teleported Burst from the Fire dome.

"That's right Moon. Now let's finish this together!" Burst exclaimed.

"Lunar.." Moon started.

"Lightning..." Burst added.

"Final Strike!" They both yelled, sending a beam of pure white light directly at Daybreaker, destroying her.

"Now that that's done, let's get out of here." Moon said.

"Gladly." Burst replied as they teleported out of his mind. When Moon was back, she saw that Burst was back to normal.

"Burst!" Inferno said. "I missed you man! I'm glad that we got you out of that mess."

"Thanks for coming to save me everyone. I owe you." Burst replied. "But... what about Celestia? Is she okay?" He asked, looking over to where Daybreaker was tied up, now seeing Celestia in her place.

"Just give her some time to rest. She'll be fine." Moon answered.
