Baking a little magic
Chapter 10
Previous ChapterNext Chapter"H-hello?" Twilight asked as she paced around the back of a few bookcases, her horn charged and ready to blow anypony away. She had a bead of sweat roll down one side of her face and a muffled sound caused her to whip around and let off a small blast of magic, blowing a hole in one of the shelves.
"Whoa, whoa... Watch it!" Dash shouted, rising from her hiding position. She peered through the hole yo see Twilight standing there, shaken up. "You alright there?"
Twilight sighed, "Oh, Rainbow, it's just you and yes, I'm fine, thanks." she walked over and helped Rainbow out from beneath some books. "Why did you crash into the library again?"
Twilight wore a look of annoyance and couldn't help but sigh again, "I've told you multiple times, stop, doing that!"
"Geez, no need to shout... I heard you the first time..."
"Really, because I don't think you did." Twilight paced around and levitated the books back onto the shelves, with the exception of the burnt ones. She then walked over to the nearby couch and slumped down with Dash following, "I'm sorry Rainbow, it's been a difficult day..."
"I can tell." Dash looked at Twilight strangely before continuing, "Hey, don't worry about shouting at me, I got worse from Berry Punch earlier." she chuckled before awkwardly looking away, "I'm sorry Twi', I won't do it again, promise..."
Twilight turned towards Rainbow and smiled, "I know, but you can help me." when she received a confused look, Twi' continued, "You can make it up by listening."
Dash's eyebrow rose, "Listening?"
"Yes," Twilight nodded, "I need somepony to help me and you are, surprisingly, knowledgeable about what I'm going through..."
"No offense, but you can't fly... And I can't teach you how to power-drink, Applejack's hard cider will kill you."
The two of them shared a laugh and Twilight gave Rainbow a smile, "No, no, nothing like that... It's to do with..." Twilight looked away trying to figure out how to phrase it without hurting Dash. "Uh, I guess it's to do with mares..."
"Mares?" Dash asked, "I hate to break it to you, but you're a mare, Twilight."
Twilight rolled her eyes, "I'm into mares..."
"Oh..." Rainbow paused, "okay."
"That's it?!" Twilight asked, her head whipping around.
"Well, yeah." Dash grinned, "Everypony knows I'm into mares anyway, so I would be a hypnocrite if I said anything."
"Hypocrite, Dash. Hypo, not hypno." Twilight corrected, regaining her full voice and receiving an eye roll, "But still, that makes sense..."
"Either way, when did you know?" Dash asked, her grin growing.
"Know what?"
"That you were attracted to mares?"
"Oh... It's one mare really... Pinkie." Twilight smiled and looked away, a red blush forming on her face. She really wanted her pie here.
"Pinkie Pie, huh... Never would have guessed..."
Twilight frowned, "What's that meant to mean?"
"Oh nothing, who would have guessed that the baker and the librarian would be together, that's all." Dash shook her head, "I'm happy for you, how long have you two..."
"Only a couple of days, not long."
"So what's the problem?"
Twilight's gaze shot around as she felt Dash's gaze on her, "Problem, what problem?"
"Don't give me that, you know what I mean. You frowned when you said "Only a couple of days.", what's up?"
Twilight sighed, "You are quite perceptive..."
"I'm a Pegasus, I have to be."
"Alright," Twilight sighed, "I really like her... But I don't think she feels the same..." Twilight paused for a second and played with her tail, "I don't want to hurt her or get hurt just before my heat... It won't end well." Twilight sniffed and rubbed a few tears out of her eyes.
Rainbow placed her hoof on Twilight's should and gave her a rub, "Hey, don't cry, I'm sure she likes you just as much, if not more."
"But... She always seems so stiff and so unlike herself... It was alright the first time, but last night and this morning..."
"Hmm... She did seem off yesterday... Shall I ask her for you?"
"What happens if she finds out you came from me..."
"She won't find out, we talk about strange stuff all the time, so this won't be new." Dash grinned and jumped to the ground while opening her wings, "I'll go now, it seems when I'd get up from a nap." With that, she flapped and shot out of the small hole she had made crashing into the library, leaving Twilight to sigh alone.
A couple hours later, Pinkie Pie burst into the library and called, "Twilight~!"
She shut the door and waited a couple of minutes for her mare to walk down the stairs. "Oh, hi Pinkie, what happened to-" Twilight looked over to a clock and saw it had already passed five, "Work?"
"Oh you, it's five already, I've come to play." Pinkie trotted up to Twilight leaned in. She closed her eyes and waited to her kiss.
Twilight hesitated for a second before leaning in and locking lips. She could help but close her eyes and melt. Pinkie's lips tasted like freshly baked muffins and she was intoxicated by it.
This spurred her on and she pushed in with a little more ferocity. "Oh, Pinkie..." she groaned, feeling Pinkie's tongue plead access.
Allowing her in, she felt Pinkie's tongue swim past her lips and caress her own, dancing around and exploring like the very first time.
Twilight's tail rose and she felt herself grow warmer with each passing second. "P-pinkie..." she mumbled out, slowly backing up to the stairs.
Pinkie pushed her back and Twilight landed with a bump. In flash, Pinkie was on top of her, kissing her neck.
Twilight let out a whimper and closed her eyes, "Pinkie, we need to t-talk..." she felt her breath catch and bucked instinctively.
Pinkie placed a hoof on her stomach which slowly moved down, until it was stopped by Twilight's own hoof. "Pinkie, please."
Pinkie Pie blinked and slowly nodded, backing up with a guilty ridden face. Twilight rose and walked over to the couch. "Sit with me," she asked, patting the cushion.
Pinkie walked over and joined her, wrapping tails together. "I... don't know what came over me..." Pinkie whispered, slowly moving closer, "You just smell so good."
"It's not me, I'm in heat..."
"Mhm, good..." Pinkie replied, not listening. She only wanted to rut Twilight until she was unable to stand.
"Pinkie, please, this is difficult for me too!"
Pinkie shook her head and backed off to the other end of the couch, "I'm sorry... But, you know..."
"Yeah, I do. As much as it pains me to say, I had to "lock" Spike up, in his room, for now." Twilight sighed, "Fluttershy's picking him up in a bit..."
"You were going to have Fluttershy round?" Pinkie looked away, confused. "While you were in heat?"
"I can control myself perfectly fine... I had to, living with the Princess."
"I... Guess so... How did you not know?"
"I miscalculated it, I thought I had another week. Until I felt it start earlier."
"I bet you're hot... I can make it better..." Pinkie said, making her way over.
