Prologue: Execution ground, arrival in public.
{POV Twilight}
I never expect any of this to happen, not in my whole entire life.
Several months ago, while I visited with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna for the weekend with some nice dinner, there was an urgent meeting in the meeting room by one of the Nobles. My former teach had to cancel our time together as she along with Luna were already gone with the Nobles.
I only shrugged my shoulders, thinking it's just going to be another boring meeting. See I don't like to go with those kinds of Nobles cause of their own power & pride of famous wealth. Although, Blueblood tries to take me sometimes, but I always decline his offers. What I heard from Rarity, he's really such an ass buck. I can't believe he would do that to one of my friends. Honestly, sometimes I just want to imagine punching his perfect teeth and his jewelery down below.
So after finishing up my meal, I decided to head back in Ponyville and visit my friends. Although, I did wonder on where has Discord been up to lately. Last time I saw him was a few weeks ago, saying that he needed to take some time off and journey somewhere else.
While hanging out with my friends, we didn't think nothing can go wrong for the whole month.
Until a week ago, Ponyville is ambushed by an army invasion of Minotaur, Zebras, Diamond Dogs, and more.
My friends and I tried our very best to stop them, but there were too many and we eventually got captured.
Though before getting captured, I told Starlight to take care of Spike somewhere to safety. Just to make sure that they sent a message to Canterlot and the Crystal Empire.
Now a week later has passed and I didn't hear from Spike nor Starlight, including a letter from Celestia.
I just hope they didn't get captured too.
"The commander would like to see you, Alicorn."
I snap out of my thought when the guard speak to me. I looked up at the Caribou in disgust and wanted to escape, but it won't work since my hands are chained up from behind. They also put a suppressed ring on my horn and even chained up my wings.
I sigh in defeat and glared daggers at the guard.
"Fine." I hissed up my breath.
He opens up the cell door as I slowly got out, but then he pushes me forward as tried not to fall over.
"Don't try any funny business or else."
"Noted."
After leaving the cell, I looked outside to see the shattered town of Ponyville. Some of the building are still standing while others are either damaged, on fire, or perhaps collapsed.
My eyes were in tears from watching them, until the guard pushed me again.
"Move it!"
I complied as we continued to walk until we're at the mayor's town hall meeting, or what was left of it.
There's large number of soldier and guards stationed here as well as all of the ponies that are chained up including my own friends.
Then some of the soldiers step aside as I see a Caribou walk forward towards me.
"Greetings Princess Twilight Sparkle!"
"Who are you?"
"Oh how rude of me, my name is Drax."
"Why are you here invading Ponyville?"
"Oh, didn't you get the news?"
"What are you talking?"
"You know, the one from about several months?"
"You mean the meeting room?"
Before I got an answer from him, I see one of my friends Rainbow broke loose and tried to fight the guards.
"Look what I have here~."
Rainbow turned her head to see a male Zebra held a knife close to Pinkie's throat.
"PINKIE! WHY YOU-"
"RAINBOW LOOK OUT!"
I tried to warn her, but it was too late. Rainbow got punched in the face by one of those goons as they begun to pummel her on the ground. Applejack tries to get up and help Rainbow, but the other Minotaur kicked her back as her body fell.
"DASHIE NO!!!"
I heard Fluttershy scream for her friend, but her face got slapped by one of the Caribou.
"QUIET! Or else I'll cut your precious little tongue out if you speak again."
I saw my friend whimpering as she tries her best to hide behind her mane.
"That's enough, put her with the four mares." The commander ordered.
Those goons stopped their beating on Dash as one of them hold their hand on her mane and dragged her to my friends. Then he lets go and kicks her towards my friends as I glared at him.
"And here I thought you would be worthy of a challenge, guess I was wrong."
"Buck. You." I heard Rainbow murmured and growling at him.
"Save yer strength Rainbow."
"Applejack's right darling, we don't want you to go fighting blindly."
"Please Rainbow, don't do it again, okay?"
I watch the guard who attacked Dash walk up to Drax.
"If she attacks again, make sure to cut off both of her wings this time." Drax ordered him.
"Heh heh, with pleasure."
Then Drax turns his head towards me.
"Now where was I, ah yes."

{3rd POV, 20 minutes later}
Unbeknownst to everyone, a figure is sneaking around to avoid enemy detection.

{POV Twilight}
I-I-I could believe of what I just heard. H-How could they betray us?
I look to glare Drax while my eyes are filled of tears.
"I don't believe you."
"Believe it or not, it's all true. Now then, time for the execution to commence."
One of the Minotaurs has forced to put me on my knees as Drax makes an announcement to every pony.
"Take a closer look public, this is what happens when you defy our alliance order. We'll be executing all of your so called heroes one-by-one as an example toward your leaders. Starting with the Princess of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle."
Drax turns his head to my direction with a smirk on his face.
"Any last words before your execution?"
I growled at him before replying in venomous words.
"I'd rather be dead than getting tortured as mindless slaves, you sick twisted bucks."
He frowned for a moment before smiling.
"What a pity, oh well."
He turns toward the executioner and nods his head.
"Kill her."
I closed my eyes as my friends cried out to stop them from killing me.
Is this really it for me and my friends?
What'll happen to my family and my former teacher?
What about my BBBFF and my sister in law Cadence?
But more importantly, what'll happen to my little brother Spike?
I just wish there was some way to get out here, but-
"SWORD FLURRY!!!"
Before the blade connects to my back neck, I heard something close by and hit the minotaur. I opened one of my eyes to see him drop his axe on the ground and my eye widen as I saw multiple barrage of strange blue energy appear. Only a few of them missed while the others bombarded on the Minotaur as he went flying far off from me.
Several seconds later, I saw the Minotaur falling and hit the ground hard with smoke of dust, motionless.
There were multiple bloods of cuts and scars.
I had to cover my mouth from vomiting upon seeing the blood coming from everywhere.
"If you're gonna kill these girls, then you'll have to go through me first."
When the smokes clear, all the girls including me had our eyes widen to see someone with blue hair and carries a large sword in his hands as he glares his own at the enemies. Some of his clothing were either torn apart or if he made it that way.
I saw the strange figure turns around towards me as got on one knees and looks at me.
"Are you okay?"
I nodded my head slowly while my body was frozen from his sudden appearance.
He used one of his fingers to draw closer to my face as I close my eyes from him. I took a peek to see him wipe both of my tears away, smiling at me.
Somehow, deep down inside, I know that this figure is a spark of hope that can perhaps save us from our enemies. Though I do have to wonder, who is he and why does his appearance look familiar from one of my old story books?
I snap out of my thoughts as I saw him got up and pulled his sword up from the ground and into his hands.
"Don't worry, I'll make sure these scums won't lay a finger or weapon on you and your friends."

So in honor, I decided to post this new displace story.
Although, I know it might not be good at first, but it'll take some time to work it up.
