Chapters Farmer vs Murderer: Lumberjack's Revenge
Two years ago, Applejack was taken control by her evil counterpart, namely Lumberjack. She defeated her in the fight of confrontation, despite a few injuries she had during the fight. Even though when Lumberjack was currently locked up in the mirror prison, there's no telling when she would strike again.
Four years later at Canterlot High, Applejack was very relieved and happy that she's free again. There weren't any mirrors in her lockers so she's safe for now. When school was over for a day, nothing suspicious or strange was going on; especially in her room.
It wasn't until the exact same day when she was transformed. Deep inside her heart, Applejack started to feel threatened and defensive. She had a feeling that Lumberjack would be coming back to her for revenge.
"What do ya want from me?" Applejack asked as she was examining her mirror to make sure it's secured enough, "Ya can't get out of a secured mirror."
"That's when yer wrong, sugarcube," said a familiar voice as Lumberjack appeared in Applejack's reflection, "I found a mirror that ain't secured enough ta keep me here."
"Wh-Wh-What?!?" Applejack felt her heart beating faster and slowly backed up in fear. She was only scared of Lumberjack controlling her body again and forcing her to murder innocent people at the shed in the middle of the forest. She didn't want that to happen to her ever again. "Y-Yer gonna make me kill people at that shed, ain't ya?" she asked.
Lumberjack chuckled wickedly. "Ya just read my mind," she said, "I'm Lumberjack after all."
"Ya can't control me ferever ya know," said Applejack.
Lumberjack gave her a sinister smile. "Oh ya think I can't?" she asked with an evil snicker, "Well think again." She then faded away in the mirror and Applejack's reflection returned to normal.
Applejack knew that she had to do something before Lumberjack could recover her body. She then felt determined enough to attempt to prevent it from happening to her ever again. "Yer maybe dangerous, but that won't stop me from anythin' bad that could happen ta me," she said to her reflection.
The next day, she, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity, Sci-Twi and Sunset Shimmer were gathered together outside of Canterlot High. The girls could already tell that something was wrong with her.
"Um...are you okay?" asked Fluttershy.
Applejack gulped slowly. "Ya won't believe this, but Lumberjack's seekin' revenge!"
The girls were shockingly confused. They couldn't believe what they heard.
"WHAT?!?" Pinkie screamed.
"No no not again," said Sunset as slapped her forehead with her right palm, "I probably need to tell Twilight -the one from other portal- that we need her help again."
"Maybe the spell wasn't strong enough to permanently keep her away from you," Sci-Twi said, "We'll need a stronger spell for her to recite."
"Most likely," agreed Sunset, "But I guess she's just as busy as she was from the Friendship Games. Again." Then she sighed sadly.
"Can't you at least try to contact her again?" asked Rainbow.
"I don't know, but I'll try," said Sunset as she opened her journal and started writing:
"Dear Princess Twilight,
Applejack is in danger again!
Maybe the previous spell isn't strong enough to get rid of Lumberjack permanently.
We, especially Applejack, need your help dealing with this situation.
Please take action ASAP! Applejack and I will explain more about it when you
come back through the portal.

"Let's just hope that she'll be here as soon as she can," she said.
In the evening, Applejack was already home from school and noticed that Granny Smith, Applebloom and Big Mac weren't even there, and all of the lights were turned off. At first she thought it was only a fuse, but then she had a bad feeling that it might be Lumberjack again. "What's goin' on?" she asked, "Lumberjack, is that you again?" She heard an evil laugh coming from her room. "Yup. That's you alright," she said as she went upstairs and went inside. Her room seemed to be just as normal as yesterday. Nothing suspicious happened yet but she was prepared for it. "I know yer in there," she said to her reflection, "Show yerself."
"Gladly," said a familiar voice as her reflection turned into Lumberjack, "Now, I have an unfinished business ta do with you. Ya know what I'm gonna do, right?"
"I sure do and I ain't gonna letcha do it," said Applejack as she got into her fighting stance.
Lumberjack laughed wickedly. "Wanna bet? Yer ferget'n that I'm a cursed soul," she said, "And cursed souls are more powerful than a mortal like you." And then she gave her a sinister smile and disappeared. No sign of Applejack's reflection anywhere in the mirror.
Applejack was then confused. What strategy was Lumberjack coming up with? Well, she's about to find out before her very eyes, and it's not gonna be pleasant.
The mirror was suddenly shattered to pieces and Lumberjack easily came out of it. She then smiled sinisterly at Applejack and said, "Since I'm finally free, now I'll be inside ya once again!" She bursted out laughing wickedly.
This made Applejack feel extremely scared and threatened. "Leave me alone!" she pleaded, "I don't wanna experience this ever again!" She slowly backed away from Lumberjack.
"Too bad," said Lumberjack, "You'll do it again anyway. This time, I'll have my revenge on you fer breakin' free from my control and defeat'n me by yer fight'n skills! I ain't gonna letcha do that ta me again, 'cuz you'll be completely under my control ferever!!!" She bursted out laughing wickedly again as she clutched onto both of Applejack's shoulders from behind.
Applejack struggled to break free from her but clutching pressure on her shoulders were too strong. The dark magic went inside of her body from Lumberjack's fingertips to her chest. Applejack tried to fight it off her but still too strong to remove. The transformation began exactly the same way as before.
Lumberjack felt victorious afterwards. "Boy it feels great ta feel anythin' again!" she said, "Luckily fer me, it's a full moon, so I gotta get ta my shed!" After she went to the middle of the forest, there wasn't any sign of the shed anywhere; nothing but a tree stump. Then she got extremely furious when she figured out that someone tore down the shed. "MY SHED!!!" she shouted, "NOBODY TEARS DOWN MY SHED!!!" Then she had to figure out a way to rebuild her shed to store her weapons in. But the problem was that she didn't have any tools to do so. "Hmph! There's always next time," she grumbled, "Lucky you, Applejack; lucky you."

The next day at Canterlot High, Applejack felt just as depressed as she was before. She couldn't believe that it's happening to her again. She didn't eat or drink anything and talked to anyone for many days. This made her friends worry about her. At least she wasn't attacked by Cutthroat again thank goodness. A couple of hours later, Applejack was asked to report to Principal Celestia's office about her abnormal condition. How did Principal Celestia know about her being depressed about something that had been bothering her for a very long time? To find out, she did as she was told. As she went inside, she saw Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna who were very concerned about her.
"Tell me; what's been troubling you for such a long time?" asked Principal Celestia.
"Ya wouldn't understand," said Applejack as she sat down on a chair in front of her, "Ya might not gonna believe me either." With that, she hung her head down sorrowfully and slowly took off her hat.
Vice Principal Luna touched her left shoulder in assurance. "Yes we would," she said, "Even if it sounds like a ridiculous fabricated story, we'll still believe you."
Applejack sighed and told them the whole true story about her previous times of being controlled by Lumberjack and her victory in the fight. Then she told them about her being recovered by Lumberjack, which was what just happened to her recently.
The office sisters looked at each other in confusion and didn't know what to say. They weren't even sure whether she's telling a truth or a lie.
"I thought y'all believe me, no matter what I tell ya," said Applejack, who's confused as well.
"Well, it definitely sounds like a fabricated story," said Vice Principal Luna, "But we believe you."
"In two months, there'll be a full moon," warned Applejack, "Lumberjack's gonna rebuild 'er shed right where someone tore it down, and be on a lookout fer any trespassers. She'll kill 'em in any way if anyone steps near 'er shed. So whatever ya do, don't go into the middle of that forest. That's where the shed's been and is gonna be rebuilt at." Immediately after she warned them, she felt an extremely sharp pain in her head and cried out in agony.
The office sisters were in shock when seeing her like this.
"Ya shouldn't have done that," said a familiar voice.
Applejack suddenly knew that it was Lumberjack speaking to her internally. "Why?!?" she asked, "Why didn't ya want me ta warn my friends and my family about ya?!?"
"I don't wanna be revealed till the next full moon," said Lumberjack, "That's supposed ta be a secret, but now ya blew it! Fer that, I'll crush yer ribs ta pieces!"
"I need my ribs ta protect my lungs and especially my heart!" Applejack protested, "Therefore, ya can't do that!"
Lumberjack got offended by Applejack's protest quote. "Wanna bet?!?" she asked threateningly as she broke one of Applejack's ribs.
Applejack clutched her upper midsection tightly and cried out again. Her tears started to rapidly from her eyes and quickly ran down her cheeks. She couldn't stand the serious pain so she started to continue crying and collapse to the floor. "Call an ambulance!" she cried, "Please!"
Principal Celestia quickly dialed 911 on her office phone. After the call 20 minutes later, the ambulance arrived while Applejack was still on the floor crying because of of the serious pain. Because of that, her tears on the floor started to form a tiny tear puddle. The ambulance people carefully placed Applejack onto the cot and then into the ambulance, making sure the doors were locked tightly. Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna were disappointed that they didn't get to comfort her together. But then again, they'd get a chance soon.
The ambulance went through a lot of traffic and arrived at the hospital. The ambulance people opened it up and took Applejack inside. The exact same surgeons from before were aware of this and wanted to fix her broken rib as soon as possible.
"Take her inside the surgery room and fix her broken rib," said the male ambulance person.
"Yes, sir," said the first surgeon, "Eagerly."
Both surgeons took Applejack inside the assigned room and placed her onto the surgery table and x-rayed her. It turned out that she certainly did had a broken rib. Luckily for her and them, it was only broken in half.
"Don't worry, Miss Applejack," said the second surgeon, "It'll be fine once we fix your rib."
Applejack nodded as she laid still to make it easier for the surgeons to put her in anesthesia first before doing so. After a few hours of surgery, the surgeons stitched and covered the cut mark.
"That should do it," said the first surgeon, "Well, hopefully that is. Now it's time to wait for her to wake up."
Almost instantly, Applejack slowly started to wake up. "Is it over?" she asked faintly.
"Yes it is," said the second surgeon, "We tried out best to fix your rib, but we're not completely sure if it'll form back or not. Give it a few weeks for it to heal."
Applejack nodded. She had a feeling that she'd have to stay at the hospital for a long time again. Since she was already in the hospital bed afterwards and was told exactly the same thing as she thought, she was indeed right. Later that night, she looked out the window and looked at the two stars shining brightly in the night sky. They reminded her of the tragic story of her parents who got mysteriously killed. If they were still alive, her life would've been different. Just thinking about it, she silently cried herself to sleep.
While she was sleeping, she felt something on her right shoulder. She slowly woke up and saw the spirits of her parents. Was she only dreaming or did they really appear in front of her? "Ma? Pa? I-Is that really y'all?" she asked nervously.
"Eeyup," said her father's spirit who's Bright Mac, "It's really us."
"Yer b'comin' a beautiful young woman since we're long gone!" said her mother's spirit who's Pear Butter, the one who touched Applejack's right shoulder and then her jawline.
Both spirits came to her and hugged her.
Applejack noticed that they didn't age at all since the time they were somehow killed. She wanted to reach out to them and hug back but she just had a surgery on her rib, and she couldn't feel them because they're spirits anyway. "Why're ya here?" she asked, "Ta visit me?"
"Well, that and there's somethin' we needa tell ya," said Pear Butter's spirit, "We've heard that ya have a cursed soul named Lumberjack inside ya. We're really worried that ya might die if this keeps up."
"Looks like that previous spell ain't strong enough ta kick 'er out fer good," said Bright Mac's spirit.
Applejack was shocked when she heard this. "How'd ya know that?" she asked confusingly.
"We saw the whole thang," said Bright Mac's spirit, "That made us feel that ya REALLY need help big time."
"Yeah, I sure do," Applejack said, "Any idea what do I needa do?"
"All I can say is wait till ya get well, and then follow yer friend's lead, like ya did last time," said Pear Butter's spirit.
"Okay then," said Applejack, "I'll try my best."
Both spirits smiled and disappeared into thin air.
Applejack smiled back and laid down to get some rest.

Applejack and her family were done harvesting apples and went inside to have supper and rest for the day. She was exhausted from all the hard work she helped so she eagerly went to her room and laid down on her bed.
A couple of minutes later, she heard some familiar evil laughter that woke her up. Oh crabapples, is Lumberjack again! she thought as she then looked outside the window and saw a full moon shining brightly, And it's a full moon already? Ain't it supposed ta show up at midnight on Halloween? She heard some evil laughter again and got up from her bed. "I know yer inside me," she said, "What're ya gonna do ta me this time?"
"Ya know exactly what I'm gonna do every time there's a full moon out," Lumberjack's voice said, "Remember the middle of the forest where there's supposed ta be my shed standin' in?"
Applejack immediately realized what she's gonna do to her. "Yer gonna get me transformed inta yerself and control my body to yer will and desires, ain't ya?" she asked.
"Very good," said Lumberjack's voice, "I think we'll get along just fine." Then she wickedly chuckled.
"Ya think?" Applejack objected, "We're exactly opposites! We ain't supposed ta get along with each other!"
"Aw my feelin's!" Lumberjack's voice said, pretended to feel hurt, "Ya hurt my poor wittle feelin's!" Then she cleared her throat. "Alright, enough'a that," she said, "That full moon's about ta shine on ya right about now."
The moon shined brightly on Applejack as she began to transform into Lumberjack as the same way as before.
"I'm back!" said Lumberjack, "Well, back ta kill trespassers who come near my new shed!" Then she let out her evil laugh and went outside to the middle of the forest to rebuild her shed. When she got there, the shed was already there, just as bloody as before. "Perfect," she said with a wicked chuckle, "I dunno how it appeared, but that doesn't matter anymore. Alright, time ta kill any trespassers." She went to the bloody shed and guarded it, waiting for anyone to come near it.
A few hours later, Lumberjack grew annoyed and impatient. Nobody's trespassin' so far, she thought with an out-loud heavy sigh, But I wanna kill someone fer trespassin' so bad! That's what I'm here for! Just then, she saw a tomboy with light blonde hair with yellow, neon green, light caramel gold and platinum blonde streaks, light pink skin (kind of like Pinkie's but a little darker), and turquoise eyes, by the name of Haywire, wandering in the middle of the forest. Finally! she thought as she rolled her red eyes, Somebody ta kill! I gotta wait for 'er ta trespass though.
Haywire just noticed the bloody shed standing in her right direction and avoided it by keeping on wandering.
Lumberjack was surprisingly confused. How's that even possible?!? she thought, A lotta people get curious about my shed and tend ta trespass! Gimme a break!
Haywire's curiosity made her change mind and went towards the shed.
Lumberjack then smiled sinisterly. Now that's more like it, she thought, Come closer, sugarcube.
Haywire came closer and closer and closer until she saw her appearing in front of her. She gasped in fear and slowly backed away from her. "Wh-Who are you?" she asked nervously, "Wh-What do you want f-from me?"
"I'm glad ya asked, sugarcube," Lumberjack said as she grabbed the turquoise jacket Haywire was currently wearing and pulled her to her, "Lumberjack's my name, and killin' trespassers is my game. Now, since ya already trespassed, I'll get ta kill ya fer that." She picked her up, pinned her on the tree stump and tied her up.
Haywire's heart began to pump faster because of her fear. She couldn't even free herself since she was pinned down and tied up good. Her tears started to fill up her eyes and she hung her head down while crying.
Lumberjack got out her chainsaw and moved Haywire's hair tied up in a high ponytail. "Gotta move yer purdy ponytail out of the way," she said, "Now, the moment I've been waitin' for..." She raised up her chainsaw. "Off with yer head!!!" she exclaimed as she turned it on and cackled.
"Help! Somebody help me!!!" Haywire screamed. She then realized that she should've kept wandering in the woods. "HEELLLLP!!!" She cried loudly in pain and agony as Lumberjack started to chop off her head off.
"Nobody's gonna help ya now," Lumberjack said, "'Cuz yer already dead!" Then Haywire's head fell off to the ground from her body, so she placed her bloody chainsaw down and picked it up. "Ya were a very easy target fer me ta kill," she said to the lifeless beheaded head, "Thank ya so much fer doin' me a favor." Then she smiled sinisterly.
Haywire's eyes wire rolled upwards just like Thrush Sentry's. From both sides of her neck, the head and the lifeless body, the blood began to bleed rapidly immediately after the beheading. It ran down quickly on the tree stump and then onto the ground. Her skin then began to cool down to the point it felt like a frostbite.
Lumberjack untied the body and leaned it onto the tree. She also placed the head next to it as a trophy. She was proud of herself that she was able to do that again ever since she was locked up in the mirror prison.
When the morning light began to shine from the east, Lumberjack was transformed back into Applejack, just like before. Applejack found herself in the middle of the forest again. She saw her bloody hands and a new dead beheaded body leaning against the same exact tree where Thrush's dead beheaded body was. She was as shocked and terrified that she felt the need to cry her heart out. "N-NOT AGAIN!!!" she cried out, "CURSE YA, LUMBERJACK!!!" Then she fell on her knees and cried extremely hard on her hands. She couldn't believe that happened to her again, and wished Sunset and her friends would help her out when the next full moon would shine on her again, which she would have to wait until then.

A Song Requested by Lumberjack
Applejack began to skip high school for many days because of what happened to her last night. She couldn't bear to experience the exact same depression she had the first time, but she had no choice. She tried to get her mind off of it by cleaning up the house, cooking up the recipes, mowing the lawn and playing with her dog Winona, but nothing seemed to work unfortunately. She sat down on the floor and began to cry again.
Winona laid down next to her and whined a little bit. She knew something was wrong going on about her.
"Sorry, Winona," said Applejack, "I just can't get Lumberjack off my mind! No matter what I do ta try to!"
Winona laid her head and her front legs on her lap for comfort and whined a little again.
Applejack petted her and then stopped. There was one thing she hadn't tried: making music. As the saying goes: "Making music relieves stress and tensity" . "I got it!" she exclaimed, "Maybe makin' some music would take my mind off of it." She went upstairs to her room and Winona followed her. Applejack tried playing her bass guitar, but that wasn't the melodic sound she was into for right now. Then she tried playing her banjo, but that wasn't the sound she's into either. She tried playing her fiddle, her mandolin, her ukulele, her acoustic guitar, her harmonica, her ocarina, her euphonium, and even her tuba. It turned out to be the same result. Then she finally tried singing, and that's the only melodic sound she had.
Winona barked a few times and wagged her tail, showing approval to the last option. She loved to hear Applejack's alto/contralto voice being sounded out. As Applejack began to sing a song she knew, Winona started to howl, as her way of singing.
"Not bad, but I think ya should play yer tuba more," a familiar voice said out of nowhere.
Winona stood up and snarled angrily at the disembodied voice, trying her best to protect Applejack from any harm.
Applejack knew it was Lumberjack, and immediately grew a little nervous but mostly annoyed. "Are ya sayin' that ya don't like my singin'?" she asked.
"Oh I wouldn't say that," said Lumberjack's voice, "I just prefer hearin' some low tones below yer range, like yer tuba. Why don't ya play somethin' for me?"
Applejack then became confused. "Um....okay?" she said confusingly as she got out her tuba again, "What song do ya want me ta play?"
"Easy," said Lumberjack's voice, "Somethin' dark and miserable."
Applejack sighed and started to get ready to play. She placed her mouthpiece on her lips, took a deep breath and started to play an eerie song.
While she was still playing, dark thunderclouds started to appear outside, covering up the night sky and flashes of lightning and the strikes of lightning bolts suddenly appeared. Every time she played any deep notes, the rolls and some claps of thunder sounded.
Winona suddenly got frightened by what was happening, so she stood beside Applejack and whined.
Still playing, Applejack slowly kneeled down, carefully sat down on the floor beside Winona, crossed her legs and placed her tuba on her lap. She wanted to comfort her, but she was requested to play an eerie song on her tuba.
When she finished the song with a whole note, several amounts of rain started to fall from the thunderclouds. The thunder continued to roll and clap, and flashes of lightning continued to flash and the lightning bolts continued to strike. Applejack knew there was a storm going on while she was playing a while ago, but didn't know that she was asked to create a terrible storm. "Um....That was a dark and miserable song ya requested," she said to Lumberjack's voice, "And ya asked me ta create a terrible storm too?"
"Oh did I? Crazy me," said Lumberjack's voice sounding as if she pretended to be confused, "I didn't know that I wanted a stormy weather too." Lumberjack's reflection appeared in the mirror. "Just ta relax me."
Applejack gave her an unimpressed look. "Well I'm appreciated," she said as she was being sarcastic, "Doin' two thangs in one time? Oh that's just a challenge fer my mind." She placed her tuba down and comforted Winona. "Now will ya please leave me alone til the next full moon? I'm eagerly lookin' forward ta that."
"Really? Me too," said Lumberjack's reflection, "I'm definitely ready ta chop off people's heads if they trespass near my shed. Too bad I only come out in every night that has a full moon."
"Lucky me," said Applejack, "Then I'll go to the middle of the forest, let the moon shine on me after the same spell and confront ya again. This time, it'll be different 'cuz you'll be given the strongest punishment that should last fer all eternity."
Lumberjack's reflection strongly doubted it. "Ha! I don't think so!" she said with an evil smile.
Applejack then stood up in determination. "Plus, I have somethin' for ya in return," she said as she picked up her tuba again. She cleared her throat and started to get ready to play. She placed her mouthpiece on her lips again and took a deep breath. This time, she started to play a determining and courageous song she knew.
As she was still playing, the storm stopped and began to clear up. The thunderclouds turned into the white cumulus clouds and started to spread out to reveal the light blue sky. The morning sun began to appear, shining brightly on Applejack and her tuba as the spotlight.
"I'll appear again in the next full moon!" Lumberjack's reflection declared as she faded away.
Applejack ended the song with her tuba fanfare and carried it with her right arm. "I know ya will," she said, "And you'll be banished from my body ferever."
Winona agreed with her by barking and wagging her tail. She went ahead and fetched Applejack's lasso, rifle, shotgun, two pistols and an axe.
"Good girl," said Applejack as she petted Winona's head and placed her tuba down again, "Now we'll have ta wait till the night we go to the middle of the forest before midnight. We'll meet our friends there."
Winona continued to wag her tail and jumped on Applejack's laps with her front legs.
Applejack continued to pet her smiled.

Applejack's chance to confront Lumberjack again was uncertain to Sunset. She already knew that Lumberjack was the dark and evil side of Applejack, but what about the spell? Would it actually help Applejack as Princess Twilight's letter said it would? Sunset was very hopeful that it would. What if it doesn't work? she thought nervously, What if Lumberjack could live inside Applejack forever?!?
"Sunset, are you okay?" asked Fluttershy, who was feeling concerned about her.
"Looks like you're having some worry warts again," said Pinkie, who's also feeling concerned.
"I'm fine," said Sunset, "It's just that I'm worried sick about Applejack."
The other girls knew what exactly she's talking about.
"Come on, Sunset," said Rainbow, "AJ already beat and confronted Lumberjack, remember? If she still has the strength to fight her, then she'll do it again."
"They're both equally strong," said Sunset, "So there's no telling who would most likely win the fight." Then she looked through Princess Twilight's reply one more time before that moment would begin. "Tonight at 11:50, we'll have to go to the middle of the forest," she said, "And as long as I have my journal, Applejack should permanently be free and her life should turn back to normal."
"We have to tell Applejack to meet with us," said Sci-Twi, "But where do we need to meet?"
"At Applejack's house," said Sunset, "It's located closer to the same forest anyway."
When the sun was going down, the girls arrived to Applejack's house.
Meanwhile inside, Applejack was in her room, waiting patiently until she heard some knocking on the door. She quickly ran down stairs and answered it. "Thank gala yer here!" she said, "Winona just got my weapons out."
"Your weapons?" Sunset questioned as she looked inside and only saw Winona.
"Come on in," said Applejack as she welcomed them in.
The other six girls saw her weapons and were confused.
"Um...you do realize that Lumberjack is a cursed soul, right?" Sunset asked.
"Of course I do," said Applejack, "She turned out ta be as solid as the rest of us after I was fightin' 'er."
"So you've got out your lasso, a rifle, a pair of pistols, an axe, and a shotgun," said Rainbow, "That's a lot of weapons."
"Well, better ta be prepared than sorry," said Applejack.
"Speaking of prepared, we need to get to the middle of the forest at 11:50 tonight," said Sunset, "It's 11:40 right now, so we need to head out."
All of the girls and Winona made it to the middle of the forest at the scheduled time
"As long as I have my journal, you should permanently be free and your life should turn back to normal," Sunset said to Applejack.
Applejack nodded. At 11:59, she was told to stand on a same spot where she was before. Sunset handed her journal to her and cued her to read the same first spell:
"Cursed soul be gone from me and control me never more. Now the time has come to end this evildoing and I will be free forever more."
And just in time, the full moon shined on her and Lumberjack was separated from her body.
"Again? Seriously?" exclaimed Lumberjack, "Oh well. At least I'll get a chance ta become mortal as long as I live."
"By controllin' my body? I don't think so!" Applejack protested, "You'll get a chance ta be banished from my body ferever!"
"No matter what you'll do ta try ta keep me separated, I'll still live inside ya ferever," said Lumberjack, "And there's nothin' ya can do about that; nothin'."
"Oh no? We'll see about that," Applejack said as she handed the journal back to Sunset, "Come at me. I dare ya."
Lumberjack gave her a sinister smile and accepted the challenge. She then ran towards her and was about to punch her.
Applejack quickly dodged that attack and punched her right on the left eye, then the right eye and finally underneath the jaw. She had a great start so far.
Lumberjack was knocked down for about a few seconds. Then she got up with some bruises on her jaw and both of her eyes. "Not bad fer a cowgal," she said with the same smile, "But that ain't gonna stop me from reclaimin' yer body as my own."
When Applejack was about to be attacked again, she kicked her right on the left jaw joint.
Then Lumberjack was down again.
"What'dya have ta say fer yerself, sugarcube?" Applejack asked as she placed her right foot on her back, "Do ya surrender?"
Lumberjack struggled for a little bit. "Never," she replied as she pushed Applejack's calf to make her fall down on her back.
Applejack stomped on her lower back, stood up and faced the other way. She then picked her up, spun her fast and threw her against the tree next to the dead body.
Lumberjack was then unconscious for a few seconds.
Sunset handed Applejack her journal. "Read the second spell before Lumberjack wakes up!" she said.
Applejack nodded and then started to read the second spell:
"Beyond the depths of control, begone from me you'll remain. Your murdering times are finished, and you're forever banished from my domain."
Then Lumberjack, the tree stump and the bloody shed started to glow white and then disappeared in a flash. All that left were some sparkles.
The dead body and the beheaded head of Haywire started to connect together and was resurrected. Haywire had never felt so alive for many days. "I'm alive!" she exclaimed, "I-I thought I died!"
"Not anymore, sugarcube," Applejack said as she and her friends approached to her, "Ya don't have ta worry about Lumberjack anymore."
"Who's Lumberjack?" Haywire asked, "She looked a whole lot similar like you, but her eyes were red."
"She's the one who killed ya," said Applejack, "Since that evil clone of mine's gone ferever, ev'rythin's back ta normal."
"Did that happen before?" asked Haywire.
"It did once," said Applejack, "Now, it's gettin' pretty late so meet me at my house t'morrow so I'll tell ya how all that chaos began ta happen ta me."
Haywire wanted to hear her story so she agreed to do so. She didn't know much about her since she just saw her after the resurrection. After she went back home, she saw her parents asleep on their bed. She went inside the room and gently tried to wake them up.
Afterwards, they woke up and couldn't believe their eyes when they saw her standing in front of them. They hugged her tightly and cried.
The next weekend morning, Haywire walked towards Applejack's house to hear the story she promised to tell. After the greeting, she and Applejack started to get to know each other and their brief bios.
Applejack did promised to tell her how her horrible life with Lumberjack inside of her began. She took her to her room and did exactly that. It was getting quite long though.
"I'm besties with Thrush Sentry!" said Haywire, "I knew her ever since we were little!"
"Well, I guess y'all two have somethin' in common," said Applejack, "And that's y'all were victims of that same varmint."
"Speaking of Thrush, what's she up to now?" Haywire asked. Just then, she received a text message from Thrush, saying that she wanted to hang out at someplace. She replied by suggesting Applejack's house to hear some stories. About a few minutes later, Thrush replied by telling her that it's a great idea and using a happy face emoji at the end.
After a few minutes of waiting, Thrush came and walked inside. Haywire was excited to see her. Thrush was excited to see her and especially Applejack. It's been a long while since they've seen and met each other in the middle of the forest.
Applejack offered Thrush to hear the same story, and Thrush agreed. The two girls started to listen to her narrate the true story of how the chaos all began.

The Helpful Reply and the Miraculous Recovery
Since Applejack was still in the hospital, Sunset had to fill in for her for the Rainbooms, but she had no idea how to play the bass guitar. She tried to play it several times but couldn't get the hang of it every time. Maybe she wasn't the right person for the job. No one else volunteered to try it so she and the other five girls wished Applejack would come back soon. Otherwise, they would have to disband. Without a bassist, there's nothing to keep the Rainbooms going by being their anchor.
"Aw man! When will AJ get out of the hospital?!?" Rainbow complained, "We need her really bad to keep us going!"
"Yeah, but there's nothing we can do but to wait for the results," said Sunset, "And I wish Twilight would at least respond to my letter for her about getting Lumberjack out of Applejack's body permanently."
"And that too," said Rainbow.
Just then, Sunset's journal rang. "That has to be Twilight's response!" Sunset said as she quickly answered it.
"What does it say?" asked Pinkie.
Sunset read Princess Twilight's reply from her journal:
"Dear Sunset Shimmer;
Have Applejack read the same spell when the full moon shines on her:
'Cursed soul be gone from me and control me never more. Now the time has come to end this evildoing and I will be free forever more.'
Once the cursed soul has been separated, this time, have her read this spell:
'Beyond the depths of control, begone from me you'll remain. Your murdering times are finished, and you're forever banished from my domain'.
I hope this helps her better than last time.

"That's interesting," said Sci-Twi.
"It sure is," agreed Sunset, "I can't wait till this kind of a moment so it'll hopefully and finally be over with."
"So we won't have to disband after all?" asked Rainbow.
"Exactly," said Sunset.
After a full day of school, the girls went to the hospital to visit Applejack and tell her about Princess Twilight's reply from Sunset's journal.
"What do I have ta do this time?" asked Applejack.
"Just wait until your rib is completely healed and then I'll tell you," said Sunset, "I don't want you to strain yourself to move around."
Applejack sighed sadly and agreed to do it. "I have about a month left fer it ta heal anyway," she said, "Say, Is there gonna be a full moon on any day while we're at it?"
"Luckily, there is, darling," said Rarity, "Just on a next Friday night after the previous, which is October 31st."
"Alrighty then," Applejack said, "What time does it come out exactly?"
"About midnight," said Sci-Twi, "Well, if my prediction is correct that is."
"I hope so," Applejack said, "So I'll be ready b'fore Lumberjack will."
After several weeks of healing, it was October 12th. She's about completely healed and she's really excited to get rid of Lumberjack once and for all.
Nurse Redheart came into her hospital room and told her to come with her. Applejack tried getting out of the hospital bed and transport into the wheelchair with Nurse Redheart to assist her just in case if she's gonna have a few more days to heal or not.
The doctors used an X-ray on her and saw that her rib was miraculously completely healed as expected. She was then taken to the surgery room and was put to anesthesia. A few hours later, the surgeons finished the surgery with the screws out of her rib (including the reclosing of the opening.).
Applejack slowly opened her eyes and saw them on the first surgeon's hands. "That's a lotta screws," she said.
"Yep," the first surgeon said, "You take those home with you and display them in your room."
Applejack nodded.
"You'll be sore for a little while until it goes away," said the second surgeon, "It'll go away about a few weeks or so."
Applejack nodded again.
Meanwhile, the girls heard about her miraculous rib recovery and cheered. They never did disband, but waited for her to get as well as she could all along.
Pinkie cheered the most. After all, she's got a lot of enthusiasm about lots of things, especially when Applejack would be coming back from the hospital.
Sunset turned to Applejack and said to her, "Okay, since you're now well, we need to get to the details about the spell. You recite the exact same spell to get Lumberjack out of your body. Whenever you have a chance during or after the confrontation, recite this spell: 'Beyond the depths of control, begone from me you'll remain. Your murdering times are finished, and you're forever banished from my domain'. The first attempt to use the spell seemed to be temporary, so with the second spell you'll recite in front of her should be able to actually work."
Sci-Twi checked her planner to see if she was right about the time for the appearance of the full moon, and it turned be midnight, just as exactly as she predicted. "I knew it!" she exclaimed, "The full moon will appear on October 31st at midnight!"
"Just in time to get rid of Lumberjack for good," said Rainbow.
"Apparently," said Applejack, "I gotta watch out for 'er though, 'cuz she might hurt me some more."
A few hours later after talking to her friends, she came home from Canterlot High. She then noticed that Applebloom, Granny Smith and Big Mac weren't inside but outside of the house. She went around it and saw them harvesting for apple cider season in two days. She smiled and watched.
Applebloom happened to notice her first. "Applejack!" she said as she ran to her and hugged her tightly, "Thank gala yer here! I can't get all those apples off their trees by myself! Will ya please help me?"
"Sure thang," said Applejack with a nod, "Of course I'll help. We're Apples after all."
Applebloom was overjoyed. Then she got curious about Applejack's rib being miraculously healed fast. "How did yer rib get well that fast?" she asked.
"I dunno, sugarcube," said Applejack, "I just have no idea what could've caused it ta do that."
The two bright stars shined brightly in the evening sky. Maybe the spirits of Apple Bright and Pear Butter had something to do with it.
