Pinkie just stood there looking at Twilight, nothing would suggest it, but inside Pinkies head her thoughts were flying a mile a minute, and within 5 seconds she had processed that information and made a decision.

"I like you too." Pinkie replied, kissing Twilight's cheek.

Twilights head went into full blown meltdown, ”Pinkie accepted and reciprocated my feelings…”

Pinkie tilted her head and saw a tiny amount of smoke flow out of Twilight’s ears, “Um, Twilight are you ok?” Pinkie asked, moving forwards and holding a hoof to Twilights forehead, “Oh no, you’re burning up!” With speed that could make Dash jealous, Pinkie launched around the kitchen and found an icepack. Placing it on Twilights forehead it gave a little sizzle and melted.

“Huh, what happened?” Twilight asked confused.

“You have a little meltdown, you should be more careful,” Pinkie giggled, but a strange look from Twilight made her stop before it turned into full laughter, “Did I do something wrong? Is there something in my mane?” Pinkie looked up and her mane fell behind her, causing her to lean back and fall over.

“No Pinkie… There’s nothing in your mane,” Twilight gave a small smile and moved over Pinkie, “But I will be in a second.” She then blushed but didn’t look away.

Pinkie stopped moving and looked up at Twilight; she was laying there with her legs spread open, giving Twilight easy access. Pinkie’s face turned red and she closed her eyes, slowly leaning up and parting her lips slightly.

Twilight knew what to do and did it. She too closed her eyes and leaned down, their lips touched and her world exploded. She didn’t expect her first kiss to feel like this, Pinkies lips having a slightly sweet taste, as if a small layer of sugar was coating them.

Pinkie pushed a little harder and gained a small moan from Twilight, knowing that she could go on she parted her lips a little more and slipped her tongue out and into Twilight’s mouth.

Twilight didn’t expect this, but it was not unwelcome and soon she was doing battle with the foreign invader. Soon after she had lost, as Pinkie’s was too quick for her to keep up with and hers had gotten tired, so she was content to let her… marefriend explore.

”Dear Celestia this is amazing, you should try it sometime.” Twilight mentally sent that letter off and regained her attention.

Pinkie leaned back to breath and looked up at Twilight’s face. She giggled as she watched Twilight carry on kissing the air before stopping and turning a bright red that could rival Big Mac.

“That was amazing, why haven’t I done that before…” Twilight sighed before realizing what she said.

“You’ve never kissed any pony before?” Pinkie asked, tilting her head a little.

“N-no… I haven’t, is that bad…?” Twilight stuttered out, afraid that pinkie would laugh at her.

“Nope!” Pinkie suddenly shouts, startling Twilight and causing her to fall onto her back. “Oh you silly filly don’t worry about it, if that was your first kiss, then you’re going to be very good once you have some more.” Pinkie said nuzzling Twilight’s cheek, causing her to blush and nuzzle back.

“Thank you…”

“What for?” Pinkie replied pulling back and tilting her head as her mane fell over her face.

“For not laughing.”

Pinkies face scrunched up in confusion, “Why do you think I would laugh?” Her voice wavering a bit and her mane deflating ever so slightly, only Pinkie would ever be able to actually tell.

“W-well… I don’t know…”

“Oh Twilight, I thought you would have had a bit more faith in me than that,” Pinkie’s hair deflated fully and her usual happy expression was gone, replaced with one of depression, “I thought…” Tears welled in her eyes and Twilight got up off the floor and sat next to her.

Twilight put her leg around Pinkie, she tried to shake her off, but Twilight persisted and Pinkie finally broke down in tears, “Pinkie Pie.” Pinkie looked at Twilight, “I thought every pony would laugh at me if they knew I… anyway I’m sorry.” Twilight pecked her on the cheek.

“No… I’m sorry,” Pinkie rubbed the tears out of her eyes, “I overreact and get the wrong message.”

“Hey Pinks,” Pinkie’s face turned red at Twilights new nickname for her, “your hair hasn’t changed back…”

“Oh,” Pinkie giggled, “It does that sometimes, let me get it back.”

“Oh no, I think it’s cute that way.” Pinkie blushed and leaned into Twilight, “Maybe you could keep it that way for a bit; I think it’ll freak Dash out anyway.” Twilight giggled, holding her hoof up and moving a strand of hair out of Pinks face, “Now, where were we?”

Twilight leaning towards Pinkie, closing her eyes and parting her lips again. Pinkie hesitated a bit and said, “Twi…”

Twilight stopped and opened her eyes, “Yeah…?”

“Do you want to go somewhere more… private?” Pinkie looked away, and then looked back with half lidded eyes. Leaning onto Twilight, she whispered into her ear.

Twilight instantly blushed and said, “T-that s-sounds g-good…”

“Ok then, come on up when you’re ready.” Pinkie rose to her hooves and trotted past Twilight with a slight wiggle of her hips, sending her tail into Twilights face causing her blush to intensify even more.

As soon as Pinkies door closed, Twilight scrambled to her hooves and galloped to the door and turned to door to closed, ”Thank Celestia that no pony came in during that.” Twilight turned tail and galloped as fast as she could up the stairs. She stopped half way up looking at the mess in the kitchen, ”Oh I don’t care, let somepony else do it.”

“Twilight, I’m waiting…” Twilights ears swivelled to face the direction pinkies voice came from.

Twilight clumsily made her way up the stairs, eager to get stuck in to her new marefriend, “I’m here!” She slowly opened the door to the pink party pony’s room and gasped.
