The Princess and the Animal caretaker
Another odd day.
It was nice spring morning,Princess Radiance was having trouble sleeping as the sunlight was shining through an open window.
"*sigh* I get it,it's morning,no need to show off Mother...,oh well,I guess I'll go see what my brother is up to."she said as she got up only to find that she wasn't in Canterlot anymore.
"Hmm,that's odd,why am I in Prism Shine's home?"Radiance questioned herself, receiving no reply,she decides to explore the home,not realising that she just walked past a small bunny who's jaw was dropped.
Radiance eventually spots the bunny,it seemed that it was trying to get her attention, she went over to it and said"Oh aren't you quite the adorable little thing is this your home?"
The bunny couldn't believe what she had just said,not only did she ignore it,she had no clue as to whom he was,so the bunny ran out of the room for a short moment then quickly ran back with a quill and paper in it's paw it then wrote:"Fluttershy?,it's me Angel Bunny,you know ya pet, if your done playin' the amnesia game, do you mind making me some grub 'ere?"
"Oh goodness,who is this Fluttershy, my name is Princess Radiance Eclipse Dawn,but I will gladly fetch you something to eat,I will return shortly."Radiance said before leaving the house and a shocked Angel.
Radiance eventually reaches a nice quiet town and decides to explore it,many of the ponies that lived there were giving her odd looks before returning to their homes.
Radiance spots a crystalline structure nearby and goes over to it, the structure resembled a castle of sorts and she wondered if anypony lived in it,she eventually knocks on the door of the castle.
To her surprise a female Alicorn that looked somewhat like Glitter Brightstar -but without the curly mane- had answered it.
"Hello there, may I.......,help you?..,wait,F-Fluttershy?" the alicorn said.
"Actually no, my name is Radiance, I was rather curious about whom had lived here,can you tell me your name?." Radiance asked her.
The Alicorn across from Radiance had looked at her in a studious way and than eventually notices Radiance's horn,she then looks at her cutie mark then says"Oh uh sorry about all that,just making sure that you weren't playing a prank on me,I'm Twilight by the way."
"Oh do not worry you are forgiven Miss. Twilight, you are a Princess are you not?"Radiance says kindly.
"Umm yes I am but uh do you need any help?"Twilight asked her.
"Actually yes I do, you see I have been looking for my twin brother and I was hoping that you have seen him."Radiance said.
"What is his name?"Twilight asked her.
"Polaris Solarmoon, if I could find him,he'll be able to tell me as to where I am."Radiance said.
"Polaris Solarmoon?,sorry I don't know anypony by that name however I think you should ask Pinkie Pie,she knows everypony in town."Twilight said
"Oh......,thank you,I'll go see this Pinkie Pie."Radiance said.
As Radiance leaves the castle,she nearly bumps into a pony that looked almost like the legendary Wonderbolt Captain "Phoenix" Firewing, she however lacked the confidence of said captain and was being cornered by a Griffin.
"L-leave me alone....,if you don't mind that is."the shy pony said to her aggressor but the Griffin ignored her.
"Got ya now weakling."the Griffin said.
"Sleepga!"Radiance says as she quickly casts said spell on the Griffin, putting it to sleep.
"Oh my..."the pony said quietly.
"Are you alright?"Radiance asked.
"Y-yes but who are you and why do you look like me?" the pony asked.
"I am Princess Radiance"Eclipse" Dawn, what is your name?" Radiance said.
"i'm Fluttershy......,it's nice to meet you."Fluttershy said quietly.
"It is nice to meet you as well,come let us leave this area before that Griffin wakes."Radiance said before she leaves.
"Okay..."Fluttershy says as she follows Radiance.
The two mares then leave the area and go to Twilight's castle,On the way there, the two mares had started a conversation with each other.
"So um.., what do you do?"Fluttershy asked.
" Me?, well I can make trees and plants follow my orders and attack my enemies, I also can call on the help of some animals too."Radiance says in a calm tone.
"Oh my...,all I can do is something my friend Pinkie calls "The Stare",other then that I don't really do anything else..."Fluttershy said.
"That's okay, it's something unique only to you, my brother said that "Even the weakest pony must not be underestimated,for they have more power than you think". Radiance says kindly.
"Oh,What does he do?,your brother that is..."Fluttershy said.
"My brother....,I don't really know,dispite being his sister, Solarmoon is still a mystery." Radiance said.
"Oh...,look we're here"Fluttershy says before pointing a hoof at Twilight's castle.
"I'll knock go on the door,wait here."Radiance said.
"Okay...."Fluttershy says quietly.
Radiance then knocks on the door and waits.
She didn't have to wait long until Twilight eventually opens the door.
"Oh hello Radiance,have you found your brother?"Twilight asked her.
No, however I did find a pegasus named Fluttershy,I had decided to bring her here,so she could be safe."Radiance said.
"Oh no,Fluttershy what happened?"Twilight says in a worried tone.
"A Griffin was bullying me, but then this other me"-she then points to Radiance-" put it to sleep with magic, we then came here."Fluttershy said.
" Thank you Radiance for helping Fluttershy, that was really nice of you." Twilight said.
"I'd say, that was rather impressive sister."a familiar voice (to Radiance that is...)said.
Radiance had immediately turned around after hearing the voice and sure enough it was Polaris Solarmoon right behind her,in Twilight's eyes he was a handsome young Alicorn colt with a blueish-pink mane and tail with a cutie mark of a half Sun and half Moon, if it was for the fact that he was a colt, he'd be nearly identical to Radiance.
"B-brother?!"she said shocked to see him.
"But of course dear sister,who else would I be?"Polaris said.
"Radiance,W-who is that?" Twilight said.
"This is my brother Polaris Solarmoon,he was whom I was looking for."Radiance said.
"Oh you were looking for me?, funny enough I was doing the same,I was able to find you because of that sleep spell you cast." Polaris said.
"Wait, so who's older?"Twilight asked as Fluttershy looks at Polaris in awe.
"We are the same age miss Twilight, why do you ask?" they both said simultaneously.
Twilight's jaw was dropped, she had no clue that the two Alicorns in front of her were twins.
"S-so what are you going to do now?" Fluttershy asked them.
"Oh I'm going back home-"Radiance said.
"-It was a rather hectic day for the both of us."Polaris added.
"I'd say,will you visit us again?"Twilight asked them.
"But of course Twilight-" Polaris said.
"-We'd be glad to." Radiance added.
And with that said the two Alicorns teleported to places unknown.
"This was a really odd day, don't you think Twilight?" Fluttershy said.
"Yes it is ,but at least we got to meet some new friends..." Twilight says as she and Fluttershy go inside her castle.
