Pumpkin and Pound have grown up and made their own lives.
While Pumpkin started another Sugar cub Connors in Appleloosa, Pound stayed in Ponyville to help his family.
One day Carrot Cake suffers from a heart attack and the twins must come together to help out until he recovers. After discovering may things have changed, many changes, some not so good, Pumpkin is distressed and tries to fix the problems.
