"Twinkle, twinkle, little star...."
Deep in the farthest depths of the Everfree the sweet voice of a mare rings out flowing through the decaying foal smells of of the dark ancient forest's swamps and marshes. Not a single thing stirred or made a sound as if the very life had been washed away by her voice.
" How I wonder what you are.... up above the world so high,..."
She flowed forward her body giving off a silver glow as brilliant as the moonlight high above being blocked out by the towering blackened trees, with their crimson veins pushing out beneath their blackened bark that held in the deathly souls.
Up above the wrangled branches hanged down in sharp claws reaching out to claw at the Silver Mare.
"Like a diamond in the sky...."
Peeking through the yellowed leaves and their diseased lives hanging forevermore in the sickening air of the rotting flesh and bone, A single white glow peeks through shining it pure light through darkness below the deathly canopy along the Silver Mare's path.
"When the blazing sun is gone,....When the nothing shines upon..."
The mare of the purest moonlight's silver glow makes her way forth the diamond in the sky leading her on in a path well worn by the light of the night. He glow leaving a gentle glaze of moonlight upon the plants she passes. Leaving them to slowly fade away and join her own light. As if there life had been drawn from them bring them into her being.
"Then you show your little light,...."
He ghostly figure steps out into a clearing filled with pure white lilies with deep nightly blueness within their gaping faces. The silver moonlight above shines gently down wrapping around the Silver Mare in wispy strands flowing on their on breezes moving the lilies about as the Silver mare Danced around the clearing in fluid steps and twirls.
"Twinkle, twinkle, all the night....."
Her voice ringing out even clearing in this moonlight clearing flowing out beckoning pleading for something, somepony to come to her. The wisps of moonlight gathering thicker and tighter till she it cloaked in a dress made of the very moonlight itself. She danced and skipped forth her soft voice beckoning out, calling for something, somepony.
