What a Strange Occurrence

While going to feed his cat, Octavias is greeted by a most unusual sight, it's a pony. After conversing with an uninvited guest, he learns he is not in Canada anymore.

A man by the name of Octavias Minor Pheonix is brought to Equestria along with his house and cat. We follow him adjusting to his new life in a world of ponies.

With his house landing just outside of the castle of the two sisters, his new neighbor drops by.
