"Mommy?! Daddy?! Where are you?!" After 3 Hours of searching, Snowy laid down in a box, sobbing just hoping to find her mother or father. "Mommy... Daddy... Please... Come back..." After those words, she cried herself to sleep, not thinking of the days ahead. She woke up the next day, looking up into the sky, watching the snow fall down. "Celestia, please, help me find them, I beg of you..." She lied her head back down in the box, as a tear drop rolled down her cheek. After about a hour, she got out and started searching more. This one dirty colt came up to her and asked her, "What are you doing out here so alo- Hey, why are you crying?" She looked to him. " I... I -sniffle- Lost my P-Parents and I can't F-Find them..." "Oh..." The colt replied, lowering his head. "I lost my parents a long time ago, haven't found them since... I... I just wish I could-" Snowy fell to the ground, dirt all over her and a gash in her knee. "Oh! Here, let me help you with that." He wrapped a dirty rag around her leg. She lied there, trying to not stress that hoof. "Thank you..." He thought for a couple of second then said, "Maybe I can help you. I can probably find my parents, too. I haven't been looking in other towns, but ponyville." Snowy had decided not to be mean since he helped her. "Y-yes, you may..." Snowy and the colt shook hooves. "But, m-may I ask, what is your name?" "My name is Chimney Sweeper." He had said. "That is a wonderful name." She looked at him and giggled. Chimney looked into the sky. "We must get going before its dark." Snowy nodded her head in agreement as both of them trotted off and got the train to canterlot. //-------------------------------------------------------// Canterlot //-------------------------------------------------------// Canterlot The two foals arrived at canterlot, looking at all of the beautiful sites. Chimney said, "My, what a beautiful site this is here." "Yeah agreed... Its... Its wonderful. I would never think of the day I Would be going to canterlot!" Said Snowy. Chimney had then said, "Well, we must get searching. There's no time to waste." He trotted off, and Snowy Followed him. They went all the way to the castle till The Royal Guards stopped them. "HALT! Who goes there?" "Um... W...We need Princess Celestia's help, To find our parents!" Chimney had said. The Royal Guard thought, then he sent another guard to tell the Princess. After a while, the guard came back and whispered something in the other guards ear. "Yeah... Okay." He said to the other guard. He then said to the two foals, "Princess Celestia would like to see you both." Both of them looked surprised. They both shrugged and trotted inside the castle. Standing at the stairs was Princess Celestia. "Princess Celestia!" They both bowed down to her presence. "I heard you both lost your parents. Is that true?" They both Looked down, as Chimney Spoke first. "Yes we have, Princess." She then starred at Snowy. Snowy looked up, then down. "Y-Yes... P-Princess..." Said Snowy. "I am sorry to hear that you both. I have decided to help you. During the night, Luna will guide you, and during the day, I will guide you." Snowy looked up and then hugged The Princesses leg. "THANK YOUTHANK YOUTHANK YOU!!!" Chimney pulled me off, then he asked, "But how would you do that?" "I will use dark stars, and my sister will use light stars." The Princess had said. "We have to follow the stars? That sounds easy. We are ready." Chimney said. "My stars will now guide you through the day, and my sisters will guide you through the night. We will also have shelter for you when you feel hungry or sleepy, now off you go." Both of the foals trotted out, and began their journey. Next Stop: Appaloosa Snowy thought, Ready than ever for the road ahead. She was confident now they would make it. She smiled for the first time after her parents left... She hopped out of bed, excitedly to look outside and see snow. She trotted fast into the kitchen happily. "Good morning Snowy." Her mother had said to her. "Hello Mother. I can't believe it's winter! I love the snow!!" Snowy had said. Her mother giggled. "Well, thats why we named you Snowy! Here, let me help you up into your seat." Snowy's mother helped her up to the seat. "But why is the eclipse part in my name, mother?" Snowy had wondered that a long time. "Well, when me and your father were on our honeymoon, a eclipse happened, so we decided to add Eclipse to your name." Her mother then looked at the time. "Oh my, snowy, you have to go to school!" "Alright mother, I love you." She said. Snowys Mother Replied, "I love you too, Snowy. Have a good day at school today." She leaned down and kissed snowy on the cheek, then Snowy left for school. Snowy never really felt cold in the snow. She wished she could be outside all day. She trotted into the schoolhouse, which was warm from the heater. "Good Morning Class!" Miss Cheerilee Had said. The class replied, "GOOD MORNING MISS CHEERILEE!" "Now, class, do we know what day of year it is?" Snowy quickly raised her hoof. "Yes, Snowy?" "Its the first day of Winter!!!" Snowy said. "Yes, it is, Snowy! But since it is so cold, I'm afraid we will have to stay inside all day." Everypony weren't mad nor happy. Snowy was the only one that moaned. The school day passed, and Snowy trotted home. When she got home, she saw a letter. She could not believe what she was reading: Dear Snowy, I am sorry but we had to leave. We had no other choice. She trotted off to ponyville hoping to find her mother or father.
