I smiled as a black and purple ship with a blue glowing lighting bolt landed at the palace. A a tall unicorn with a broken horn stepped out, she had a look of indifference on her face “Why did you hail us down? We have an invasion to plan.”

I smirked “Does this invasion per chance involve Canterlot?”

The unicorn frowned “Yes it does.”

I said “Then I believe I can offer you assistance as I was the captain of the guard there before I became prince of the Crystal Empire.”

She smirked evily “Well I am interested but what is it you want in return for the information.”

I smiled as we sat at the diplomacy table, there several of her guards and as well as several of mine standing around the table “Well first I want the changelings in Equestria to be wiped out completely and I want my wife and sister, Princess Twilight Sparkle and Princess Cadence in my care.”

Tempest frowned “That’s a high price but you will give us aid in the attack as well I assume?”

I smiled “Of course, no pony, changeling or any other creature will stop me. You also will have full access to our armoury and supplies in the Crystal Empire.”

Tempest nodded “I will have to talk to the Storm King but I will advocate for you, having a forward operating base would be very useful.”

I grinned “It’s settled then, give the Storm King my thanks.”

Tempest said “I will.” She then shouted to her guards “We are leaving!” They followed onto her ship.

I trotted out of the castle, I headed to the barracks. I stood there before them “As you know the Changelings have infiltrated Equestria, we are going to wipe them out. I have recruited allies to save Equestria from the monsters who hide amongst them. It’s bad enough they allow those weird ones in but know they have one of our worst enemies marrying a Equestrian Princess. As allies Equestria we can’t let this stand any longer. I have gained some allies who will help us take over Equestria and restore it to it’s glory.”

A guard shouted “What about Princess Cadence?”

I scowled “They got to her but they will not get to me, now get yourselves ready for our guest to arrive, I want this barracks in tip top shape.”

Meanwhile

Flash Sentry was heading towards Canterlot Castle, his squad pulling the Crystal Cannon, a weapon designed by King Sombra to utilise the power of the Crystal Heart. Flash Sentry knew Shining Armour had turned to the darkness of the King of Shadows himself and was planning something nasty for a long time and has been pushing his men through exhaustion.

When they arrived, the guards growled “Flash Sentry what are you here for and what is that?”

Flash scowled “My squad have been travelling for days and this is a weapon designed to be powered by the Crystal Heart. Shining Armour’s strange behaviour had me concerned enough to bring this here.”

Cadence burst out with Chrysalis by her side, she shouted “What happened to my husband.”

Flash bowed “Princess I’m afraid he has succumb to the same hateful magic that once gave Sombra his power.”

Cadence cried “No your lying!”

Chrysalis frowned “He’s not, I can feel the conviction coming off him.”

Cadence ran off crying into the castle, Celestia and Luna landed with several members of the guards, Luna commanded them “Take that weapon into the Royal Vault!” She then turned to Flash “Tell me everything.”

Starsong, Cadence, Chrysalis, Applejack,Cara, Twilight, Luna and Celestia are sitting in the throne room. Cadence was being hugged by Chrysalis as she cried, Twilight frowned “What should we do?”

Starsong said “We wait.”

Twilight snarled “What, this is my brother we’re talking about.”

Celestia frowned “She’s right, we need wait until they move.”

Applejack frowned “How are we going to make them move.”

Chrysalis said “I’ve got an idea, they’re coming after me and Starsong…”

Starsong nodded “We hold our wedding and bait them out, also Flash deserves a promotion for his actions, he made a good call.”

Chrysalis nodded “We will need 6 months of preparations so they don’t catch on.”

Cara said “Mah wife and Ah will prepare our forces being disguised as guests. That way we will be ready to strike at a moments notice.”

Celestia said “Very well we better get our plans underway.”

Twilight nodded “For my brother.” Twilight headed for Ponyville to make sure her friends were ready to plan a wedding.
