Author's Note

I'm trying a new thing where I space the thoughts from the other text like people do with dialogue. I think I'll make it easier for the thoughts to be read. Tell me what you think about it in the comments. Also I'm going to school tomorrow. So don't expect fast delivery chapters. I'm only human.

Blabber Mouth

Star-Studded wore a sky blue cloak with bead-sized mystic quarts sewn in it. The gems we’re rainbow colored as they shined and glimmered. Even in the lowest light, Sweet-Song had her cloak hood over her face. Her hooves shook as she just barely could keep herself up. She kept her head down; her face so red it couldn’t get any redder.

“Your gonna love the movie I picked out for us to watch!” Star-Studded said, “I’m sure the movie is gonna bring you to tears!” Sweet-Song bit her lip too nervous to speak. Star-Studded took notice on how quiet Sweet-Song was; “Are you okay?” She asked. Sweet-Song gulped,

“F—Fine.” She stuttered. Star-Studded didn’t look convinced,

“Your sure? You can tell me what’s bugging you.” Sweet-Song opened her mouth but quickly shut it again. She bit her lip as hard as she could to avoid blabbing, meanwhile not far behind was Meadow. She wore a midnight blue cloak she had the hood over her face. As the whole cloak was kept together with a shinning onyx gem. She wore it not only to keep her identity hidden but she found the cloak very pretty.

Meadow watched carefully as the two walked towards a movie theater. She watched as Star-Studded (much to Sweet-Song's embarrassment) paid for their tickets. Meadow followed and put up some bits to pay for her ticket, unfortulently thought. The stallion above said,

“Sorry miss the movie is sold out.” Meadow's ears dropped as the stallion walked away from the counter. The filly groaned in annoyance she then put a invisibility spell on herself. And walked right in, Meadow eventually found her mother and Star-Studded. She sat right behind them as the movie started, but as she watched her eye lids started to get heavy.

When Meadow woke up she saw the movie was nearing it’s end but what really got her worried was that her mother was crying. Meadow was about to say something, until Star-Studded spoke.

“I’m glad your liking the movie.” Sweet-Song blushed,

“Of course I like it. It’s so sweet!” She said. Star-Studded giggled softly,

“Yeah I wanted to get a movie that you’d really like. I didn’t want to get you anything too scary. After all this is my apology to you.” She said. Sweet-Song blushed redder as she looked into Star-Studded eye’s. Meadow looked between the two kinda scared to see what would happen next. Once the two had realized they had been staring at one another. They looked away and blushed, just as the movie went to credits.

“So…..what now?” Sweet-Song said,

“Well….maybe we can go and get some ice cream?” Star-Studded suggested.

“I’d like that.” Sweet-Song replied, and the two mares left. Unknowingly with a little filly following behind, when the two got to the ice cream shop. Meadow made sure Star-Studded and her mum didn’t see her, the two we’re sharing a sundae together. As Star-Studded had suggested and Sweet-Song not having to courage to say no. The sundae was composed out of three flavors.

Lemon custard, french vanilla, and butter pecan. With banana slices, hot fudge, caramel, and rainbow sprinkles to add to it. As they ate the ice cream they talked Sweet-Song getting more and more comfortable.

“I have to admit I’ve had a lot if fun with you! Even if your not talking much.” Star-Studded said, Sweet-Song blushed.

“I—I’m just a bit nervous.” Sweet-Song muttered, the taller alicorn looked at her. Suddenly Star-Studded picked up a flop of ice cream from her spoon. And placed it on Sweet-Song's nose, the mare shivered from the sudden cold. While Star-Studded giggled,

“I hope that cools down your nerves.” Sweet-Song blushed and giggled as well. She had to admit she felt if only a little bit calmer; she opened her mouth. But soon felt jittery all over again, unfortulently for her Star-Studded wasn’t blind.

“Come on you can tell me about anything.” She said, putting a good on Sweet Song's. The other mare froze and bit her lip. Feeling her face burn brighter then any other moment of the night. But before she could put a hoof over mouth she said.

“Would you like to go on a date with me?” Sweet-Song then slapped both hooves on her mussel. Star-Studded’s magic dropped the spoon in shock; Meadow put both hooves over her mouth to muffle a gasp. All the other customers went silent. The ice cream shop owner by then had just dropped what he was doing.

This was now getting good.

Silence rained in the shop and no doubt somepony walking by would be able to tell. Everypony was in suspense wondering what Star-Studded's answer would be. But before she could even get over the shock. Sweet-Song ran out the shop crying, everypony started murmuring to themselves once they we’re gone. Finally Star-Studded got over the shock but once she did.

Her brow was furrowed; she then paid for the ice cream. And walked out the shop, Meadow bit her lip unsure what Star-Studded was thinking. Meadow got from her seat and left the shop as well, once she was out she quickly teleported back home. When she got home almost immediately did the hotel door slam open. And Sweet-Song flew in opening her room door with magic in the process.

She ran into her room, Meadow tried to follow but before she could the door slammed in her face. She went to open the door but just as she touched the handle the door locked. Meadow blinked in surprise but once she got over it her ears went flat against her skull. She walked into her room and decided to call up Timidthy and Blood Bones. Meanwhile Sweet-Song had collapsed on her bed crying and sobbing her eye’s out on a pillow.

‘What was I thinking!? I’m so stupid! She’s never gonna want me now!’ She thought, and was about to continue insulting herself in her mind scape. But another thought quickly (and painfully) hit her,

‘I like mares…..’
