"BKAAAAACK!" Fusion shouts out loud, running around the room in circles, the wings on his suit flapping chaotically
He felt as if he died and went to heaven, the feeling was amazing. The wind in his mane, the sweet sweet feeling of freedom, he loved all of it. He instantly ran out of the room as fast as he could, knocking over a vase filled with flowers onto the floor and shattering the vase into little pieces. Fusion didn't care though, and ran straight into the kitchen and the into the garden.
"BKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!" He gave out his chicken call and starts to run around the garden
A few of his neighbours (Get it? Neigh... bours... cause... they're horses... and they go... neigh... GET IT???) hear his chicken call, a couple of them looking around to see where the strange sounds were coming from.
"Oh, hes back at it again it seems" A mare says, shaking her head as she does her gardening work "Sometimes I wonder why Shiny stays with that lunatic, she must have such a big headache... poor thing"
Fusion runs back inside and opens the fridge inside the kitchen and takes out a couple eggs, his crazy wide smile getting even wider. He starts running through the whole house, flinging eggs at the walls and paintings at random. This part of his ritual made him feel strong and powerful, as if he could do anything. This was also in some weird way very relaxing and satisfying, especially after a long hard day of work. He would normally care about keeping the house clean for Shiny, but he was too far gone at this point, his mind was filled with nothing but happiness and joy other than filled with concern about maybe sleeping on the couch tonight.
~Meanwhile~
"That would be 32 bits please" The mare at the counter says, smiling
"Oke" Shiny says, giving the mare the 32 bits and taking the bags with her magic
"Say hi to Fusion for me" The mare says "No offence, but you may need to get him some help, last time he was here he was so energetic he knocked over all the shelves in this store" She giggles, her eye twitching slightly as she remembers the horrifying experience
"Hehe, will doooo" Shiny giggles "He may be a bit... weird, but hes really nice, I don't think hes thaaaat crazy for him to need help"
"Heh, I guess you're right"
~Back at the house~
"OH PONY FEATHERS! SOMEONE HALP MEEEEEE!!!!" Fusion screams at the top of his lungs as he tries to put the fire out that he caused in the kitchen
Long story short, his stove exploded and now theres fire everywhere... and there may or may not be a giant tree thats partly inside the kitchen which is also on fire now. Right now he had to hurry up before Shiny comes home and sees this, if she saw this... she would probably punish him... with the...
"Blanket of doom...." Fusion says quietly to himself, his pupils shrinking in fright of... THAT!
There was no time to waste! Fusion reached into the closet in the kitchen and pulled out a fire extinguisher and started beating the tree and stove with it.
"COMMON YOU DUMB HUNK OF METAL! PUT IT OUUUT!!!" Fusion yells, his heart beating fast
~Meanwhile~
Shiny is skipping along the pathway to her house, holding the 3 bags with her magic.
"Fusion is going to be so happy once he sees what I bought for him" Shiny smiled to herself, looking inside one of the bags, lightly blushing
~Back at the house~
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!"
At this point all hope was lost, the only thing Fusion could do is run around the hallway... like a chicken.
"I'M DOOMED! DOOOOOOOOOMED!!!!"
Fusion suddenly stops as he hears the doors open and his head quickly snaps to look at the entrance.
"Im ho-" Shiny stops as she sees everything, her mouth gaped open and eyes wide open
Fusion's heart beat raced faster, flashing images of the blanket stuck in his head. Shiny stayed there at the entrance perfectly still, still processing in her mind what she is witnessing.
"H-hehe... w-welcome home" He gulps "K-kitty..."
All they both hear are the flames coming from the kitchen. Shiny blinks a couple times and without a word goes to a tiny storage space under their stairs and walks up to a leaver on the wall. She activates it with her magic, a loud alarm starting to fill the house. Next thing Fusion knows, random drops of water raining from the ceiling. He looks up to see the sprinklers on the ceiling, spraying water everywhere and putting out the fire in the kitchen and soaking his chicken costume in the process. However, his costume was the last thing on his mind as Shiny walked up to him, looking straight into his eyes.
"...." Fusion takes out a cookie out of his scarf "Want a cookie?" He smiles a bit, shaking
"...You're sleeping on the couch" Shiny says, taking the cookie and going into the kitchen "Let us never speak of this again"
"I'll be back in an hour or so" Shiny says in a sing sung voice, getting her bags ready "I just got to stop by some shops to pick up some things"
"Okaaaay" Fusion yells out of his bedroom, listening carefully to when Shiny leaves, his excitement growing more and more by the second
Fusion does love Shiny a whole lot, more than bacon even... but... even he can't deny the happiness he gets when he is home alone. He can run around the house, drink gin, sing as loud as he can, eat all the bacon he wants and most importantly... he can do his special "Home Alone Ritual"
His ears suddenly perk up as he hears the door opening and then closing again, his smile growing as he trots up to the window to see Shiny walking off to town.
"YUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!" He yells, rolling downstairs like a giddy colt on Hearths Warming Eve about to get his presents
He runs into the living room and takes off one of the paintings off the wall, revealing a secretly hidden safe. He inputs the code into it and the safe opens. Inside the safe there are many things, some of which even Shiny doesn't know he owns. Some of the things inside the safe include things like gin bottles, bacon packets, a picture of his art senpai Shino and most importantly.... his special costume.
He carefully takes the costume out of the safe and closes it, getting so excited that he could barely keep his legs steady.
"Beautiful..." He says as the examines the costume
The costume was given to him a couple months ago at a fan club that his little friend Scootaloo hosts. They don't talk that much anymore, but he kept the costume to remember their friendship and their similar interests. Fusion to this day is still surprised in how great the costume looks, makes him wonder if Scootaloo even made it. That little filly isn't exactly known for her crafting and costume making capabilities, so he just guessed Rarity maybe made it for her.
But all that didn't matter right now, Fusion couldn't wait any longer, his excitement could literally make him explode into shining stars. He didn't know how much longer he would be home alone and he did NOT want Shiny to find out about what hes about to do. He slowly puts on the costume, enjoying the silky soft and feathery texture that it has. He slips his hooves through the sleeves and puts on the hoodie thats attached to the costume.
"Oh.... my..... Celestia" He says as he looks at himself in the mirror, smiling like an idiot
His life is complete.
